Description

The invention relates to a holding device for holding a single Glass profile elements, in particular U glass profile elements, or other elongated, in particular insulating, glass elements formed glass closure according to the preamble of appended claim 1. In addition, the invention relates to a usable in such a holding device Retaining rail.

With elongated glass elements. such as glass profile elements, formed glass closures are often used for large-scale glazing of buildings such as gyms, Factory halls or stairwells or private houses, commercial buildings used. The glass finishes are often made with the help of metal profiles anchored in the building opening to be locked. Just when the glass cover is designed to be insulating - for example one of the individual Surrounded by glass profile elements - it occurs in the stand technology sometimes leads to precipitation within the building closure due to the formation of condensation, which can hardly be removed afterwards are.

It is now a matter of forming such precipitates in the To effectively prevent the inside of the glass cover.

Hieron is in DE 20 89 049 A and DE 295 14 437 U1 a holding device with each Describe features of the preamble of appended claim 1. Accordingly, a holding device for holding one of individual glass profile elements, in particular U glass profile elements, or other elongated, especially insulating, Glass elements formed building closure with at least one holding rail for holding or storing and for guiding and supporting the individual from the side elongated glass elements or glass profile elements or the glass end which holding rail on the one hand a profiled holding section made of metal for holding or supporting an end face area or Front part of the glass edge or one, several or all its glass elements or glass profile elements and on the other hand at least one for lateral guidance or support of the glass closure and / or one or more or all of its individual glass elements or glass profile elements protrude Has flange section made of metal. The fact that the flange section and the holding section via a heat-insulating and / or thermal separating connecting device are firmly connected to one another ensures secure storage or retention of the glass cover, on the other hand, however, the individual sections to be held thermally from one another Cut. It therefore comes from the frontal areas that are caused by the Holding rail are detected, not to undesirable climatic conditions through thermal bridges. On the one hand, this effectively prevents the formation of condensation inside the glass cover or the penetration of water in the glass cover, but on the other hand also carries the support rail contributes to the insulating effect of such a glass closure, since thermal bridges be avoided on its holder.

Glass terminations formed from glass professional elements, in particular U-glass profile elements are known from the above-mentioned printed publications and further, for example, from EP 0 742 324 A1, to those for others Full details of glass closure training explicit reference is made. With the well-known glass finishes However, the U-shaped glass profile elements used there not arranged horizontally but vertically This makes of statics and installation in buildings is no problem. However, a horizontal arrangement is problematic of glass profile elements, since there the lowest glass profile elements the weight of all upper ones would have to bear.

In the case of horizontally arranged glass terminations, the through horizontally arranged Glass profile elements are formed, is therefore a holding device of the beginning mentioned type advantageous, by which each of the glass profile elements individually is held so that the load on the lower elements does not exceed that of the top elements.

For this purpose, a holding device according to the invention has the features of claim 1 intended.

A holding device for holding horizontally arranged glass profile elements is known from DE 298 09 177 U1, Figure 4. This known holding device but has horizontally arranged on plinths provided on a wall Mounts on. The known holding device is therefore only suitable Glass profile elements - here L-shaped profiled glass profile elements - as overlaps to attach to a wall, but not a glass cover in one Keep building opening.

In order to design the holding device according to the invention such that the glass profile elements in a simple manner at a selectable height to complete one Opening can be fixed in a building, according to the invention, a holding device for holding out horizontally arranged glass profile elements, especially U glass profile elements. Formed glass closures proposed, in which the at least one vertical to be arranged holding rail for tensioning and / or jamming fastening of glass profile element holders, on or with which the glass profile elements are held or stored, is formed. For this purpose, the holding rail points as Holding section one for the bracing and / or jamming, in particular using hammer head screws or similar screw fasteners, Fastening profiled fastening section made of metal and the least one for lateral guidance or support of glass profile elements and / or the flange section protruding from metal, the flange portion and the attachment portion over the heat insulating and / or a thermally separating connecting device are connected.

