Claims (6)

  1. Four de cuisson, avec une carcasse de four (2) à l'intérieur de laquelle est prévue une chambre de four (5) recevant le produit à cuire (7) ; avec un système de transport (6) par lequel le produit à cuire (7) peut être déplacé à travers la chambre de four (5) ; avec des équipements de chauffage (8) par lesquels la chambre de four (5) et le gaz se trouvant dans la chambre de four (5) peuvent être échauffés à la température nécessaire pour la cuisson ; et avec au moins une zone dans laquelle est prévue une soufflante (13) qui aspire les gaz chauds ascendants hors de la chambre de four (5) et les ramène dans la chambre de four en les refoulant vers le produit à cuire,
    caractérisé en ce que les équipements de chauffage (8) sont disposés au-dessus et en dessous du système de transport (6).
  2. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une cloison séparatrice (10) est prévue dans ladite zone, cloison qui sépare une chambre d'aspiration (11) d'une chambre de refoulement (12).
  3. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de refoulement (12) présente des cloisons étanches (15) s'étendant jusqu'à proximité du produit à cuire (7).
  4. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de refoulement (12) est couverte, à son extrémité voisine du produit à cuire (7), par une grille d'évacuation (17).
  5. Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la carcasse (2) est pourvue de rehaussements (9) du genre dômes dans la région des zones dans lesquelles des gaz chauds sont mis en circulation.
  6. Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé, en tant que four de cuisson continu, d'un système de transport (6) pour le produit à cuire (7) menant d'une admission à une évacuation.
