Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de contrôle du positionnement repéré des plaques d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaques de machines d'impression, en particulier de machines d'impression offset à feuilles, comportant un dispositif de fixation pour le bord avant de la plaque d'impression, la plaque d'impression présentant sur le bord avant une découpe en forme de U, laquelle peut être amenée en contact avec une butée agencée sur le cylindre porte-plaques, et un émetteur de signaux déterminant la position de la plaque d'impression dans le dispositif de fixation,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (8) permet de détecter le bord avant de la plaque d'impression (1) à l'extérieur de la découpe (6, 7) coopérant avec la butée (4, 5), un signal pouvant être émis par l'émetteur de signaux (8) lorsque la découpe (6, 7) présente une distance minimale (a, b) prédéfinie par rapport à la butée (4, 5).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que, avec deux butées (4, 5) espacées axialement, l'émetteur de signaux est agencé au milieu entre les butées (4, 5).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (8) est agencé sur le dispositif de fixation (3).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (8) est agencé à l'extérieur du cylindre porte-plaques (2) et, dans la position prévue pour l'introduction de la plaque d'impression (1), peut être appuyé contre le cylindre porte-plaques (2).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (8) est réalisé sous la forme d'un capteur de distance détectant la présence de la plaque d'impression (1) dans une zone de mesure.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (8) est réalisé sous la forme d'un capteur sans contact coopérant avec la plaque d'impression (1).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que, par le biais d'une unité d'analyse (10) branchée en aval de l'émetteur de signaux (8), le signal de l'émetteur de signaux (8) est vérifié quant à ses variations dans un laps de temps pouvant être pré-défini.