Due to the vertically arranged, appropriately profiled holding rail, the Fixing height of the glass profile element is free and in particular stepless selectable. This means that different glass finishes can be used with the same holding device with different height glass profile elements. It is also possible to hold the glass cover made of glass profile elements of different widths, i.e. to form height when installed. The fastening section and the flange section exist for optical reasons and / or for reasons of stability made of metal. Especially when completing in a building of existing through openings and by itself by use of glass profile elements forming cavities parallel to each other With such metal rails, the glass profile elements could mist up by condensation on the inner surfaces of the Glass profile elements come. Surprisingly, it has been shown that through a separate design and thermal insulation of those made of metal Avoid sections of such fogging or at least greatly reduce it leaves. Naturally, such a thermal separation can be used to make the peaks better k values of the glass closure held with the aid of the holding device achieve.

Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the subclaims specified. One for use in an inventive Holding device trained holding rail is the subject of the independent claim.

Since the connecting device for thermal separation of the fastening section and the flange section should serve, should be formed by metal Thermal bridges are avoided. The connector should therefore be off a poorly heat-conducting material. On the other hand, the Holding or fastening section can withstand considerable forces, which is a very firm connection between the flange section and the holding or fastening section makes necessary. Therefore, according to an advantageous Further development of the invention proposed that the connecting device a Double or triple web or at least two each in the longitudinal direction the holding rail extending from one another transversely to this longitudinal direction spaced connecting webs made of poorly heat-conducting material, in particular based on plastics. The connection device and preferably the double web or the connecting webs are further preferred made of polyamide or with a polyamide core polyamide has the advantage that it can also be added depending on the desired surface design entire support rail can also be coated together with the metal sections is. The holding section and at least one - preferably two - Flange sections formed holding rail can thus initially be produced and then, depending on the desired surface design, the visible Surfaces are coated. The flange section and / or Holding section - so z. B. the above-mentioned fastening section - preferred made of aluminum.

As a holding section is a tubular profile or other double wall or similar measures reinforced profile can be used. In his training as He is fastening section so that a screw fastener with his head Can easily reach behind the fastening section, preferably essentially C-shaped profiled. Advantageously, hammer head screws are used for the fastening used with the appropriate orientation of her head in the inserted through the C-profile formed open groove and for reaching behind the same can be rotated accordingly by 90 °.

Around the glass profile elements and / or the glass closure formed from them - this can e.g. of pairs of U-glass profile elements directed towards each other with their webs be educated - to lead on both sides and especially in to keep the building passage opening to be closed are further preferred Two flange sections are provided, which are located on both sides of the holding section extend and each with a connecting device with the same are connected. It is for easy grasping the glass finish and simple Installation further preferred that the support rail overall substantially Is profiled in a U-shape, the two flange sections the two U-legs form and the U-bridge through the on both sides with the connecting devices the flange portion connected holding portion is formed.

In order to firmly connect the metal sections of the holding rail to one another, this is done further preferably the connection between the connecting device and the each metal section by reaching behind a hook-shaped border a receiving groove in one of the elements to be connected by a corresponding profiled head or end area on the other element. Preferably is each connecting web on the facing the metal sections End areas profiled approximately T-shaped or otherwise thickened, all the more so a corresponding C-shaped profile provided for each connecting web To engage the receiving groove in the section to be connected.

The holding device according to the invention has a horizontal design arranged glass closures further preferably at least one glass profile element holder per glass profile element or pair of glass profile elements to be fastened on. Are preferably on both vertical edges of the to be closed Building opening each provided a holding device so that each horizontally arranged glass profile element on both ends each on glass profile element holder rests. Glass profile element holder for holding the end areas of the Glass profile elements are preferably by means of at least one screw fastener, in particular a hammer head screw on the C-shaped profiled fastening section Can be clamped at a selectable height and thus fastened.

