Der Grund hierfür ist, daß die durch die Verbindungsstege 13, 14 gebildete Verbindungseinrichtung 6 bzw. 7 für eine thermische Entkoppelung der die Seitenberandung der Haltevorrichtung 1 bildenden Flanschbereiche 4 und 5 gegenüber dem Befestigungsabschnitt 3 sorgt.

Claims (17)
- Haltevorrichtung zum Halten eines aus einzelnen Glasprofilelementen, insbesondere U-Glasprofilelementen (21, 21'). oder sonstigen länglichen, insbesondere isolierenden, Glaselementen gebildeten Glasabschlusses (20), mit wenigstens einer Halteschiene (2; 32, 36, 37; 34, 64, 65; 34, 64', 76; 79; 80) zum Halten oder Lagern und zum seitlichen Führen und Stützen der einzelnen länglichen Glaselemente oder Glasprofilelemente (21, 21') bzw. des Glasabschlusses (20), welche Halteschienen (2; 32, 36, 37; 34, 64, 65; 34, 64', 76; 79; 80) einen Halteabschnitt (3; 38; 54; 69, 77; 87; 88) aus Metall zum Halten oder Abstützen eines Stirnseitenbereiches oder Stirnseitenteilbereiches des Glasabschlusses (20) oder einzelner seiner Glaselemente bzw. Glasprofilelemente (21, 21') und
wenigstens einen zur seitlichen Führung oder Stützung des Glasabschlusses (20) und/oder eines, mehrerer oder aller seiner einzelnen Glaselemente bzw. Glasprofilelemente (21, 21') hervorstehenden Flanschabschnitt (4, 5; 4', 5'; 49, 50; 57, 58; 71, 72; 81, 82) aus Metall aufweist,
wobei der Flanschabschnitt (4, 5; 4', 5'; 49, 50; 57, 58; 71, 72; 81, 82) und der Halteabschnitt (3; 38; 54; 69, 77; 87; 88) über eine wämeisolierende und/oder thermisch trennende Verbindungseinrichtung (6, 7; 40, 41; 43, 44; 45, 46, 47, 48; 67, 68; 64, 65) fest miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die
Haltevorrichtung zum Halten aus horizontal angeordneten Glasprofilelementen, insbesondere U-Glasprofilelementen (21, 21'), gebildeter Glasabschlüsse (20), geeignet ist wobei die
wenigstens eine Halteschiene (2) vertikal anzuordnen und zum verspannenden und/oder verklemmenden Befestigen von Glasprofilelementhaltern (22, 22'), auf oder mit denen die Glasprofilelemente (21, 21') gehalten oder gelagert sind, dadurch ausgebildet ist, daß sie als Halteabschnitt
einen für die verspannende und/oder verklemmende, insbesondere mittels Hammerkopfschrauben (25) oder der gleichen Schraubbefestigem (24) erfolgenden, Befestigung profilierten Befestigungsabschnitt (3) aus Metall und den wenigstens einen zur seitlichen Führung oder Stützung von Glasprofilelementen (21, 21') und/oder des Glasabschlusses (20) hervorstehenden Flanschabschnitt (4, 5) aus Metall aufweist,
wobei der Flanschabschnitt (4, 5) und der Befestigungsabschnitt (3) über die wärmeisolierende und/oder thermisch trennende Verbindungseinrichtung (6, 7) fest miteinander verbunden sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (6, 7; 40, 41; 43, 44; 45, 46; 47, 48; 67, 68; 74, 75) einen Doppelsteg (13/14; 89/90) oder Dreifachsteg oder wenigstens zwei sich jeweils in Längsrichtung der Halteschiene (2; 32, 36, 37; 34, 64, 65; 34, 64', 76; 79; 80) erstreckende quer zu dieser Längsrichtung voneinander beabstandete Verbindungsstege (13, 14) aus schlecht wärmeleitendem Material, insbesondere auf der Basis von Kunststoffen, umfaßt. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, vorzugsweise Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (6, 7; 40, 41; 43, 44; 45, 46; 47, 48; 67, 68; 74, 75), vorzugsweise der Doppelsteg (13/14. 89/90) bzw. die Verbindungsstege (13, 14; 89, 90), aus Polyamid oder mit einem Polyamidkern ausgebildet und vorzugsweise, insbesondere nachträglich, beschichtet ist bzw. sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flanschabschnitt (4, 5; 4', 5'; 49, 50; 57, 58; 71, 72; 81, 82) und/oder der Halte- bzw. Befestigungsabschnitt (3; 38, 54, 69; 77; 87; 88) aus Aluminium und insbesondere jeweils aus einem Aluminiumprofil gebildet ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteabschnitt (38, 54, 69; 77; 87; 88) im wesentlich rechteckrohrförmig, gegebenenfalls mit äußeren Befestigungs- oder Stützansätzen (59), oder in seiner Ausbildung als Befestigungsabschnitt (3) im wesentlichen C-förmig profiliert ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur beidseitigen Führung bzw. Stützung von Glaspröfilelementen (21, 21') und/oder des Glasabschlusses (20) zwei Flanschabschnitte (4, 5; 4', 5'; 49, 50; 57, 58; 71, 72; 81, 82) vorgesehen sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteschiene (2; 32; 33; 34; 37; 65; 76) zum Umfassen des Stirnseitenbereichs des Gebäudeabschlusses oder wenigstens eines seiner Glas(profil)elemente insgesamt im wesentlich U-förmig profiliert ist, wobei die beiden Flanschabschnitte (4, 5) die beiden U-Schenkel bilden und der U-Steg durch die beidseits über die Verbindungseinrichtungen (6, 7) mit den Flanschabschnitten (2; 32, 37; 34, 65; 34, 76; 79; 80) verbundenen Halte- und Befestigungsabschnitt (3; 38, 54, 69; 77; 87; 88) gebildet ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen der