Abstract
Description
- Das Schwellenprofil ist aus Kunststoff einstückig mit dem eine Verstärkung zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft aufweisenden innen liegenden Profilabschnitt, mit einem ebenfalls eine Verstärkung zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft aufweisenden außen liegenden Profilabschnitt sowie mit einem den innen liegenden und den außen liegenden Profilabschnitt verbindenden mittleren Profilabschnitt gefertigt.
- Die Schwellenabdeckung bildet einen über eine Außenseite des Schwellenprofils vorstehenden Sims.
- An der Schwellenabdeckung ist ein über eine Außenseite des Schwellenprofils vorstehender Sims oder eine Abdeckleiste befestigt.
- An einem Profilabschnitt, vorzugsweise am inneren Profilabschnitt ist wenigstens eine Laufschiene für einen Schiebeflügel oder eine Befestigung für eine solche Laufschiene vorgesehen.
- Am anderen Profilabschnitt, vorzugsweise am außen liegenden Profilabschnitt ist wenigstens ein Halteprofil oder wenigstens eine Laufschiene für ein Türelement, beispielsweise ein Festfeld bzw. für einen Schiebeflügel vorgesehen.

- Die die Verstärkung bildenden Stege weisen im mittleren Profilabschnitt zumindest teilweise diagonale und sich kreuzende Stege auf.
- Die Verstärkungen zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft sind zumindest an einem Profilabschnitt zumindest teilweise von einem in eine dortige Kammer eingesetzten Verstärkungsprofil aus einem die Tragkraft des Kunststoffmaterials des Schwellenprofils erhöhenden Material, vorzugsweise aus Metall, beispielsweise aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung gebildet.
- Das wenigstens eine Verstärkungsprofil ist in einer Kammer des außen liegenden und/oder des innen liegenden Profilabschnitts des Schwellenprofils angeordnet.
- Bei in dem außen liegenden Profilabschnitt und in dem innen liegenden Profilabschnitt vorgesehenen Verstärkungsprofilen sind diese Verstärkungsprofile durch den mittleren Profilabschnitt thermisch voneinander getrennt.
- Das Verstärkungsprofil ist in seiner äußeren Querschnittsform dem Querschnitt der dieses Profil aufnehmenden Kammer angepaßt.
- Die das jeweilige Verstärkungsprofil aufnehmende Kammer ist eine an ihrem Umfang geschlossene Kammer.
- Die das jeweilige Verstärkungsprofil aufnehmende Kammer ist eine zur Unterseite des Schwellenprofils hin offene Kammer.
- Das wenigstens eine Verstärkungsprofil bildet eine untere Auflage für das Schwellenprofil.
- Das Verstärkungsprofil ist in der Kammer beispielsweise durch Einrasten fixiert.
- Das das Schwellenprofil bildende Kunststoffprofil ist zumindest in einem Teilbereich ein am Umfang und insbesondere auch an der Unterseite vollständig geschlossenes Hohlprofil.
- Das Schwellenprofil ist zumindest im mittleren Profilabschnitt ein am Umfang vollständig geschlossenes Hohlprofil.
- Das Schwellenprofil ist zumindest am außen liegenden und am innen liegenden Profilabschnitt ein am Umfang vollständig geschlossenes Hohlprofil.
- Im Bereich eines Durchgangs, der von wenigstens einem beweglichen Türelement gebildet ist, reicht die zugehörige Abdeckung bis an einen das Türelement zumindest im geschlossenen Zustand abstützenden Teil des Schwellenprofils, beispielsweise bis an einen die wenigstens eine Laufschiene aufnehmenden Teil des Schwellenprofils.
- Für in unterschiedlichen Ebenen gestaffelt am Schwellenprofil vorgesehene Türelemente sind Abdeckungen unterschiedlicher Breite an der Oberseite des Schwellprofils vorgesehen, und zwar derart, daß wenigstens eine Abdeckung kleinerer Breite bis an oder unter ein äußeres Türelement und wenigstens eine Abdeckung größerer Breite bis an oder unter das innere Türelement reichen.
- Für jedes Türelement ist jeweils eine eigene Abdeckung vorgesehen.
- Für wenigstens zwei benachbarte, in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordneten Türelemente ist eine gemeinsame Abdeckung vorgesehen.
- An der Oberseite des Schwellenprofils ist zumindest an dem außenliegenden Rand ein sich über die gesamte Länge der Schwelle erstreckendes Abdeckprofil gleichbleibender Breite vorgesehen, und im Durchgangsbereich bzw. im Bereich der Türöffnung ist ein zusätzliches Abdeckprofil am Schwellenprofil vorgesehen.
