Definitions
- Such lying surfaces with slatted frames are known from the inventor's own applications.
- the subject of these applications is a spring body which consists of longitudinally extending, bar-shaped elastic bodies which form an upper and a lower contact surface for an upper and a lower slatted frame.
- Each slatted frame consists of relatively thin and fine slats, which are joined relatively close together in order to achieve a very elastic lying surface with good punctiform adaptation to the body lying on it. It is known to place this spring body with the upper and lower slatted frames directly on two parallel support strips which are attached to the side surfaces of a bed frame.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a lying surface with parallel arranged to each other, each extending in the longitudinal direction
- a lying surface also on essentially continuous, full-surface contact surfaces can be used advantageously.
- An essential feature of the invention is that according to the invention the lower one Slatted frame rests on another lower cushion body, which The cushion body in turn rests on the support plate and at least partially covered this.
- the main advantage is achieved that now the swinging and bending, especially the lower part of the Louvre grille, achieved by placing it on a lower cushion body rests and this cushion body itself on the support surface for the entire Lying surface rests and partially or completely covers this lying surface.
- Continuous contact surfaces can now be used for the first time, as are known in particular in Anglo-Saxon countries and under the name Bed-BOX ". It is now possible for the first time to achieve an excellent adaptation of a body to a lying surface through the construction according to the invention.
- a first, upper cushion body is arranged above the upper slatted frame, which already has the Body weight of the sleeper takes up relatively evenly and transfers it to the upper slatted frame.
- This upper slat grate will be in the specific, highly stressed places bend, but in the other places where there is no high contact force, there is a back pressure, d. H. in other areas, the slats press down above, towards the body. This leads to an excellent one Adaptation to the body contour because the lamellae of the upper lamella grille are aligned probably bend down as well as the body lying on it accommodate and create a back pressure.
- the body has places where it needs support from below and it has Places where a lowering is needed.
- the lowering is here in the buttocks area, where Tests have shown that the slats in this area are down bend, also in the shoulder area, while in the lumbar region
- the lamellas of the upper lamella grate convex upwards and the Body meet and the upper cushion body facing upwards, convex shape so that the body is preferably supported here.
- the lower slatted frame intervenes the one over which between the upper and lower slatted frame located elastic body, with the upper contact force of the Body is loaded and also its slats in the appropriate places deflects either convex upwards or concave downwards.
- the upper and lower slatted frames are essentially always move synchronously, d. H. in the places where the upper slatted frame concave downwards, the lower slatted frame also becomes concave arch down.
- the lower one is Upholstered body provided, in the material of which the lower slatted frame or the lower slatted frame partially bends in the openings bends in there and experiences a corresponding counterforce.
- the distance between the lamellae of the upper one Slatted frame and the lower slatted frame, over the length of the lying surface seen, is different.
- the slats in the area with 25% one have a greater mutual distance from each other than the lamellae in the middle 50% range.
- the counterforce on the body significantly improved and increased.
- the invention is not based on the arrangement of two to each other parallel slatted frames limited. It is based on its own U.S. Patent 5,553,338 referred to the inventor of the same arrangement with three of each other has created spaced slat gratings and this embodiment is intended as Full reference of the disclosure content of the present invention be grasped. However, there is only the interaction of three lamella grids shown, which form a spring body in the sense of the invention. This publication however, does not teach how to make such a spring body on a substantially continuous contact surface and still the optimal suspension properties maintains this spring body.
- the invention is not only based on the laying on of the entire lying surface a continuous contact area is limited, but it is in a training the invention provided that the entire lying area with its lower Upholstery body placed only on two spaced-apart support strips which are attached to the long sides of a bed frame.
- the lower cushion body together with that on it lying and with the lower slatted frame lying freely between them Support strips can swing.
- Another major advantage of the invention is that in addition to lower cushion body also has a symmetrical upper cushion body that points to the upper slatted frame rests. So it is one with respect to a longitudinal center plane perfectly mirror-symmetrical arrangement of the lying surface available, it allows that the entire lying surface can be rotated by 180 °, so that the upper cushion body comes to lie down and the lower cushion body to above forms the contact surface for the human body.
- the mechanical density of the upper Upholstery body and the lower upholstery body differ from each other, so that, for. B. the upper cushion body is harder than the lower cushion body, especially when turning to create mattresses of different hardness for the mattress.
- a nonwoven insulating panel consists, for. B. from a Virgin wool, made of coconut fiber or the like and has the purpose of being better To achieve moisture absorption and improved thermal insulation.
- a lying surface also preferably used for substructures that are electromechanically adjustable.
- the head part or the foot part can be very sensitively electromotive be raised and the entire lying surface adapts to this adjustment movement very sensitive to.
- the whole construction consists of upper and lower insulating fleece panels, the respectively on upper and lower contact surfaces of the upper and lower Rest the upholstered body.
- the said spring body Between the upper and lower cushion bodies is the said spring body arranged.
