Claims (7)
- Dispositif avec au moins une poutre à buses (2, 3) pour la génération de jets de liquide pour l'injection au moyen de jets des fibres d'une voie de textile transportée dans une direction, par ex. une voie de tissus, de fibres, de treillis ou de tissus à mailles, perpendiculaire à la poutre à buses à l'aide d'un support perméable aux liquides, comme un rouleau égoutteur (1),a) la poutre à buses (2, 3) comportant une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure s'étendant sur la largeur de la voie, une chambre de compression étant ordonnée longitudinalement à la partie supérieure sur la longueur, laquelle est alimentée au niveau frontal par le liquide sous pression, etb) au moins sur un grand côté de la poutre à buses (2, 3), parallèlement à son développement et à proximité immédiate du bord extérieur de la partie inférieure, une installation de récupération du liquide (4-6) étant prévue à partir de la partie inférieure de la poutre à buses (2, 3) pour le liquide s'écoulant, l'installation de récupération du liquide (4-6) étant formée en tant que tuyau d'aspiration avec une fente d'aspiration (12) le long du bord inférieur de la poutre à buses (2, 3), caractérisé en ce que,le long de la partie inférieure de la poutre à buses (2, 3), une plaque à buses étanche avec des ouvertures de buses est installée, qu'à la fente d'aspiration (12), une fente longitudinale de récupération (11) en forme de trémie se raccorde à la partie inférieure de la poutre à buses (2, 3) attribuée, que l'installation de récupération du liquide (4-6) est pliée à partir d'une plaque (7) s'étendant le long de la poutre à buses (2, 3), dont les surfaces finales (9, 10), pour la formation de la fente longitudinale de récupération (11) en forme de trémie, se recouvrent en partie et se terminent en fente d'aspiration (12) conique en se chevauchant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'installation de récupération du liquide (4-6), à l'exception de la fente d'aspiration (12), est fermée de façon hermétique sur son pourtour et aux niveaux frontaux et qu'un espace creux de l'installation de récupération du liquide est raccordé à une pompe d'aspiration (8) ou similaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la fente d'aspiration (12), comporte une hauteur de 1 à 10, de préférence de 2 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la fente longitudinale de récupération (11) en forme de trémie est composée d'une surface finale (9) s'étendant longitudinalement et d'une surface finale supérieure (10) de la plaque (7) composant l'installation de récupération du liquide (4), la fente d'aspiration (12) étant formée sur sa partie étroite.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le support est un rouleau égoutteur et que la surface inférieure (9) est retenue à proximité immédiate du rouleau égoutteur (1) et s'étend au moins jusqu'au bord extérieur (14) de la partie inférieure ou un peu en direction du centre de la poutre à buses (2, 3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces finales (9, 10) se terminent de façon superposée en fente d'aspiration (12) conique et dont le bord final (13) intérieur supérieur, forme la fente d'aération (12) avec la surface finale (9) de la plaque (7).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le support comporte à hauteur de la poutre à buses (2, 3) une fente d'aspiration (15) sur la partie inférieure qui est raccordée à une pompe d'aspiration (8) et, qu'un espace creux de l'installation de récupération du liquide (4-6) est raccordé à la pompe d'aspiration (8) du support.
