Claims (4)

1. Device for producing and removing shaped wire material pieces of the type comprising a frame (1) supplied with bars (14) which are subjected to the action of shaping means (15, 15a, 16, 16a) mounted on said frame which rests on the ground via support legs (2) defining under said frame a space for the passage of a removing means (8) to receive and discharge shaped material workpieces, said frame (1) comprising at its front a beam (7) on which is mounted at least a pair of carriages (23, 43) for sliding longitudinally, which pair comprises wire shaping means, characterized in that the frame (1) is provided at the back over its whole length with a space (4) in which are located reels of wire (10) which feed wire to a wire-straightening device (12) supplying cutting and length-measuring means (13) mounted on said frame and on said shaping means (15, 15a, 16, 16a), and in that the removing means (8) of the shaped material workpieces is mounted on wheels (9) and in that it can move under the frame (1) in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, the support legs (2) of the frame being equipped with wheels (3) permitting to wheel the frame on the ground according to two perpendicular axes.

Device according to claim 1, characterized in that a pair of workpieces-shaping members is mounted for sliding along the center part of the front beam (7) of the frame (1), each of said members comprising a carriage (23) including a vice jaw (27) against which is pressed the workpiece (14) under the action of a tightening pulley (26) mounted for free rotation on a support member (25) pivoting under the action of a jack (39), said support member (25) being provided with an arm (33) pivoting about the axis of the tightening pulley (26) and being driven in rotation by a driving member (36), said arm carrying at its end a shaping roller (35) acting in cooperation with the tightening pulley (26) on the wire.

Device according to claim 2, characterized in that on either side of said pair of shaping members (15, 15a) placed in the central part of the frame (1) a pair of shaping members is mounted for sliding on the front beam (7) of the frame, each pair of shaping members comprising a carriage (43) on which a support member (47)is pivotally mounted in retractable manner with respect to the workpiece, said support member (47) being provided with an arm (49) pivotable about the axis of the holding roller and driven by a driving member (52), said arm (49) carrying at its other end a shaping roller (51) acting in cooperation with the holding roller to shape the workpiece.
4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that above the shaping means, a member supplying workpieces in bar (14) is pivotably mounted and is constituted by an angle-piece (56) mounted for pivoting at the front of the beam and is connected with a drive member (58).
