Claims (5)

1. Maschine zum Biegen von Rohren, Stäben oder Profilmaterial, bei der die Biegeausrüstung eine eine ringförmige Vertiefung (9) aufweisende und eine erste Backe (10) tragende drehbare Biegeschablone (7) mit vertikaler Achse (8), eine von einem um die vorgenannte vertikale Achse (8) schwenkbar angeordneten Biegearm (12) getragene zweite Backe (11), die derart gegenüber die erste Backe (10) bringbar ist, daß das zu biegende Rohr oder dergleichen einspannbar ist, und ein gegen das zu biegende Rohr (4) oder dergleichen ansetzbares Haltemittel (13) hinter den Backen (10, 11) enthält, und bei der die die Biegeschablone (7) und die assoziierte erste Backe (10) sowie den schwenkbaren Biegearm (12) mit der zweiten Backe (11) enthaltende Anordnung von einem Biegekopf (6) getragen ist, der unter dem Einfluß von Betätigungsmitteln (20 bis 25, 27) in horizontaler Richtung quer zum Gestell oder Bett (1) der Maschine und zur Achse (5), entlang der das zu biegende Rohr (4) oder dergleichen positioniert ist, bewegbar ist, während das Haltemittel (13) ohne Verbindung mit dem Biegekopf (6) direkt auf dem Gestell oder Bett (1) der Maschine angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltemittel von einer horizontalen Gleitschiene (13) gebildet ist, die, wobei sie zu sich selbst parallel bleibt, im Sinne ihrer Annäherung an die oder ihrer Entfernung von der horizontalen Achse (5) bewegbar ist, entlang der das zu biegende Rohr (4) oder dergleichen positioniert ist, und daß die Betätigungsmittel für die Querbewegung des die Biegeschablone (7), den Biegearm (12) und die beiden Backen (10, 11) tragenden Biegekopfes (6) einerseits ein erstes Betätigungsmittel (20 bis 25) für die Anfangspositionierung des Biegekopfes (6), um die vertikale Achse (8) der Biegeschablone (7) in die geeignete Position in Abhängigkeit vom Radius dieser Schablone (7) zu bringen und andererseits ein zweites Betätigungsmittel (27) mit konstantem Weg für die Verstellung des genannten Biegekopfes (6), geeignet zum Verstellen der Achse (8) der Beigeschablone (7) gegenüber der Achse (5), entlang der das zu biegende Rohr (4) oder dergleichen positioniert ist, aufweisen.
2. Maschine zum Biegen von Rohren, Stäben oder Profilmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel für die Querbewegung des Biegekopfes (6) einsrseits eine Einrichtung mit Gewindestange (24) und Mutter (25) mit Rotationsantrieb des einen der beiden Elemente für die Anfangspositionierung des Biegekopfes (6) und andererseits einen doppeltwirkenden Zylinder (27) mit konstantem Verstellweg für die Verstellung des genannten Biegekopfes (6) aufweist.
3. Maschine zum Biegen von Rohren, Stäben oder Profilmaterial gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindestange (24) drehbar angeordnet und in Eingriff mit einer mit dem Biegekopf (6) verbundenen Mutter (25) steht, welche Gewindestange (24) mit einer Antriebs-Eingangswelle (22) verbunden ist, in Bezug auf die sie axial bewegbar ist, während der koaxial zu der Gewindestange (24) angeordnete doppeltwirkende Zylinder (27) einen axial mit der Gewindestange (24) verbundenen ringförmigen Kolben (30) umfaßt.

Maschine zum Biegen von Rohren, Stäben oder Profilmaterial gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ringförmige Kolben (30) des doppeltwirkenden Zylinders (27) mit einer Manschette oder Hülse (31) verbunden ist, die in den beiden Flanschen (26, 29) des Zylinders (27) läuft und die translatorisch mit der drehbaren Gewindestange (24) verbunden ist unter Vermittlung wenigstens eines Wälzlagers (33).
5. Maschine zum Biegen von Rohren, Stäben oder Profilmaterial gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zur Anfangspositionierung des Biegekopfes (6) mit der Gewindestange (24) drehbar verbundene Eingangswelle (22) anhand einer Motor-Getriebe-Gruppe (20, 21) selbst zur Rotation angetrieben ist.
