Claims (5)

1. Steuerungsvorrichtung für die Reglette (12) einer Rohrbiegemaschine, die zum lateralen Anlegen an ein zu biegendes Rohr (4) hinter dem Biegebereich vorgesehen ist, wobei dieses Rohr von einem Schlitten (2) gehalten und in der Längsrichtung verschoben wird, wobei die Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Verschiebung der Reglette (12) während des Arbeitszyklus der Maschine und transversal zur anfänglichen Richtung (5) des zu biegenden Rohres (4) motorisierte Mittel (18) zur Verschiebung dieser Reglette (12) entlang einer relativ großen Wegstrecke aufweist, um das Rohr (4) von seiner Klemmposition ganz zu lösen und so den freien Durchgang des Schlittens (2) zu gestatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Vorrichtung noch andere, sich von den zuvor genannten motorisierten Mitteln (18) unterscheidende motorisierte Mittel (23) zur Verschiebung der genannten Reglette (12) während des Arbeitszyklus der Maschine und transversal zur anfänglichen Richtung (5) des zu biegenden Rohres (4) ausschließlich entlang einer relativ geringen Wegstrecke (C) aufweist, so daß das Rohr (4) lateral gelöst wird, jedoch noch von einem Bereich (A) der Reglette (12) gehalten wird.

Steuerungsvorrichtung für die Reglette einer Rohrbiegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die motorisierten Mittel zur Verschiebung der Reglette (12) entlang einer relativ großen Wegstrecke durch einen ersten Zylinder (18) gebildet werden, und daß die motorisierten Mittel zur Verschiebung der Reglette (12) ausschließlich entlang einer relativ geringen Wegstrecke (C) durch einen zweiten Zylinder (23) gebildet werden, wobei die beiden Zylinder (18, 23) "in Reihe" montiert sind und der eine unabhängig vom anderen gesteuert wird.

Steuerungsvorrichtung für die Reglette einer Rohrbiegemaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Zylinder (18) mit relativ großem Hub den Träger (14) der Reglette (12), der verschiebbar an vom Maschinenrahmen (1) getragenen Führungsmitteln (16) montiert ist, mit dem Kolben (22) des zweiten Zylinders (23) mit relativ geringem Hub (C) verbindet, dessen Gehäuse (24) am Maschinenrahmen (1) fixiert ist (über 25).
4. Steuerungsvorrichtung für die Reglette einer Rohrbiegemaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie noch Mittel (29 bis 35) zur manuellen Regulierung der relativen axialen Position des ersten Zylinders (18) und des Kolbens (22) des zweiten Zylinders (23) aufweist.

Steuerungsvorrichtung für die Reglette einer Rohrbiegemaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Regulierung in Form einer Regulierschraube (30) realisiert sind, die frei drehbar im Kolben (22) des zweiten Zylinders (23) der Achse (19) des letzten folgend montiert und mit einem Handrad oder einer Kurbel (29) verbunden ist, wobei die Schraube (30) über ihr Gewinde mit einer Gewindebuchse (31) zusammenwirkt, die in axialer Richtung verschiebbar, jedoch drehfest im Kolben (22) des zweiten Zylinders (23) angeordnet und an einem Ende der Kolbenstange (21) des ersten Zylinders (18) fixiert ist (über 33).
