Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour contrôler la position des plaques d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaques des machines d'impression, en particulier des machines d'impression offset à feuilles, comprenant une butée définissant la position de la plaque d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaques, ainsi qu'un émetteur de signaux détectant la position de la plaque d'impression avec une unité d'analyse montée en aval,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (9) est monté en étant fixé sur le bâti sur une suspension (7) en dehors du cylindre porte-plaques (2) et peut être placé au niveau du cylindre porte-plaques dans une position angulaire prévue par rapport au cylindre porte-plaques pour l'introduction d'une nouvelle plaque d'impression (1), des moyens d'alignement (6, 8) étant prévus, grâce auxquels l'émetteur de signaux (9) peut être amené dans une position définie par rapport au cylindre porte-plaques (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (9) peut être pivoté au moyen d'une suspension (7) autour d'un axe agencé parallèlement à l'axe du cylindre porte-plaques (2).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (9) est agencé dans la butée (4) définissant la position de la plaque d'impression (1) et peut être placé en même temps que cette butée (4) sur le cylindre porte-plaques (2).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'alignement (6, 8) sont réalisés sous la forme d'une pointe de centrage (4) conçue sur une extrémité de l'émetteur de signaux (9) ou de la butée (4), ainsi qu'un contour (6) agencé dans le dispositif de fixation (3) du cylindre porte-plaques (2).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (9) présente un contact électrique pouvant être actionné lors de l'installation de la plaque d'impression (1).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que le contact se présente sous la forme d'une zone conçue en étant isolée électriquement par rapport à la butée (4), lequel contact établit une liaison électrique lors de l'installation de la plaque d'impression (1).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de signaux (9) est conçu sous la forme d'un capteur détectant sans contact la plaque d'impression (1).