- This consists of the above mentioned and lower lamellar grids, which extend on middle, in the longitudinal direction Lie on elastic bodies. It does not matter how many elastic bodies over the Width of the lying surface can be used distributed. It can be narrow Lying surfaces only two elastic bodies are used, each on the edge are arranged. With wide bed surfaces, three or four elastic bodies can be used parallel and at a distance from each other over the entire length of the lying surface extend and the contact surface for the upper slatted frame and the Form a footprint for the lower slatted frame.
- the height and the composition of the elastic bodies play only one minor role. It is preferred that the elastic body from one Natural latex material exist.
- the entire structure is preferably encased in a Cover inserted, this covering, for example, with a Open and close the zipper.
- the upper layer is the upper cushion body with the one on top Insulating fleece plate referred to as the middle layer, the previously mentioned Is called spring body and the lower layer of the lower cushion body with the lower insulating fleece plate is called.
- the lower layer is fastened with a cloth surface, which surface of the cloth is in the direction of the central spring body in the form of a tunnel-shaped cloth flap continues, and this cloth flap is across the width of the The lying surface is self-contained. Then into this self-contained cloth flap the middle spring body inserted.
- the top layer is firmly connected with a cloth flap and this The cloth flap extends with its cavity over the middle spring body and this middle spring body is inserted into the cloth flap. In this way it can be solved both the top layer with the middle spring body and the bottom layer connected to the middle spring body via cloth flaps.
- Such cloth tabs can spread over the entire period Arrange the length of the lying surface evenly.
- a central spring body 1 is shown schematically, which in essentially from an upper lamella grate and a parallel to it and there is a spaced-apart slatted frame 7.
- Both Slatted gratings consist of relatively thin slats that are parallel on the sides elastic bodies 2, 3, 4 arranged to each other are placed.
- To hold the Slats of the individual slatted frames 6, 7 are (not shown) on the Elastic bodies sewn tabs into which the end faces of the respective Slatted frames 6, 7 are inserted.
- the entire middle spring body rests on a lower cushion body 8 and is covered by an upper cushion body 9.
- Figures 1 and 2 also show that the upper cushion body 9 of a upper insulating fleece plate 10 can be covered, while the lower cushion body 8th can rest on a lower insulating fleece plate 11.
- Figure 2 shows schematically that the entire bed area of one Enclosure 12 can be enclosed, which completely covers the lying surface completes.
- a wrapper 12 can be a zipper or other Have opening means.
- a lower cloth flap 13 is intended to be the lower layer consisting of the lower cushion body 8 and the insulating fleece plate 11 with the central spring body 1 connect to.
- a lower surface 14 of the cloth flap 13 on the Surface of the lower cushion body 8 is fixed.
- This lower surface 14 sits in one perpendicular to it angled end face 15, which on the end face of the Spring body 1 extends along and then in turn at a vertical angle the upper surface 16 merges, which encloses the spring body 1 from above.
- This end face 15 is also present on the other side, so that one in closed cloth flap 13 is formed, in the cavity of the middle Spring body 1 is inserted.
- the upper layer consisting of the upper cushion body 9 and the upper insulating fleece plate 10.
- This cloth tab forms a cavity through which the middle spring body 1 is inserted.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 also show that there can be an outer covering which can be opened by a zipper 17.
- FIG. 4 shows a modified exemplary embodiment, where It can be seen that two cloth flaps 18 arranged at a distance from one another available.
- the two cloth tabs are designed so that a lower surface 19 of the Cloth flap 18 is attached to the underside of the lower cushion body 8 and the Front wall 20 up to the surface of the upper cushion body 9, extends and there forms a continuous upper surface 21, which in turn over an end wall 20 is connected to the lower surface 19.
- a lower surface 19 of the Cloth flap 18 is attached to the underside of the lower cushion body 8 and the Front wall 20 up to the surface of the upper cushion body 9, extends and there forms a continuous upper surface 21, which in turn over an end wall 20 is connected to the lower surface 19.
- So here is one in itself closed cloth flap 18 shown through which all three layers of Arrangement are inserted.
- the body 22 resting on the upper cushion 9 exerts a contact pressure Direction of arrow 29 onto the upper slatted frame 6. This is what happens in Support area (see the general description section) for bending individual slats 23, which consequently bend downwards.
- Figure 5 shows as an alternative that the platen 25 can be omitted and that instead two or more side support strips 27 are present which the lower cushion body 8 is placed on the edge. These two Support strips 27 thus form a support plane 28 for the lower cushion body 8, the support plate 25 is omitted.
- the present lying surface according to the invention is therefore the one known per se Spring mattresses that rest on rigid plates are essential think. It has a better adaptation to the body contour, a better one Dissipation of body moisture, better insulation and is above all metal-free, d. H. no metal parts or other harmful parts are contained. Namely, it has been demonstrated that the metal parts Spring mattresses lead to a distortion of the earth's magnetic field, which the human body works, and this distortion is made perfect by the metal-free lying surface according to the invention avoided.
- Electrosmog in our environment leads to a coupling of the eddy currents in the metal parts of such a known spring mattress to the corresponding fields in the body, what with health problems can be connected. This becomes certain with the lying surface according to the invention avoided.