Now it may be that depending on the requirements of the construction of different thicknesses of glass are to be kept. So far, this would have been the production of special profiles was necessary, which would be quite expensive. Holders for special thick glass seals such as B. TWD endings (transparent thermal insulation glass endings) would be quite expensive due to their special production Production. This problem arises in a particularly advantageous embodiment avoided the holding device according to the invention. According to this advantageous Embodiment of the invention is the adaptation of the holding device Different thicknesses of the glass finish do not make special Profiles, but about the use of more or less long connecting devices solved. The connection facilities exist - how mentioned above - preferably based on plastics and are slightly different Lengths can be made. Depending on whether you have a short connection facility or a slightly longer connector to connect Flange section and holding section used, is the distance between them both sections larger or smaller. So that can be made from metal profiles Flange and holding or fastening sections are always made the same be and z. B. be stocked by the manufacturer. Depending on the special requirements of the client or the glass seal to be held the corresponding metal profiles - holding section and flange sections - by means of suitably long connecting devices - e.g. B. more or less short Double webs or multiple connection webs - firmly connected. According to this particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is therefore provided that that the width of the support rail to the thickness of the glass to be held and / or one, several or all of its glass elements or Glass profile elements is adapted in that at least one matching from connecting devices of different lengths are used.

Another particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides a sentence of several holding rails in front, which consists of a substantially U-shaped profiled holding rail designed for purely lateral support Rectangular profile as adjacent to the face of the glass finish without Support function arranged holding area, a T-shaped, H-shaped or Double-T-shaped holding rail as a central strut for a glass cover or for Separation of two glass end pieces and one to be arranged horizontally below Retaining rail, which is to be arranged on the groundbreaking of the building Bottom is provided with support elements. These support elements are further preferably formed as a support bar which, for. B. as a simple straight Strip - I-shaped or web-shaped, projecting vertically - L-shaped or T-shaped is profiled.

The holding rail according to the invention, which for use in a above explained holding device is characterized by a tubular or for the tensioning fastening of glass profile element holders by means of hammer head screws with a C-shaped holding or fastening section made of metal, at least one for lateral guidance or support of glass profile elements and / or the glass closure formed therefrom on the side facing the glass end, on which the glass profile element holder, if applicable are attachable, projecting flange section made of metal and by one, preferably by a double web or by at least two Connecting webs formed connecting device which connects the two metal sections thermally separating from each other.

In Fig. 1 is a horizontal section through as part of a holding device 1 for a holding rail 2 formed from glass building closure shown. The holding rail 2 has an approximately centrally arranged C-shaped profile Holding section in the form of a fastening section 3 and two lateral Flange sections 4 and 5. Each flange section 4, 5 is by means of a connecting device 6 and 7 firmly connected to the fastening section 3. Overall, the holding rail 2 with the flange sections 4, 5 has the connecting devices 6 and 7 and the fastening section 3 a U-shaped Profile, the two flange sections 4 and 5 the legs and the connecting devices 6 and 7 with the mounting portion 3 in between Form web. The one surrounded by the C-shaped profile of the fastening section 3 Recess or groove 8 opens into the interior of the U-profile of the holding rail 2 in. On the opposite of the legs of the U-profile of the holding rail 2 Back 9 of the support rail 2 close the end faces of the Flange sections 4, 5 and that of the fastening section 3 in a common Level down.

Each flange section 4, 5 is on the fastening section 3 facing Side near the back 9 provided with a connection area 10.

These connection areas 10 each have two C-shaped receiving grooves 11 on. The sides facing each of the flange sections 4, 5 of the fastening section 3 are with comparable designed connection areas 12 provided.

