    Claims (5)

    1. Apparatus for transferring character, image or motif representations, applied in mirror-image fashion to a carrier by means of a monochrome or colour toner, to any desired base, such as, e.g. paper, fabric, a plastics material, a ceramic material or similar, characterised by a heatable high-efficiency and high-pressure press, in which a table board (17), which can be pulled out by means of a ball caster extension (22), is disposed in a basic frame (1) with a transversely extending rectangular tube with two rectangular tubes (2, 3) disposed at right angles thereto, to which board a printing table (19 is fastened via a distance piece (18), wherein a circular pneumatic spring (20) for lifting the printing table (19) towards the lower heating element (16) is located below the table board (17), wherein an upper and a lower heating plate (15, 16) are fastened to an upper cross bar (14) which is guided laterally at two threaded spindles (9, 9') between two rectangular tubes (4, 5 and 6, 7, respectively) and against which the printing table (19) is pushed, wherein the cross bar (14) can be moved up and down by means of a crank handle (13) via two chain wheels (10, 11) and a chain (10).

    5. Process according to Claim 4, characterised in that, in order to produce a high gloss, a respective PE film is placed on the face and on the back and the pressing operation according to Claim 3 is concluded.