Verbindungseinrichtung (6, 7) und dem jeweiligen aus Metall bestehenden Abschnitt - Flanschabschnitt (4, 5) oder Befestigungsabschnitt (3) - durch Hintergreifen einer hakenförmigen Berandung einer Aufnahmenut (11) in einem der zu verbindenden Elemente (3, 4, 5) durch einen in die Aufnahmenut (11) aufgenommenen, entsprechend profilierten Kopf oder Endbereich (15) am anderen Element (6, 7) geschaffen ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 und Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (13, 14) mit in etwa T-förmig profilierten Endbereichen (15) zum Hintergreifen von entsprechenden C-förmig profilierten Aufnahmenuten (11) in den jeweils zu verbindenden Abschnitten (4, 5; 4', 5'; 49, 50; 57, 58; 71, 72; 81, 82) bzw. (3; 38, 54, 69; 77; 87; 88) versehen sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
gekennzeichnet durch
Glasprofilelementhalter (22, 22') zum Halten der Endbereiche der Glasprofilelemente (21, 21'), welche Glasprofilelementhalter mittels eines Schraubbefestigers (24), insbesondere einer Hammerkopfschraube (25), an dem C-förmig profilierten Befestigungsabschnitt (3) in wählbarer Höhe (28) verspannbar und dadurch befestigbar sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Halteschiene (2; 32, 36, 37; 34, 64, 65; 34, 64', 76; 79; 80) an die Dicke (B1 - B5) des zu haltenden Glasabschlusses (20) und/oder dessen Glaselemente bzw. Glasprofilelemente (20, 21') dadurch angepaßt ist, daß wenigstens eine passende von verschieden lang ausgeführten Verbindungseinrichtungen (6, 7; 40, 41; 43, 44; 45, 46, 47, 48; 67, 68; 64, 65) eingesetzt ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine oben horizontal oder seitlich vertikal anzuordnende im wesentlichen U-förmig profilierte Halteschiene (32, 33, 34) mit einem Rechteckprofil als angrenzend zu den Stirnseiten des Glasabschlusses (20) ohne Stützfunktion angeordneter Haltebereich (38), der mit dem beidseits zur seitlichen Stützung vorgesehenen, im wesentlichen L-förmig profilierten Flanschabschnitten (4', 5') jeweils an dessen verstärktem kurzen Steg (4a') fest verbunden ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine quer durch die abzuschließende Gebäudeöffnung zur Stützung oder Halterung von beidseits angeordneten Glasabschlüssen oder Glasabschlußteitetementen anzuordnende Halteschiene (36, 64, 64'), die insgesamt im wesentlichen T-förmig, H-förmig oder Doppel-T-förmig profiliert ist und im wesentlichen durch den zur beiderseitigen Stützung, Anlage oder Befestigung geeigneten Halte- oder Befestigungsabschnitt (38) und einen einseitig oder zwei an zwei Seiten über je eine der Verbindungseinrichtungen (6, 7; 40,41; 43, 44; 45, 46) fest damit verbundene(n) T-förmig profilierte(n) Flanschabschnitte (49, 50) gebildet ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine unten horizontal anzuordnende Halteschiene (37, 65, 76, 79, 80), deren wenigstens einer Flanschabschnitt (57, 58; 71, 72; 81, 82) und/oder deren Halteabschnitt (54, 69, 77) an der dem zu haltenden Glasabschluß abzuwendenden, nach unten gerichtet anzuordnenden Unterseite mit wenigstens einem Stützelement (59), insbesondere wenigstens einer Stützleiste (60, 78, 70), die vorzugsweise jeweils als Teil von die Abschnitte (57, 58; 71, 72; 81, 82; 54, 69, 77) bildenden Metallprofilen, ausgebildet ist, versehen ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützleiste einfach I-förmig oder stegförmig senkrecht abragend (70), L-förmig (78) oder T-förmig - das "T" auf den Kopf gestellt - (60) profiliert ist. - Halteschiene zur Verwendung in einer Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
gekennzeichnet durch,
einen zum Halten oder Abstützen eines Stimseitenbereiches des Glasabschlusses oder wenigstens eines seiner Glas(profil)elemente rohrförmig, insbesondere rechteckrohrförmig, oder für die verspannende Befestigung von Glasprofilelementhaltern (22, 22') mittels Hammerkopfschrauben (25) C-förmig profilierten Halte- oder Befestigungsabschnitt (3; 38, 54, 69; 77; 87; 88) aus Metall,
wenigstens einen zur seitlichen Führung oder Stützung von Glas(profil)elementen (21, 21') auf der Seite, die für die Abstützung oder Halterung angelegt ist oder an der die Glasprofilelementhalter (22, 22') anbringbar sind, hervorstehenden Flanschabschnitt (4, 5) aus Metall und
durch eine, vorzugsweise durch einen Doppelsteg (13/14, 89/90) oder durch wenigstens zwei Verbindungsstege (13, 14; 89, 90) gebildete, Verbindungseinrichtung (6, 7; 40, 41; 43, 44; 45, 46; 47, 48; 67, 68; 74, 75), die die beiden aus Metall gebildeten Abschnitte (4, 5; 4', 5'; 49, 50; 57, 58; 71, 72; 81, 82); (3; 38, 54, 69; 77; 87; 88) thermisch voneinander trennend fest miteinander verbindet. - Halteschiene nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstege (13, 14; 89, 90) aus schlecht wärmeleitendem Material, insbesondere auf der Basis von Kunststoffen und mehr insbesondere auf der Basis von Polyamid, bestehen.
