Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Materialbahn (9), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn auf einen Wickelkern (z.B. Tambour 12), wobei eine Wickelrolle (11) gebildet wird, mit den folgenden Merkmalen:a) eine Tragtrommel (10), über welche die ankommende Materialbahn (9) läuft, bildet mit der Wickelrolle (11) einen Wickelspalt;b) eine Sekundär-Transporteinrichtung (15) dient zum Verfahren des Wickelkernes (12) entlang einer vorzugsweise horizontalen Fahrbahn (13);c) die Sekundär-Transporteinrichtung (15) trägt ein Luftabquetschelement (25), das bei Erreichen einer gewünschten Schichtdicke (S) mittels einer Andrückeinrichtung (26) an die Wickelrolle (11) andrückbar ist;d) die Sekundär-Transporteinrichtung (15) ist dazu geeignet, um den Tambour (12) mit der darauf gebildeten Wickelrolle (11) zusammen mit dem Luftabquetschelement von der Tragtrommel (10) hinweg in eine Tambourwechsel-Position (Fig. 2, 3; 6) zu verfahren, wonach mittels einer Primär-Transporteinrichtung (23) ein neuer, noch leerer Tambour (22) in eine Wickel-Startposition (Fig. 3) verfahrbar ist;e) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Sekundär-Transporteinrichtung (15) eine Hubeinrichtung (27) vorgesehen ist, die das Luftabquetschelement (25) und dessen Andrückeinrichtung (26) trägt und die dazu geeignet ist, das Luftabquetchelement (25) und dessen Andrückeinrichtung (26) in einen der momentanen Schichtdicke (S) entsprechenden Abstand von der Wickelrollen-Drehachse zu verfahren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sekundär-Transporteinrichtung (15) eine vorzugsweise im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende Führungsbahn (29) aufweist, entlang der die Hubeinrichtung (27) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:a) die Sekundär-Transporteinrichtung (15) umfaßt im Bereich der beiden Materialbahn-Ränder je einen Sekundär-Transportschlitten mit je einer Führungsbahn (29) für die das Luftabquetschelement tragende Hubeinrichtung (27):b) die Hubeinrichtung (27) umfaßt einen Querträger (28), der sich vom führerseitigen Sekundär-Transportschlitten zum triebseitigen Sekundär-Transportschlitten erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Querträger (28) ein Antrieb (31) für das vertikale Verfahren der Hubeinrichtung (27) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftabquetschelement als eine Walzenanordnung ausgebildet ist, entweder mit einem durchgehenden Walzenkörper oder mit einer Vielzahl von Walzenkörper-Segmenten;
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftabquetschelement als ein Bürstenkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftabquetschelement einen Grundkörper mit einem reibungsarmen Belag aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andrückeinrichtung für das Luftabquetschelement wenigstens zwei an der Hubeinrichtung schwenkbar gelagerte Schwenkhebel aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andrückeinrichtung (26) einen Pneumatikschlauch aufweist, der auf dem Querträger (28) abgestützt ist und das Luftabquetschelement (25) trägt.