The connecting devices 6 and 7 are each by a double web 13/14, i.e. by two (more than in embodiments not shown two) connecting webs 13 and 14 formed. The connecting webs 13, 14 have each in about a double-T-shaped profile, the T-training to the sections to be fastened 3-5 facing end sections 15 for precise Fit into the grooves 11 are formed. By incorporating the T-shaped trained end portions 15 in the grooves 11 creates the Connection device 6 or 7 a fixed connection of the respective Flange sections 4, 5 with the fastening section 3. For reasons of stability are the receiving grooves 11 of each connection area 10, 12 and thus also the connecting webs 13, 14 fitted therein by a certain distance spaced from each other. The mounting section 3 and the two Flange sections 4, 5 are made of metal, in the present preferred one Embodiment made of aluminum. The connecting webs 13 and 14 are made of polyamide educated. The entire holding rail 2 is in embodiments not shown with a surface coating, such as plastic coating, Provide powder coating or the like.

The flange sections 4, 5 have a hook-shaped at their free ends Training 16 with an open towards the inside of the U-profile of the holding rail Inner groove 17 on.

The function of the holding rail 2 is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 2 to 6 explained.

Fig. 2 shows a front view of a through opening 18 delimiting Wall 19 of a building such as a house. The opening 18 is closed by means of a glass cover 20. The glass cover 20 is off formed several U-shaped elongated glass profile elements 21, which are arranged horizontally.

Since the glass profile elements 21 have a considerable weight depending on the length can, they are, due charges to the lower glass profile elements 21 to avoid at their ends in the vertical soffit wall areas the openings 18 fastened holding rails 2 held. Like the bracket Individual glass profile elements 21 can be accomplished, is exemplified in Fig. 3 indicated that a resting on a glass profile element holder 22 with her End region received in the holding rail 2 and by the flange section 5 shows laterally supported glass profile element 21. As a buffer between that Flange section 5 and the glass profile element 21 is in the inner groove 17 Sealing element 23 added. The glass profile element holder 22 is by means of a a fastening fastener 24 having a fastening nut on the fastening section 3 held. The head 27 of the screw fastener 24 engages behind the edge of the groove 8. This will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIG. 4 and 5 explained.

According to the embodiment shown there, the screw fastener 24 a hammer head screw 25 with a suitable nut attachment 26. By means of this Nuts 26, the hammer head screw 25 is inserted into the groove 8 Head 27 at a selectable height (arrow 28) clamped and secured.

6 shows a further exemplary embodiment in which a glass closure 20 formed from a plurality of interlocking glass profile elements 21, 21 ', each with their legs directed towards one another, can be held on its individual glass profile elements 21, 21'. In this embodiment, the glass profile element holder 22 'is essentially F-shaped in profile,
the two contact surfaces 29 formed thereby serve to support the upper legs of two glass profile elements 21, 21 'directed towards each other. The respective outwardly directed webs of the glass profile elements 21, 21 ', which form the outer surfaces of the glass closure 20, are each held by the flange sections 4 and 5, again sealing elements 23 being accommodated in the inner grooves 17 as buffers therebetween. Although provided by appropriate seals 30 between the horizontally successive glass profile elements 21 and 21 'and thus the inner cavity 30 enclosed by the glass profile elements 21, 21' is closed in such a way that water evaporation to the outside is hindered, the double-walled glass closure formed in this way is Despite its fixed mounting in the fastening section 3 and the resulting thermal coupling to this fastening section 3, it is very unaffected by fogging or condensation inside. The reason for this is that the connecting device 6 and 7 formed by the connecting webs 13, 14 ensures thermal decoupling of the flange regions 4 and 5 forming the side edge of the holding device 1 with respect to the fastening section 3.

Some aspects of the holding device described above according to one first embodiment and the holding rail used therein are in the following again summarized with reference to FIG. 1:

To create an easy-to-use, universally applicable holder for Hold from in particular horizontally arranged glass profile elements, in particular To create U-glass profile elements 21, 21 ', formed glass terminations 20, where fogging of the glass profile elements is reduced from the inside, a holding device 1 is proposed with at least one to be arranged vertically Holding rail 2 for tensioning and / or jamming fastening of glass profile element holders 22, 22 ', on or with which the Glass profile elements 21, 21 'are held or supported, the holding rail 2 one for the tensing and / or jamming, in particular by means of Hammer head screws 25 or the same screw fastener 24, Fastening profiled holding section designed as a fastening section 3 and at least one for the lateral guidance or support of glass profile elements 21, 21 'and / or the glass end 20 projecting flange section 4, 5 has. The flange section 4, 5 and the holding or fastening section 3 are made of metal and are connected by a connector 6, 7 thermally separated from each other firmly connected.

