Claims (14)
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre, umfassend ein festes Gehäuse, das entlang seiner Längsachse mit einer Führungsschiene versehen ist, auf der ein beweglicher Wagen (5) gleitet, der mit einer Büchse (6) verbunden ist, die über einen Klemmdorn die Führung und Dreh- und Translationsfeststellung eines zu biegenden Rohrs (4) ermöglicht, an einem seiner Enden einen Biegekopf (2), eine Biegewalze (12) und einen Biegearm (3), der um die Vertikalachse XX' des Biegekopfes (2) zur Bildung des Rohrs (4) schwenkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst:- einen Biegearm (3), der mit einer Backenstütze (7) versehen ist, die sich horizontal in Richtung des Biegekopfes (2) verschiebt, wobei die Backenstütze (7) mit einer Spannbacke (8) verbunden ist, die mindestens ein Klemmelement (9, 11) zum Biegen des Rohrs (4) im Uhrzeigersinn und mindestens ein Klemmelement (10) zum Biegen des Rohrs (4) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn umfasst, wobei die Klemmelemente untereinander fest sind,- eine Biegewalze (12), die auf dem Biegearm (3) fest ist und die mindestens ein Klemmelement (13, 15) zum Biegen des Rohrs (4) im Uhrzeigersinn und mindestens ein Klemmelement (14) zum Biegen des Rohrs (4) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn umfasst, wobei die Klemmelemente (13, 14 und 15) seitlich zueinander beiderseits der Vertikalachse XX' des Biegekopfes (2) versetzt sind,- eine erste Leistenstütze (16), die mindestens ein Klemmelement (18, 19) für die Begleitung des eingeklemmten Rohrs (4) bei seinem Biegen im Uhrzeigersinn umfasst,- und eine zweite Leistenstütze (17), die mindestens ein Klemmelement (21) für die Begleitung des eingeklemmten Rohrs (4) bei seinem Biegen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn umfasst.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbacke (8) mindestens zwei Klemmelemente (9, 10, 11) umfasst, die seitlich zueinander versetzt sind.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbacke (8) mindestens zwei Klemmelemente (9, 11) umfasst, die sich übereinander befinden und durch eine Lagerung (22) getrennt sind.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung (22) eine Höhe aufweist, die größer als die für ein Klemmelement (9, 10, 11) vorgesehene ist.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbacke (8) drei Klemmelemente (9, 10 und 11) umfasst, die seitlich zueinander versetzt sind, um zwischen den Klemmelementen (9, 11), die sich übereinander befinden, eine Lagerung (22) zu bilden.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Biegearm (3) eine Biegewalze (12) umfasst, die gleichzeitig mit diesem letztgenannten um die Vertikalachse XX' des Biegekopfes (2) bei Rechts- oder Linksbiegungen des Rohrs (4) schwenkt.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegewalze (12) mindestens zwei Klemmelemente (13, 14 und 15) umfasst, die seitlich zueinander und beiderseits der Vertikalachse XX' des Biegekopfes (2) versetzt sind.
- Biegewalzwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Leistenstütze (16) mindestens ein Klemmelement (18, 19) und mindestens eine Lagerung (20) umfasst.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl von Klemmelementen (18, 19), die auf der ersten Leistenstütze (16) vorgesehen sind, von der Anzahl von Klemmelementen abhängt, die mit der Spannbacke (8) und der Biegewalze (12), die das Biegen des Rohrs (4) im Uhrzeigersinn ermöglicht, verbunden sind.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl von Klemmelementen (21), die auf der zweiten Leistenstütze (17) vorgesehen sind, von der Anzahl von Klemmelementen abhängt, die mit der Spannbacke (8) und der Biegewalze (12), die das Biegen des Rohrs (4) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ermöglicht, verbunden sind.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Klemmelement (21) der zweiten Leistenstütze (17) auf derselben Höhe wie jenes der Lagerung (22) entsprechend der Spannbacke (8) angeordnet ist.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leistenstütze (17) mindestens ein Klemmelement (21) und mindestens eine Lagerung (25) umfasst.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leistenstütze (17) über und unter dem Klemmelement (21) eine Lagerung (25) umfasst.
- Biegewalzwerk für Rohre nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel für den gleichzeitigen und entgegengesetzten Antrieb der ersten und zweiten Leistenstützen (16, 17) in horizontaler Translation in Richtung des Rohrs (4) umfasst.
