Claims (10)

  1. Rohrbiegemaschine mit einem länglichen festen Rahmen (2), der an einem seiner Enden mit einem Biegekopf (3) und einem um den Kopf schwenkenden Biegearm (4) fest verbunden ist, wobei der Biegearm (4) eine Revolverkopfvorrichtung (12) enthält, die Spannbacken (14) mit unterschiedlichen Prägungen aufweist und zum Formen der Rohre (8) gleichzeitig mit dem Arm um den Biegekopf (3) schwenken kann, wobei die Revolverkopfvorrichtung (12) Verschiebungsmittel enthält, die einerseits die Drehverschiebung der Revolverkopfvorrichtung (12) um ihre eigene Längsachse und andererseits die Verschiebung der Revolverkopfvorrichtung in einer senkrecht und vertikal zum festen Rahmen (2) verlaufenden Richtung gestatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Revolverkopfvorrichtung (12) aus einem Revolverkopfhalter (18), der fest mit dem auf dem Biegearm (4) gleitenden Backenträger (10) verbunden ist, und einem Revolverkopf (20), der mittels eines Motors (26) vertikal am Revolverkopfhalter (18) entlang und mittels eines anderen Motors (27) um seine eigene Längsachse drehend bewegt werden kann, besteht, wobei der Revolverkopf (20) an seinem Umfang mindestens zwei Spannbacken (14) aufweist, die jeweils zwei einander gegenüberliegende Klemmbacken (23, 24) umfassen, die mit einer Biegewalze (13) des Biegekopfs (3) bzw. dem Backenträger (10) des Biegearms (4) zusammenwirken.
  2. Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Revolverkopf (20) aus einer quadratischen Platte (21) besteht, von der jeder Umfangsrand eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (22) aufweist, die die Verschiebung der entsprechenden Spannbacken (14) gestattet.
  3. Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Spannbacke (14) eine Prägung (14a, 14b) aufweist, die zu dem Außenprofil des Rohrs (8) vor seiner Biegung komplementär ist.
  4. Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Backenträger (10) an einem vertikalen Rand (15) eine Nut (16) enthält, die mit einem Zwischenelement (29) zusammenwirkt, das entweder mit einer der Klemmbacken (24) der entsprechenden Spannbacke (14) oder mit dem Backenträger fest verbunden ist.
  5. Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Biegekopf (3) in einer sich in einer senkrecht zu der die Längsachse des festen Rahmens (2) enthaltenden Ebene verlaufenden Ebene befindenden horizontalen Richtung verschoben werden kann.
  6. Revolverkopfvorrichtung für eine Rohrbiegemaschine, wobei die Maschine einen festen Rahmen (2), der an einem seiner Enden mit einem Biegekopf (3) und einem um den Kopf schwenkenden Biegearm (4) fest verbunden ist, enthält, wobei die Revolverkopfvorrichtung (12) Spannbacken (14) mit verschiedenen Prägungen sowie Verschiebungsmittel enthält, die einerseits die Drehverschiebung der Revolverkopfvorrichtung (12) um ihre eigene Längsachse und andererseits die Verschiebung der Revolverkopfvorrichtung in einer senkrecht und vertikal zum festen Rahmen (2) verlaufenden Richtung gestatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen mit einem Backenträger (10), der so ausgeführt ist, daß er auf dem Biegearm (4) gleiten kann, fest verbundenen Revolverkopfhalter (18) und einen Revolverkopf (20), der einerseits mittels eines Motors (26) in Vertikalrichtung translatorisch am Revolverkopfhalter (18) verschoben und andererseits mittels eines anderen Motors (27) um seine eigene Längsachse drehend bewegt werden kann, aufweist, wobei der Revolverkopf (20) an seinem Umfang mindestens zwei Spannbacken (14) aufweist, die jeweils zwei einander gegenüberliegende Klemmbacken (23, 24) umfassen, die so ausgeführt sind, daß sie mit einer Biegewalze (13) des Biegekopfs (3) bzw. dem Backenträger (10) des Biegearms (1) zusammenwirken.
  7. Revolverkopfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Revolverkopf (20) aus einer quadratischen Platte (21) besteht, von der jeder Umfangsrand eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (22) aufweist, die die Verschiebung der entsprechenden Spannbacken (14) gestattet.
  8. Revolverkopfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Spannbacke (14) eine Prägung (14a, 14b) aufweist, die zu dem Außenprofil des Rohrs (8) vor seiner Biegung komplementär ist.
  9. Revolverkopfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Backenträger (10) an einem vertikalen Rand (15) eine Nut (16) enthält, die mit einem Zwischenelement (29) zusammenwirkt, das entweder mit einer der Klemmbacken (24) der entsprechenden Spannbacke (14) oder mit dem Backenträger fest verbunden ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Laden einer Spannbacke (14) zum Einsatz einer Rohrbiegemaschine mit einem länglichen festen Rahmen (2), der an einem seiner Enden mit einem Biegekopf (3) und einem um den Kopf schwenkenden Biegearm (4) fest verbunden ist, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man dabei:
    die Revolverkopfvorrichtung (12) mittels des Motors (26) in oberer Stellung am Revolverkopfhalter (18) positioniert;
    den Revolverkopf (20) mittels des Motors (27) um seine Längsachse schwenkt, um die Spannbacke (14) in Abhängigkeit von der dem Außenprofil des Rohrs (8) vor seiner Biegung entsprechenden Prägung auszuwählen;
    die Revolverkopfvorrichtung (20) abwärts bewegt, damit die Klemmbacken (23, 24) der entsprechenden Spannbacke (14) gleichzeitig an der Biegewalze (13) des Biegekopfs (3) bzw. dem Backenträger (10) des Biegearms (4) einrasten;
    den Biegekopf (3) und den Backenträger (10) horizontal in Richtung des Rohrs (8) verschiebt, um die Klemmbacken (23, 24) der entsprechenden Spannbacke (14) gegen das Rohr zu führen;
    das Rohr (8) biegt, indem man den Biegearm (4) und die Revolverkopfvorrichtung (20) um den Biegekopf (3) und die Biegewalze (13) schwenkt.
