Claims (4)

1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung und zun Abtransport konfektionierter Drahtstücke, von dem Typ, der ein Gestell (1) umfaüt, den Stangen (14) zugeführt werden, die Bearbeitungsmitteln (15, 15a, 16, 16a) unterworfen werden, die auf dem Gestell montiert sind, welches mittels Stützfüßen (2) auf dem Boden ruht, wodurch unter dem Gestell ein Raum für den Durchgang eines Abtransportmittels (8) freibleibt, auf den die Drahtteile nach ihrer Bearbeitung abgeladen werden, wobei das Gestell (1) an seiner Vorderseite einen Träger (7) aufweist, auf dem, in Längsrichtung verschieblich, mindestens ein Paar Schlitten (23, 43), die Bearbeitungsmittel für den Draht aufweisen, befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (1) an seiner Rückseite über seine gesamte Länge einen Raum (4) aufweist, in den Drahtspulen (10) vorgesehen sind, die eine auf den Gestell montierte Richtvorrichtung (12), die mit Meßeinrichtungen und Schneideeinrichtungen (13) versehen ist, sowie die Bearbeitungsmittel (15, 15a, 16, 16a) versorgt, und daß das Mittel (8) zum Abtransport der konfektionierten Drähte auf Rädern (9) läuft, daß es sich rechtwinkelig zur Längsachse und unterhalb des Gestelles (1) bewegen kann und daß die Tragstützen (2) des Gestells mit Rädern (3) ausgestattet sind, mit denen es sich an Boden entlang zweier aufeinander senkrecht stehender Achsen fortbewegen kann.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vordere Träger (7) des Gestelles (1) auf seinem zentralen Teil verschieblich ein Paar Bearbeitungsmitteln tragt, die jedes einen Schlitten (23), versehen mit einer Schraubstockbacke (27), gegen die der Draht (14) durch eine Preßrolle (26), die frei drehbar auf einen Tragorgan (25) montiert ist, gedrückt wird, wobei das Tragorgan unter der Wirkung einer Schraubwinde (39) steht und mit einem Arm (33) versehen ist, der um die Achse der Preßrolle (26) schwenkbar ist und durch ein Antriebsorgan (36) bewegt wird, wobei der Arm an seinem Ende eine Arbeitsrolle (35) trägt, die mit der Preßrolle (26) geneinsam auf den Draht wirkt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beiderseits des Paares der Bearbeitungsmittel (15, 15a), die an zentralem Teil des Gestells (1) vorgesehen sind, verschieblich am vorderen Träger (7) des Gestelles ein Paar Bearbeitungsmittel angebracht sind, bestehend aus einem Schlitten (43), auf dem so verschwenkbar, daß es den Draht freigibt, ein Stützorgan (47) befestigt ist, auf dem frei rotierbar eine Halterolle (48) angeordnet ist, wobei das Stützorgan (47) mit einem Arm (49) ausgerüstet ist, der um die Achse der Halterolle schwenkbar und durch ein Antriebsorgan (52) betätigbar ist, wobei der Arm (49) an seinem freien Ende eine Arbeitsrolle (51) trägt, die in Zusammenarbeit mit der Halterolle auf den Draht wirkt.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über den Bearbeitungsmitteln ein verschenkbares Zufuhrorgan für die Drahtstange (14) befestigt ist, welches aus einen Winkel (56), der verschwenkbar vor dem Träger montiert und mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung (58) verbunden ist, besteht.
