Claims (2)

1. Biegepresse mit Schwenkbalken, umfassend einen durch einen Rahmen (3) getragenen festen Tisch (2) und einen Schwenkbalken (8), der durch zwei seitliche Arme (7) gehalten ist, die auf zwei koaxialen, sich horizontal erstreckenden Lagerzapfen (6) gelenkig gelagert sind, wobei die Lagerzapfen (6) durch synchron bewegliche Schlitten (12) gehalten sind, die in vom Rahmen (3) getragene Führungen geführt sind, wobei die wirksame Fläche (8a) des Balkens (8) durch die Seitenarme (7) eingerahmt und in Richtung auf die Lagerzapfen (6) ausgerichtet ist, wobei weiter der Schwenkbalken (8) starr an seinen seitlichen Tragarmen (7) so angebracht ist, daß sich in einer Startstellung seine wirksame Fläche (8a) in der gleichen horizontalen Ebene befindet wie die gemeinsame Achse (6a) der Lagerzapfen (6) und daß diese Achse (6a) stets in der gleichen horizontalen Ebene, wie die obere Fläche (2b) des Tisches (2) und mit einem bestimmten Abstand (X) zu dem vertikalen Rand des Tisches (2) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungen (13) der die Lagerzapfen (6) zum Verschwenken der Tragarme (7) des Balkens (8) tragenden Schlitten (12) horizontal angeordnet sind und zwar derart, daß die Kante (8b) der wirksamen Fläche (8a) des Balkens (8), die diejenige ist, die dem Tisch (2) am nächsten ist, wenn sich der Balken (8) in seiner Startstellung befindet, mit der gemeinsamen Achse (6a) der Lagerzapfen (6) zusammenfällt, wobei eine der Endstellungen der Schlitten (12) mit den beiden Kanten (2a, 8b) des festen Tisches und der wirksamen Fläche (8a) des Balkens (8) und infolgedessen mit der gemeinsamen Achse (6a) der Lagerzapfen (6) zusammenfällt, daß der Schlitten (12) jedes in seiner horizontalen Führung (13) beweglichen Lagerzapfens (6) axial mit einer horizontalen Stellschraube (15) verbunden ist, die durch die Mutter (16) getragen ist, die normalerweise fest an dem Rahmen (3) der Presse angebracht ist, wobei manuelle Mittel oder automatische Steuermotoren vorgesehen sind, um den Synchron-Drehantrieb für die beiden Schlitten (12) zu ermöglichen, daß die Fläche (16a) der an dem Rahmen (3) fest angebrachten Mutter (16), die zu der Endseite der Schraube (15) weist, die mit dem entsprechenden Schlitten (12) verbunden ist, sich gegen den Rahmen (3) durch Zwischenschaltung eines Sicherungsfutters (18) abstützt, das geeignet ist, durch Scherung nachzugeben und ein Zurückweichen der Mutter (16) und der Schraube (15) zu ermöglichen, wenn die vorherigen Kräfte einen vorbestimmten Wert übersteigen, und daß das Sicherungsfutter (18) durch eine die Schraube (15) der festen Mutter (16) umgebende Scheibe gebildet ist, die auf wenigstens einer ihrer Seiten eine ringförmige Schwächungsvertiefung (19) aufweist, die diese in zwei ringförmige, konzentrische Teile (18a, 18b) aufteilt, die durch eine Scherung trennbar sind und von denen eine (18b) sich gegen den Rahmen (3) abstützt, während sich die feste Mutter (16) gegen den anderen Teil (18a) abstützt.
2. Verfahren zur Verwendung einer Biegepresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Biegens die Stellung der gemeinsamen Achse (6a) der Schwenkzapfen (6) der Tragarme (7) des Schwenkbalkens (8) durch die Gleichung bestimmt ist:

wobei
- X der Abstand der vorerwähnten Kanten (2a, 8b) des festen Tisches (2) und der wirksamen Seite (8a) des Schwenkbalkens (8),
- Ri der innere Krümmungsradius des gebogenen Bleches am Ende des Biegevorganges,
- e die Dicke des Bleches und
- a der durch den Schwenkbalken (8) während des Biegevorganges bewirkten Drehwinkels ist, der durch den Winkel bestimmt ist, um welchen das Blech gebogen werden soll.
