Claims (7)
- Radialkolbenpumpe zur Kraftstoffhochdruckversorgung bei Kraftstoffeinspritzsystemen von Brennkraftmaschinen, insbesondere bei einem Common-Rail-Einspritzsystem, mit einer in einem Pumpengehäuse (1, 10) gelagerten Antriebswelle (2), die exzentrisch ausgebildet ist oder in Umfangsrichtung nockenartige Erhebungen aufweist, und mit mehreren bezüglich der Antriebswelle radial in einem in einer zur Aufnahme des Kolbens (5) dienenden Buchse gebildeten Zylinderraum (7) angeordneten Kolben (5), die durch Drehen der Antriebswelle (2) in dem jeweiligen Zylinderraum (7) hin und her bewegbar sind, und mit Rückschlagventilen (26, 32) auf der Ansaugseite und der Hochdruckseite, wobei das Pumpengehäuse einen Gehäusegrundkörper (1), in dem die Antriebswelle (2) gelagert ist, und jeweils einen Gehäusekopf (10) für jeden Kolben (5) umfaßt, wobei der Gehäusekopf (10) eine zu der Antriebswelle (2) radial verlaufende Durchgangsöffnung (9) aufweist, und mit einer Kraftstoffzuführöffnung (15) und einer Kraftstoffabführöffnung (38), wobei die Kraftstoffabführöffnung (38) in dem Gehäusekopf (10) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftstoffzuführöffnung (15) in dem Gehäusekopf (10) angeordnet ist, daß die Rückschlagventile (26, 32) auf der Ansaugseite und der Hochdruckseite in dem Gehäusekopf (10) angeordnet sind, und daß die Buchse (8) in den Gehäusekopf (10) eingeschrumpft ist.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gehäusekopf (10) mit einer ebenen Anlagefläche (60) gegen eine ebene Anlagefläche (61) des Gehäusegrundkörpers (1) anliegt.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsöffnung (9) einen Abschnitt (11) mit größerem Durchmesser zur Aufnahme der Buchse (8) und einen Abschnitt (12) mit kleinerem Durchmesser zur Aufnahme eines Verschlußelements (20) aufweist.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser des Abschnitts (12) mit dem kleineren Durchmesser größer ist als der Innendurchmesser der Buchse (8).
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Verschlußelement (20) eine Kraftstoffzuführöffnung (22) vorgesehen ist, die einen Sitz (24) für das saugseitige Rückschlagventil (25, 26, 27) aufweist, das in dem von der Antriebswelle (2) abgewandten Ende der Buchse (8) angebracht ist.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (8) eine radiale Kraftstoffabführbohrung (30) aufweist, gegen deren äußeren Rand das hochdruckseitige Rückschlagventil (34) in Anschlag kommt, das in dem Gehäusekopf (10) angebracht ist.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle mit Hochdruck beaufschlagten Dichtstellen von gegeneinander angezogenen metallischen Bauteilen ohne Zwischenordnung elastomerer Dichtungselemente gebildet sind.