It is primarily horizontal to be arranged holding rails, which are also in addition to the laterally vertical holding rails 2 of the first embodiment can be used are. The holding rails according to Figures 7 to 11 are also for Holding and supporting vertically arranged elongated glass elements or glass profile elements as well as glass closures made from it. Other embodiments the holding device accordingly have holding rails in the Figures 7 to 11 types shown and z. B. instead of that shown in Figure 1 holding rails to be arranged vertically, lateral holding rails in the form, as shown in Figures 7, 8 and 9 as upper holding rails 32, 33, 34 are.

The second embodiment of a holding device 35, the horizontally arranged Holding rails 32, 36, 37 are shown in cross section in FIG. 7, has the upper support rail 32, a central support rail 36 and a lower one Holding rail 37 on.

The upper holding rail 32 is constructed essentially like the holding rail 2, with the difference that the mounting rail 3 trained holding portion 38 is not C-shaped, but on the Glass end facing side is formed without a groove closed. The The holding section 38 is therefore essentially rectangular in construction and has a contact surface on the side facing the glass closure 39, by means of which a corresponding end face region (not shown of the glass closure can be held or supported. The connecting devices 40, 41 are comparable to the connecting devices 6, 7 trained, but in comparison to these of different lengths, so that in comparison Different distances A1 or A2 to the distances in FIG. 1 between the flange section 5 and the holding section 38 or the holding section 38 and the flange section 4 is maintained. By using it of connecting devices 40, 41, 6, 7, (Figure 1, 8 or 43 and 44 (Figure 9, 45 and 46 or 47 and 48 (Figure 10 and 11), the width can be between the individual flange sections B1, B2, B3, B4 and B5 on those to be held Adjust the glass section or other structural conditions.

In order to be able to encompass particularly large face widths of glass sections, the flange sections 4 'and 5' of the holding rail 32 are L-shaped, a short L-web 4a 'rectangular and formed with the connection areas 10 is. The holding rail 32 is, for. B. as an upper guide for holding the upper Face area of the glass closure inside the building opening - the Holding section 38 has no support function - or as lateral guides - similar to the holding rails (2) according to FIG. 2 but for vertically arranged ones Glass profile element glass finishes - usable.

The middle holding rail 36 is essentially H-shaped in the example shown or double T-shaped profiled and next to the essentially rectangular profiled holding section 38 T-shaped profiled flange sections 49, 50, which by means of the connecting devices 41, 40 fixed to the Holding section 38 are connected. The T-shape of the flange sections 49, 50 results from the shape of the flange sections 4 ', 5' in that an additional Flange 51 extends opposite to the first flange 52. In the In the middle between the two flanges 51 and 52 a rectangular hollow profile protrudes and thus reinforced web 53 with the connection area 10 away at its free end.

The lower holding rail 37 also has a holding section and two means Connecting devices 55, 56 on these 54 attached flange sections 57, 58 on. The connecting devices 55, 56 correspond up to the distance between the connecting webs 13, 14, the connecting devices 41, 40. The holding section 54 has a rectangular hollow section section 54a with the connection areas 12 and support elements 59. In the holding rail 37 are the support elements 49 formed by support strips 60, which like an upside down placed "T" are profiled.

The flange sections 57, 58 have an outwardly projecting angle Flange 61 for gripping around the lower end area of the glass end and a support wall 62 on its free lower end is also provided with the support elements 59 in the form of the support strips 60. On the side facing the holding section 54 is the support wall 62 with the connecting region 10 provided. On the opposite side the support wall 62 further a hook-shaped bar 63 for anchoring purposes or the like.

