Definitions
- the innovation affects an inflatable life raft with one of its carrying hoses protruding downwards Boarding stairs which are arranged between two arms and is secured by guying.
- the innovation is based on the task at the beginning training the life fin mentioned so that their Boarding stairs not or only slightly backwards, so dodge towards the center of the raft can.
- booms are pneumatic, they can - without disturbing the not yet inflated raft - to be carried out comparatively long, so that the mentioned To allow inclination of the guy that in turn undesirable folding movements or turns the boarding stairs towards the center of the raft to prevent when entering at sea or so far lessen that entry without too much difficulty can be executed.
- the attachment point the guying at the free end of the pneumatic boom preferably by attaching to an adjustable Loop adjustable in height.
- This attachment of the Bracing is important for rafts that are on both sides are usable. Because of this height variability depending on the position of the raft one for the tension favorable point of attack of the guy on the boom.
- Support hoses 1, 2 enclose a tensioned floor 3, which is fastened between the two carrying hoses 1, 2, to use the open, uncovered raft on both sides can.
- the two support hoses 1, 2 are each with one stub-like, transversely projecting, pneumatic boom 4, 5 provided, both together with the supporting hoses 1, 2 by usual means not shown in the Need trap are inflated and a parallel position
- the diameter of these four Boom components 4, 5 is slightly smaller than that of the carrying hoses 1, 2.
- they are in pairs cantilevers 4 and 4 'or 5 and 5', just like the carrying hoses 1, 2 connected to each other.
- Existing entry stairs 7 is - of the Treads 8, 9 apart - with a variety Openings 10 - shown by way of example at 11 - provided to form water passage points or a Exclude sailing effect. Entry stairs 7 has Side walls 12, a rear wall 13 and one of the two Treads 8, 9 connecting wall 14. The upper edge the side walls 12 and the rear wall 13 is in the range of Impact point 6 with the boom 4, 5 or analogously with the two carrying hoses 1, 2 connected.
- the inclination of the ropes 17 is chosen here so that from the attachment point at the free end of the boom 4, 5 obliquely down towards an imaginary Vertical S run through the neighboring ones Sections 1 'and 2' of the carrying hoses 1, 2 is determined or runs vertically downwards to these sections (This vertical is also preferably in the middle between an imaginary extension of the center line of the boom 4, 5 adopted).
- This inclination causes the Rope 17 can absorb forces in the sense of arrow P are directed and can occur whenever a Getting started.
- Fig. 2 also shows that the Rope angle (angle between the rope direction and the Vertical S) is greatest when the Attachment point on the booms 4, 5 at the bottom Boom 4 'or 5' is located.
- an eyelet 20 is attached to the upper and lower arms, through which a rope loop 21 is drawn, on which the rope 17 attacks via the attachment point 22.
- the upper one Raft side facing the water so slip through Moving the rope loop 21 to the fastening point 22 in the sense of arrow 23 to the one below Boom. This adjustment results automatically with the Waters of the raft.
