Description
Claims (8)
- Hochdruckform für Druckverfahren mit einer Trägerschicht (1) und einer farb- oder lackübertragenden Schicht (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen der Trägerschicht (1) und der farb- oder lackübertragenden Schicht (2) eine die Trägerschicht (1) vor mechanischer Beschädigung bewahrende Schutzschicht (3) befindet, wobei die Schutzschicht (3) im wesentlichen aus Aluminium, biaxial gerecktem Polyester oder Edelstahl besteht.
- Hochdruckform gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen der Trägerschicht (1) und der Schutzschicht (3) ein Mittel zum Verbinden befindet.
- Hochdruckform gemäß Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen der farb- oder lackübertragenden Schicht (2) und der Schutzschicht (3) ein Mittel zum Verbinden befindet.
- Hochdruckform gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (1), die Schutzschicht (3), die farb- oder lackübertragende Schicht (2) und/oder die Mittel zum Verbinden chemisch und/oder physikalisch verbunden sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Hochdruckform gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Trägerschicht (1) durch Kaschieren, Laminieren oder Beschichten mit einer Schutzschicht (3) versehen wird und die Schutzschicht (3) mit einer farb- oder lackübertragenden Schicht (2) versehen wird, wobei die Schutzschicht (3) im wesentlichen aus Aluminium, biaxial gerecktem Polyester oder Edelstahl besteht.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Trägerschicht (1) und der Schutzschicht (3) ein Mittel zum Verbinden aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5 und/oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen die Schutzschicht (3) und die farb- oder lackübertragende Schicht (2) ein Mittel zum Verbinden aufgebracht wird.
- Verwendung einer Hochdruckform gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 in Druckverfahren zur Vermeidung des Zerreißens der Hochdruckform.
