Claims (29)
- Wasserpumpenzange (1), bestehend aus zwei sich in einem Verbindungsbereich (6) kreuzenden Zangenteilen (2, 4), die jeweils aus einem Griffteil (8, 10) und einer Zangenbacke (12, 14) bestehen, wobei die Zangenteile (2, 4) in dem Verbindungsbereich (6) derart beweglich verbunden sind, daß einerseits zum Verstellen einer Backen-Öffnungsweite das erste Zangenteil (2) relativ zu dem zweiten Zangenteil (4) verschiebbar ist und andererseits die Zangenteile (2, 4) mit den Zangenbacken (12, 14) gegeneinander verschwenkbar sind, wobei Sperrmittel (22) derart vorgesehen sind, daß bei Anlage der Zangenbacken (12, 14) an einem zu greifenden Werkstück eine weitergehende Verschiebung des ersten Zangenteils (2) blockiert wird, und wobei zwischen den Zangenteilen (2, 4) ein einteiliges Federelement (24) derart angeordnet ist, daß die Zangenteile (2, 4) mit einer in Öffnungsschwenkrichtung der Zangenbacken (12, 14) wirkenden Lösefederkraft (F) beaufschlagt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (24) derart als einteilige gebogene Bandfeder ausgebildet und mit einem ersten Federende (24a) starr an dem Griffteil (10) des zweiten Zangenteils (4) sowie mit einem zweiten Federende (24b) eines zur Erzeugung eines Drehmoments (M) spiralförmig gebogenen Federabschnittes (38) an dem Griffteil (8) des ersten Zangenteils (2) starr befestigt ist, dass das Federelement (24) zusätzlich zu der Erzeugung der Lösefederkraft (F) auch das erste Zangenteil (2) um einen an diesem angeordneten Feder-Befestigungspunkt (26) mit dem derart gerichteten Drehmoment (M) beaufschlagt, dass nach einem manuellen Lösen die Zangenbacken (12, 14) selbsttätig in eine völlig geöffnete Öffnungsweite bewegt werden. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an das erste, mit dem zweiten Zangenteil (4) starr verbundenen Federende (24a) des Federelementes (24) ein im wesentlichen gerader, sich frei zwischen den Griffteilen (8, 10) etwa in Richtung des Verbindungsbereichs (6) der Zangenteile (2, 4) erstrekkender Federabschnitt (36) anschließt, und daß dieser etwa gerade oder schwach gekrümmte Federabschnitt (36) einstückig in den spiralförmigen, endseitig über das zweite Federende (24b) mit dem ersten Zangenteil (2) verbundenen Federabschnitt (38) übergeht. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der spiralförmige Federabschnitt (38) ausgehend von dem starr, drehmomentschlüssig mit dem Griffteil (8) des ersten Zangenteils (2) verbundenen zweiten Federende (24b) mit zunehmendem Krümmungsradius und mit insbesondere etwa ein bis zwei Spiralwindungen um den Feder-Befestigungspunkt (26) verläuft. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Feder-Befestigungspunkt (26) von einem in einem Freiraum (44) des Griffteils (8) befestigten Bolzen (42) mit von der Kreisform abweichendem, insbesondere polygonalem Querschnitt gebildet ist, wobei das zweite Federende (24b) den Bolzen (42) vorzugsweise formschlüssig und dadurch drehmomentfest eng umschließt. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Federende (24a) mit dem Griffteil (10) des zweiten Zangenteils (4) in einem Verbindungspunkt (46) verschraubt ist, vernietet oder verstiftet und zwar bevorzugt im Bereich der dem freien Griffende zugekehrten Hälfte der Länge des Griffteils (10). - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungspunkt (46) etwa im Übergang zwischen dem mittleren und letzten Drittel der Länge des Griffteils (10) liegt. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Feder-Befestigungspunkt (26) des ersten Zangenteils (2) im Bereich der dem Verbindungsbereich (6) zugekehrten Hälfte der Länge des Griffteils (8) angeordnet ist, insbesondere im Bereich des dem Verbindungsbereich (6) zugekehrten Drittels der Länge des Griffteils (8). - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die völlig geöffnete Öffnungsweite durch Anschlagmittel (48) begrenzt wird. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Zangenteil (4) ein vorzugsweise nockennartiges Anschlagelement (50) aufweist, das mit einer Anschlagfläche (52) im Bereich der Zangenbacke (12) des ersten Zangenteils (2) öffnungsbegrenzend zusammenwirkt. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zangenteile (2, 4) hauptsächlich aus Metallblechteilen bestehen. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Zangenteil (2) im Verbindungsbereich (6) aus zwei zur Bildung einer Durchführöffnung (58) beabstandeten Blechteilen (54, 56) besteht, wobei sich das zweite Zangenteil (4) durch die Durchführöffnung (58) erstreckt. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrmittel (22) einerseits aus einer Verzahnung (60) an dem von den Zangenbacken (12, 14) wegweisende Seitenrand des durch die Durchführöffnung (58) geführten zweiten Zangenteils (4) und andererseits aus einem mit der Verzahnung (60) zusammenwirkenden Sperrelement (62) des ersten Zangenteils (2) bestehen. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (62) starr zwischen den Blechteilen (54, 56) des ersten Zangenteils (2) angeordnet ist, und zwar insbesondere als Füllstück im Bereich zwischen der Verzahnung (60) und dem bzw. einem zur Unterbringung des spiralförmigen Federabschnittes (38) verbleibenden Freiraum (44). - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrelement (62) auf seiner der Verzahnung (60) des zweiten Zangenteils (4) zugekehrten Seite eine entsprechende, komplementäre Gegenverzahnung (64) aufweist. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein in Richtung der Zangenbacken (12, 14) weisender Seitenrand des zweiten Zangenteils (4) eine Führungsbahn (66) für ein Führungselement (68) des ersten Zangenteils (2) bildet. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (68) bevorzugt als Rollkörper oder alternativ als Gleitkörper ausgebildet ist. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Zangenteil (4) im Verbindungsbereich (6) eine Langlochöffnung (70) aufweist, in der ein mit dem ersten Zangenteil (2) verbundenes Führungselement (72) entsprechend der Verschiebebewegung zum Verstellen der Backen-Öffnungsweite geführt ist. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrmittel (22) einerseits aus einer Verzahnung (74) des den Zangenbacken (12, 14) nächstliegenden Lochrandes der Langlochöffnung (70) des zweiten Zangenteils (4) und andererseits aus dem als Sperrelement fungierenden und hierzu mit der Verzahnung (74) zusammenwirkendem Führungselement (72) bestehen. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 18 oder 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von den Zangenbacken (12, 14) entfernt liegende Lochrand der Langlochöffnung (70) eine Führungsbahn (78) für das Führungselement (72) bildet. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (72) als schwenkbeweglich gelagerte Sperrklinke ausgebildet ist, die vorzugsweise mit einem nockenartigen Ansatz (80) mit einer Riffelung der Führungsbahn (78) derart zusammenwirkt, daß beim Klemmen ein Eingreifen der Sperrklinke in die Verzahnung (74) unterstützt wird. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (72) starr mit dem ersten Zangenteil (2) verbunden ist. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (72) derart schwimmend gelagert ist, daß es in Quer- und/oder Längsrichtung der Langlochöffnung (70) relativ zu dem ersten Zangenteil (2) beweglich ist. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrmittel (22) einerseits aus einer Verzahnung (82) an dem von den Zangenbacken (12, 14) wegweisenden Seitenrand des die Durchführöffnung bildenden zweiten Zangenteils (4) und andererseits aus einem mit der Verzahnung (82) zusammenwirkenden, mit dem ersten Zangenteil (2) in dessen außerhalb der Durchführöffnung liegendem Bereich insbesondere starr verbundenen Sperrelement (84) bestehen. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 18 oder 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (72) ausschließlich eine Führungsfunktion innerhalb der Langlochöffnung (70) aufweist und hierzu vorzugsweise stift- oder bolzenartig ausgebildet ist. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Anschlagdämpfung zwischen den bei einem Greifvorgang kollidierenden Griffteilen (8, 10) an mindestens einem der beiden Griffteile (8; 10) an dessen dem anderen Griffteil (10; 8) zugekehrter Innenseite ein gummielastisches Pufferelement (90) angeordnet ist. - Wasserpumpenzange nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pufferelement (90) derart an dem Griffteil (10) des zweiten Zangenteils (4) befestigt ist, daß es gleichzeitig auch ein Befestigungselement des ersten Federendes (24a) des Federelementes (24) abdeckt. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Griffteil (8, 10) aus zwei beabstandeten Blechteilen (54, 56) und einem Füllkörper (92) aus Kunststoff besteht, wobei vorzugsweise der Füllkörper (92) einen im wesentlichen H-förmigen Querschnitt derart aufweist, daß jedes Blechteil (54, 56) bündig in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung des Füllkörpers (92) liegt. - Wasserpumpenzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Verbindungsbereich (6) verstellbare Anschlagmittel derart vorgesehen sind, daß die Öffnungsweite (der Zangenbacken (12, 14) voreinstellbar bzw. begrenzbar ist.