- Das Verstärkungsprofil ist von einem äußeren Profilabschnitt und einem inneren Profilabschnitt gebildet, und die beiden Profilabschnitte sind über wenigstens einen weiteren Profilabschnitt oder Steg zu einem Gesamtprofil einstückig verbunden.
- Der äußere und der innere Profilabschnitt sind jeweils im Bereich einer am Schwellenprofil vorgesehenen Lagerung für wenigstens ein Türelement vorgesehen.

Claims (19)
- Schwellenprofil für Gebäudetüren, insbesondere Hebeschiebetüren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwellenprofil (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist, und zwar einstückig mit einem eine Verstärkung zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft aufweisenden innen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6''', 6a''', 6b'''), mit einem ebenfalls eine Verstärkung zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft aufweisenden außen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6', 6a', 6b') sowie mit einem den innen liegenden und den außen liegenden Profilabschnitt verbindenden mittleren Profilabschnitt (6'', 6a'', 6b'').
- Schwellenprofil nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens eine an der Oberseite des Schwellenprofils (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) befestigte Schwellenabdeckung (22, 22a, 48, 49, 50, 55), die mit einem plattenartigen Profilabschnitt (23', 23a') die Oberseite des Schwellenprofils (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) zumindest teilweise abdeckt.
- Schwellenprofil für Gebäudetüren, insbesondere Hebeschiebetüren dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwellenprofil (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist, und daß an der Oberseite des Schwellenprofils (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) wenigstens eine Schwellenabdeckung (22, 22a, 48, 49, 50, 55) befestigt ist, die mit einem plattenartigen Profilabschnitt (23', 23a') die Oberseite des Schwellenprofils (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) zumindest teilweise abdeckt.
- Schwellenprofil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwellenprofil (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) aus Kunststoff einstückig mit dem eine Verstärkung zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft aufweisenden innen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6''', 6a''', 6b'''), mit einem ebenfalls eine Verstärkung zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft aufweisenden außen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6', 6a', 6b') sowie mit einem den innen liegenden und den außen liegenden Profilabschnitt verbindenden mittleren Profilabschnitt (6'', 6a'', 6b''). gefertigt ist.
- Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schwellenabdeckung (22, 22a, 55) einen über eine Außenseite des Schwellenprofils (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) vorstehenden Sims bildet,
und/oderdaß an der Schwellenabdeckung (48, 49) ein über eine Außenseite des Schwellenprofils (6c) vorstehender Sims oder eine Abdeckleiste (50) befestigt ist. - Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem, vorzugsweise am inneren Profilabschnitt (6''', 6a''', 6b''') wenigstens eine Laufschiene (9) für einen Schiebeflügel (2) oder eine Befestigung (7, 8) für eine solche Laufschiene (9) vorgesehen ist,
und/oderdaß am anderen, vorzugsweise am außen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6', 6a', 6b') wenigstens ein Halteprofil (19, 19c, 19d, 19e, 19f) oder wenigstens eine Laufschiene (9) für ein Türelement, beispielsweise ein Festfeld (3) bzw. für einen Schiebeflügel (2) vorgesehen ist. - Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sich die Verstärkung (16 - 18; 39, 43) zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft in dem innen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6a''', 6b''') unmittelbar unter der wenigstens einen Laufschiene (9) befindet,
und/oderdaß die Verstärkungen zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft an wenigstens einem Profilabschnitt (6', 6a', 6b'; 6'', 6a'', 6b''; 6''', 6a''', 6b''') des Schwellenprofils (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) zumindest teilweise von inneren, angeformten Stegen (16 - 18; 28 - 33) gebildet sind. - Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die die Verstärkung bildenden Stege im außen liegenden und innen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6', 6''') zumindest horizontale und vertikale Stege (16 - 18; 28 - 31) sind,
und/oderdaß die die Verstärkung bildenden Stege im mittleren Profilabschnitt (6'') zumindest teilweise diagonale und sich kreuzende Stege (32, 33) aufweist. - Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungen zur Erhöhung der Tragkraft zumindest an einem Profilabschnitt (6', 6a', 6b'; 6'', 6a'', 6b''; 6''', 6a''', 6b''') zumindest teilweise von einem in eine dortige Kammer (36, 37; 40, 41) eingesetzten Verstärkungsprofil (38, 39; 42, 43, 46, 47, 51, 58) aus einem die Tragkraft des Kunststoffmaterials des Schwellenprofils (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) erhöhenden Material, vorzugsweise aus Metall, beispielsweise aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung gebildet sind,
wobei beispielsweisedas wenigstens eine Verstärkungsprofil (38, 39; 42, 43, 46, 47, 51, 58) in einer Kammer (36, 37; 40, 41) des außen liegenden und/oder des innen liegenden Profilabschnitts (6a', 6a'''; 6b', 6b''') des Schwellenprofils (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) angeordnet ist,
und/oder wobei beispielsweisebei in dem außen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6a', 6b') und in dem innen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6a''', 6b''') vorgesehenen Verstärkungsprofilen (38, 39; 42, 43, 46, 47) diese Verstärkungsprofile durch den mittleren Profilabschnitt (6a'', 6b'') thermisch voneinander getrennt sind. - Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsprofil in seiner äußeren Querschnittsform dem Querschnitt der dieses Profil aufnehmenden Kammer (36, 37; 40, 41) angepaßt ist.
- Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die das jeweilige Verstärkungsprofil (38, 39, 58) aufnehmende Kammer (36, 37) eine an ihrem Umfang geschlossene Kammer ist,
und/oderdaß die das jeweilige Verstärkungsprofil (42, 43, 46, 47, 51) aufnehmende Kammer (40, 41) eine zur Unterseite des Schwellenprofils (6b, 6c 6d) hin offene Kammer ist.
und/oderdaß das wenigstens eine Verstärkungsprofil (42, 43, 46, 47, 51) eine untere Auflage für das Schwellenprofil (6, 6b, 6c, 6d) bildet. - Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsprofil (42, 43, 46, 47, 51, 58) in der Kammer (40, 41) beispielsweise durch Einrasten fixiert ist.
- Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das das Schwellenprofil (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) bildende Kunststoffprofil zumindest in einem Teilbereich ein am Umfang und insbesondere auch an der Unterseite vollständig geschlossenes Hohlprofil ist,
und/oderdaß das Schwellenprofil (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) zumindest im mittleren Profilabschnitt (6'', 6a'', 6b'') ein am Umfang vollständig geschlossenes Hohlprofil ist,
und/oderdaß das Schwellenprofil (6, 6a, 6e) zumindest am außen liegenden und am innen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6', 6a', 6''', 6a''') ein am Umfang vollständig geschlossenes Hohlprofil ist. - Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich eines Durchgangs, der von wenigstens einem beweglichen Türelement (2) gebildet ist, die zugehörige Abdeckung (22a, 49) bis an einen das Türelement (2) zumindest im geschossenen Zustand abstützenden Teil (21) des Schwellenprofils (6, 6c, 6d, 6e), beispielsweise bis an einen die wenigstens eine Laufschiene (9) aufnehmenden Teil (21) des Schwellenprofils reicht.
- Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für in unterschiedlichen Ebenen gestaffelt am Schwellenprofil (6, 6a, 6b) vorgesehene Türelemente (2, 3) Abdeckungen (22, 22a) unterschiedlicher Breite an der Oberseite des Schwellprofils (6) vorgesehen sind, und zwar derart, daß wenigstens eine Abdeckung (22) kleinerer Breite bis an oder unter ein äußeres Türelement (3) und wenigstens eine Abdeckung größerer Breite bis an oder unter das innere Türelement (2) reicht,
wobei beispielsweise für jedes Türelement (2, 3) jeweils eine eigene Abdeckung (22, 22a) vorgesehen ist und/oder für wenigstens zwei benachbarte, in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordneten Türelemente eine gemeinsame Abdeckung (22, 22a) vorgesehen ist. - Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberseite des Schwellenprofils (6c, 6d, 6e) zumindest an dem außenliegenden Rand ein sich über die gesamte Länge der Schwelle erstreckendes Abdeckprofil (48, 55) gleichbleibender Breite vorgesehen ist, und daß im Durchgangsbereich bzw. im Bereich der Türöffnung ein zusätzliches Abdeckprofil (49) am Schwellenprofil (6c, 6d, 6e) vorgesehen ist.
- Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsprofil (51, 58) von einem äußeren Profilabschnitt (51', 58') und einem inneren Profilabschnitt (51'', 58'') gebildet ist, und daß die beiden Profilabschnitte über wenigstens einen weiteren Profilabschnitt oder Steg (52, 59) zu einem Gesamtprofil einstückig verbunden sind.
- Schwellenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere und der innere Profilabschnitt jeweils im Bereich einer am Schwellenprofil vorgesehenen Lagerung (9, 19, 19c, 19d, 19e, 19f) für wenigstens ein Türelement (2, 3) vorgesehen sind.
- Gebäudetür mit wenigstens einem ersten Türelement (2), das an einem eine Schwelle (5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e, 5f, 5g) aufweisenden Stockrahmen vorgesehenen ist und sich auf einem innen liegenden Profilabschnitt (6''', 6a''', 6b''') eines zumindest teilweise als Hohl- oder Rohrprofil ausgebildeten Schwellenprofils (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwellenprofil (6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e) einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18 entsprechend ausgebildet ist.
