Claims (18)
- Trocknereinheit zum Trocknen von Druckprodukten, mit mindestens einem länglichen Tragkörper (14) und einer auf diesem angeordneten Heizquelle (60; 164), wobei der Tragkörper (14) ein Hohlprofil (16) aufweist, dessen Außenkontur im Wesentlichen rechteckig ist und wobei die Außenfläche des Hohlprofiles (16) zwei beabstandete nach außen überstehende Düsenrippen (48) trägt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
von der Innenfläche (30) des Hohlprofiles (16) longitudinale Versteifungsrippen (38) nach innen überstehen, die zusammen mit benachbarten Innenflächen (42) des Hohlprofiles (16) jeweils eine Verteilrinne (44) begrenzen. - Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Düsenrippen (48) zwei Sätze von Düsenkanälen (46) vorgesehen sind, welche vorzugsweise unter regelmäßigem Abstand aufeinanderfolgen, wobei die Düsenkanäle (46) der beiden Sätze vorzugsweise um eine halbe Teilung gegeneinander versetzt sind.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilrinne (44) sich in Richtung zu den Düsenkanälen (46) hin verjüngt.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diejenige Innenfläche des Hohlprofiles (16), welcher der mit den Versteifungsrippen (38) versehenen Wand (28) des Hohlprofiles (16) gegenüberliegt, mit weiteren longitudinalen Versteifungsrippen (34) versehen ist.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den Ecken der Außenfläche (18) des Hohlprofiles (16) longitudinale zylindrische Aufnahmen (20) angeformt sind.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die senkrecht auf der die Düsenrippen (48) tragenden Außenfläche stehenden Außenflächen des Hohlprofiles (16) jeweils mindestens eine longitudinale Montagenut (15) und/oder eine longitudinale Kabelnut (58) aufweisen.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsenrippen (48) tragenden Außenflächen der Hohlprofile (16) jeweils einen gestreckten IR-Strahler (164) tragen.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragkörper (14) bei mindestens einem Ende Fenster (62) aufweisen, in welche eine Widerstands-Heizeinheit (60) eingesetzt ist. - Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Widerstands-Heizeinheit (60) zwei axial beabstandete Halteteile (78, 102) aufweist, von denen mindestens eines lösbar (76, 114) mit einer Montageplatte (64) verbunden ist und welche die Enden einer Heizpatrone (84) übergreifen.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest das stromaufseitige Halteteil (78) eine sich in Strömungsrichtung verjüngende Leitfläche (80) aufweist.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das stromabseitige Halteteil (102) ein Blechbiegeteil ist, welches eine das benachbarte Ende der Heizpatrone (84) fassende in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Haltewand oder eine Mehrzahl in Umfangsrichtung verteilter Haltefinger (110) aufweist.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch einen mit der Heizpatrone (84) verbundenen Kontaktträger (102).
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizpatrone (84) eine zylindrische Außenwand (86) und von dieser in radialer Richtung zur Achse der Außenwand (86) verlaufende Zwischenwände (88) aufweist, wobei diese Wände aus einem elektrisch isolierenden hitzebeständigen Material gefertigt sind, und dass in den durch diese Wände begrenzten sektorförmigen longitudinalen Kanälen (90) gewendelte Abschnitte (92) eines Heizdrahtes (94) derart liegen, dass die Wendelachse parallel zur Achse der Außenwand (86) verläuft.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenwände (88) in ihren Endflächen Vertiefungen (98) aufweisen.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (86) in axialer Richtung verlaufende Oberflächennuten (100) aufweist, die zu einem auf die Außenwand (86) aufgesetzten Anschlussblock (102) führen.
- Trocknereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Tragkörper (14) an Endplatten (120) befestigt sind.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endplatten (120) zusammen mit hierzu parallelen Stirnplatten (132) sowie diese beide Platten verbindenden Wandteilen (134, 136) Verteilerkanäle (130) begrenzen.
- Trocknereinheit nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu beiden Enden der Trocknerleisten (12) liegenden Verteilerräume (130) jeweils mit einem Anschluss-Stutzen (144, 146) in Verbindung stehen, der seinerseits mit einem Gebläse (148) verbindbar ist.
