Claims (7)
- Dispositif pour contrôler la position de plaques d'impression sur le cylindre de plaque de machines d'impression, notamment de machines d'impression offset à feuilles, comprenant un dispositif de fixation pour l'arête de la plaque d'impression associée au début de l'impression, la plaque d'impression présentant au niveau de cette arête un estampage qui coopère avec une butée dans le dispositif de fixation et comprenant un détecteur de position détectant la position de la plaque d'impression,
caractérisé en ce que
la butée (4, 5) effectue lors de la fermeture du dispositif de fixation (3) une course (h) à l'encontre de la direction d'amenée de la plaque d'impression (1), de laquelle la plaque d'impression (1) peut être déplacée dans la position alignée correcte et en ce que le détecteur de position (8, 9) est réalisé en tant que capteur détectant la position de la plaque d'impression en dehors de l'estampage et en tant que détecteur signalant la présence de l'arête avant de la plaque d'impression (1) dans une région prédéfinie à l'intérieur du dispositif de fixation (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
lors de la fermeture du dispositif de fixation (3) par la course de la butée (4, 5), le contact de la plaque d'impression (1) avec le détecteur de position (8, 9) est supprimé. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

l'on prévoit deux capteurs de position (8, 9) pour deux butées (4, 5) disposées de manière espacée axialement. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,

les capteurs de position (8, 9) sont réalisés sous forme de contacts pouvant être fermés électriquement par la plaque d'impression (1). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les butées (4, 5) coopérant avec les estampages (6, 7) sont montées dans le dispositif de fixation (3) au moyen de ressorts à lames précontraints (13, 14). - Dispositif selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que
les ressorts à lames (13, 14) sont montés sur le dispositif de fixation (3) par le biais d'un bloc (15). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les ressorts à lames (13, 14) peuvent être ajustés par le biais d'un moyen d'ajustage associé (16).