The upper, middle and lower holding rails 33, 64, 65 of the one shown in FIG. 8 Embodiment of a third embodiment of a holding device 66 differ from the holding rails 32, 36 and 37 according to FIG. 7 by the length of the connecting devices. Accordingly, in Figure 8, the connecting devices 6, 7 and further connection devices in the lower area 67, 68 provided. The connecting devices 67, 68 differentiate differs from the connecting devices 55, 56 of the second embodiment in that that they have the same length A3 as the connecting devices 6 and 7 exhibit. The flange sections 4 ', 5' or 49, 50 and the holding sections 38 the upper and middle rails 33, 64 - Fig. 8 - are like the upper and middle rail 32, 36 of the holding device 35 - Figure 7- formed. Also the lower holding rail 65 corresponds essentially to the formation of the Supporting elements 59 of the lower holding rail 37 according to FIG. 7 Holding section 69 on its lower side with a centrally perpendicular downward protruding web 70 provided as a support member 59. The two flange sections 71 and 72 have L-shaped profiled support strips as support elements, are otherwise formed like the flange sections 58, 57.

The fourth embodiment of a holding device 73 shown in FIG. 9 also largely corresponds to the two previously described embodiments 35, 66, but with connecting devices 43, 44 and 74 of different lengths, 75 - the latter in the lower support rail 76 - are provided. The support elements 59 are both at the flange sections 71, 72 of the lower holding rail 76 as well as the holding section 77 of the lower holding rail 76 as L-shaped profiled support strips 78 are formed.

Selbstverständlich sind aber auch Ausführungsformen vergleichbar den Figuren 10 und 11 denkbar, bei denen Halteabschnitte mit Stützelementen verwendet werden.FIGS. 10 and 11 show further embodiments of lower holding rails 79, 80, for less thick - corresponding to thickness B4 and thickness B5 glass finishes are intended in building openings with a massive conversion. The two flange sections 81, 82 are in contrast to those of the The exemplary embodiments explained so far are not purely mirror images, but different to each other. One flange section 81 has adjacent an angularly projecting flange 83, which also has a bar 84 projecting below, one from the support wall 62 to the outside projecting window sill area 85. The support member 59 of this Flange section 81 is designed as an almost U-shaped profiled support strip 86. The flange section 82 has an also protruding at an angle Flange 87 and the support wall 62 as the L-shaped support bar 78 Support element 59 on. The holding sections 87, 88 are in accordance with the illustrations Figures 10 and 11, however, designed differently. The holding sections 87, 88 are essentially also profiled in a rectangular manner the holding sections 54, 69 and 77 of the embodiments according to FIGS. 7 to 9, here, however, more high than wide, due to the smaller thickness B4 and B5 to be taken into account. Different thicknesses can be found in a wider range then again through connecting devices of different lengths 46 to 48 are balanced. Here, the holding section 87 according to FIG. 10 even wider than the holding section 88 shown in Figure 11. Because of the here smaller between the support elements 59 on the flange sections 81, 82 distance to be bridged can here on support elements 59 on the holding sections 87, 88 can be dispensed with. Of course, embodiments are also, of course comparable to FIGS. 10 and 11, in which holding sections can be used with support elements.

While the connecting devices 47, 48 according to FIG. 11 are comparable Way as in the previously described embodiments by two straight Connecting webs 13, 14 are formed, the connecting webs differ 89, 90 of the connecting devices 45, 46 according to FIG. 10 substantially different from the Connecting webs 14 and 13. The upper connecting device 89 is for Increase the support surface 39 for the front of the glass finish after offset angled or cranked at the top, while the lower connecting web 90 not just a T-shaped thickened head for reaching behind the Receiving groove 11, but grooves in a thickened head 91 or The End.

Further embodiments of holding devices result from any Combination of the features described in Figures 1 to 11.
