Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Übertragen von auf einem Träger spiegelbildlich mittels eines Schwarz-Weiß- oder Farbtoners aufgebrachten Schrift-, Bild- oder Motivdarstellungen auf eine beliebige Unterlage, wie z. B. Papier, Stoff, Kunststoff, Metall, Keramik od. dgl., gekennzeichnet durch eine beheizbare Hochleistungs- und Hochdruckpresse, bei der in einem Grundgestell (1) mit einem querverlaufendem Rechteckrohr mit zwei im rechten Winkel dazu angeordneten Rechteckrohren (2, 3) eine mittels eines Kugelrollenauszuges ( ) herausziehbare Tischplatte (17) angeordnet ist, auf der über ein Distanzstück (18) ein Drucktisch (19) befestigt ist, wobei sich unter der Tischplatte (17) eine kreisrunde Luftfeder (20) zur Anhebung des Drucktisches (19) gegen den unteren Heizkörper (16) befindet, wobei an einer oberen, seitlich an zwei Gewindespindeln (9, 9') zwischen zwei Rechteckrohren (4, 5 bzw. 6, 7) geführten Traverse (14) eine obere und eine untere Heizplatte (15, 16) befestigt sind, gegen welche der Drucktisch (19) gedrückt wird, wobei die Traverse (14) mittels einer Handkurbel (13) über zwei Kettenräder (10, 11) und eine Kette (12) auf- und abbewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung an der Frontseite der Tischplatte (19) einen Handgriff (21) zum Herausziehen derselben besitzt, daß unterhalb ein Bedienungspanel (23) zum Einstellen des Druckes, der Temperatur und der Zeitverhältnisse angeordnet ist und über der Traverse (14) und den Heizplatten (15, 16) eine Abdeckhaube (26) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Übertragen von Motivdarstellungen auf eine beliebige Unterlage mit einer Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Farbbild zunächst in einem Farbkopierer oder Laserdrucker in beliebigem, vergrößerten oder verkleinerten Maßstab auf eine Trägerfolie, z. B. eine beschichtete Papierfolie oder Normalpapier, spiegelbilldlich aufgebracht wird, wobei ein Farbtoner verwendet wird, der eine gute Affinität zur beschichteten Papieroberfläche aufweist und der sich durch Druck und Wärme wieder von der Papieroberfläche abheben läßt, worauf auf den Drucktisch zunächst die Aluminiumplatte mit der gebürsteten und ggf. mit einer Schicht behandelten Oberfläche aufgelegt wird, worauf auf diese Platte der mit dem spiegelbildlichen Aufdruck versehene Zwischenträger aufgelegt wird, wobei auf diesen Zwischenträger ein Wollstoff oder Molton und ggf. eine weitere Folie aufgelegt wird, worauf der Drucktisch hochgefahren und gegen den unteren Heizkörper mit einem Druck von ca. 300 - 12 000 Kg gedrückt wird, wobei die Temperatur je nach Anwendungsfall 90 - 200° C bei einer Zeitdauer 1 sec - 60 Minuten beträgt und anschließend das so aufgebrachte Bild einem Hochglanzverfahren unterworfen wird, wobei auf das Aluminiumbild eine PE-Folie aufgelegt und der Drucktisch mit einem um ca. 50 % erhöhten Druck gegen den unteren Heizkörper gedrückt wird, wodurch der Aluminiumträger nochmals erwärmt wird und die Oberfläche verdichtet und das durch dieses Verfahren geglättete Bild eine glänzende, stark hervorgehobene Oberfläche erhält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß kurzzeitig auf beiden Seiten einer Unterlage, z. B. auf einem 0,5 mm starken Aluminiumblech, ein Aufdruck aufgebracht wird, indem die Wärme beim Druckvorgang das Material von der Unterlage durchdringt und somit auch auf der Rückseite wirksam werden kann, wobei zunächst das zu übertragende, rückseitige Bild auf den Drucktisch (19) gelegt wird, darauf die Unterlage, z. B. das Aluminiumblech, und auf dieses die zweite Trägerfolie mit dem darauf aufgebrachten Bild aufgelegt wird, wobei in einem Druckvorgang dann in der in Anspruch 3 beschriebenen Weise gleichzeitig beide Bilder auf die Vor- und Rückseite aufgedruckt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzeugung eines Hochglanzes je eine PE-Folie auf die Vorder- und auf die Rückseite aufgelegt wird und der Preßvorgang gemäß Anspruch 3 beendet wird.
