Abstract
Description
Bei den Zerkleinerungsvorrichtungen des Standes der Technik musste bei entsprechenden Situationen der Trichter bzw. der Füllraum entleert werden, wobei eine Bedienungsperson in den Raum einsteigen musste, was, wie die Praxis gezeigt hat, sehr problematisch und mit grosser Unfallgefahr verbunden war.
Das Wesen vorliegender Erfindung ist weiterhin der beiliegenden Zeichnung 1(= Figur 1) zu entnehmen.
Claims (7)
- Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung für durch Messereinwirkung zu zerkleinerndes Material, insbesondere für Holz-, Kunststoff-, Reifen- und Textilmaterial nach dem Prinzip der Rotorzerkleinerung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass an einer bogenförmigen Nachdrückwand (5) ein sichelförmiger Nachdrücker (6) für das zu zerkleinernde Material angeordnet ist, der dieses Material zum Rotor (1) bzw. zum Gegenmesser (2) schiebt bzw. drückt. - Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die bogenförmige Nachdrückwand (5) eine Ausklappvorrichtung in Gestalt einer ausschwenkbaren Gehäusewand (5a) aufweist. - Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die ausschwenkbare Gehäusewand (5a) im unteren Bereich der bogenförmigen Nachdrückwand angeordnet ist und den gleichen Krümmungsradius wie diese aufweist. - Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Ausklappvorrichtung (5a) mechanisch-hydraulisch betätigbar ist. - Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 - 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass mindestens eine Seitenwand (5a) als Ausschwenkwand aufklappbar ausgebildet ist. - Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass an der Ausschwenkwand (5a) ein oberes Gegenmesser (6a) und ein unteres Gegenmesser (7a) angeordnet sind. - Zerkleinerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 - 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass Meßorgane angeordnet sind, die bei einem das Ausschwenken der Ausschwenkwand (5a) bewirken und damit aus Ausscheiden von nicht zerkleinerbaren Fremdkörpern bewirken.
