Claims (9)
- Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine mit einem Gehäuse, einer Matrizenscheibe im Gehäuse, die in einem oberen und einem unteren Aufnahmeabschnitt Ober- und Unterstempel führt, einem relativ zum Gehäuse drehfesten oberen und unteren Kurventrägerring zur Steuerung von Ober- und Unterstempel und einer aufrechten, von einem Drehantrieb angetriebenen Antriebswelle unterhalb der Matrizenscheibe, die mit der Matrizenscheibe lösbar verbindbar ist, wobei Matrizenscheibe und Kurventrägerringe mit Ober- und Unterstempel nach dem Lösen von Verbindungen als Paket gemeinsam von der Antriebswelle entfernbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurventrägerringe (20, 22) seitlich jeweils, mit mindestens einem Arm (26, 28) verbunden sind und die Arme (26, 28) über einen aufrechten Verbindungsabschnitt (30) starr miteinander verbunden sind und der Verbindungsabschnitt (30) lösbar mit dem Gehäuse so koppelbar ist, daß er gegen Drehung gesichert ist.
- Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsabschnitt (30) einen Steckkupplungsabschnitt (32) aufweist, der mit einem komplementären Steckkupplungsabschnitt (34) des Gehäuses eine Steckkupplung bildet und automatisch zusammenwirkt, wenn das Paket aus Matrizenscheibe (10) und den Kurventrägerringen (20, 22) auf die Antriebswelle (36) aufgesetzt wird.
- Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme (26, 28) und der Verbindungsabschnitt (30) ein U-förmiges starres Bauteil bilden.
- Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axiale und/oder radiale Lagerung der Kurventrägerringe (20, 22) an den Aufnahmeabschnitten (14, 16) erfolgt.
- Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Kurventrägerring (22) auf der Antriebswelle (36) axial und/oder radial abgestützt ist.
- Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axiale Abstützung des unteren Kurventrägerrings (22) über den zugeordneten seitlichen Arm (28) erfolgt.
- Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zusatzaggregate wie Tablettenablauf und/oder Abstreifer und/oder Aussortiervorrichtung am Verbindungsabschnitt (30) angebracht sind.
- Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckkupplungsabschnitte (32, 34) der Steckkupplung eine Mehrzahl von komplementär zusammenwirkenden Kupplungsteilen aufweist für Versorgungs- oder Steuerleitungen für das Paket und periphere Einrichtungen am Paket.
- Rundlauf-Tablettiermaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsteile als Steckkupplungsteile ausgebildet sind.
