Description
Zum Spannen wird Druck in den Druckraum 12 eingeleitet. Der Haltekolben 5 bewegt sich nach rechts und schiebt dabei seine Keilschräge 8 unter den Spannbolzen 2 entlang. Der Spannbolzen 2 gleitet mit seinem Führungsstück in der Führungsbahn und wird damit nach oben aus dem Gehäuse 1 heraus geführt. Sobald der Spannbolzen an dem Werkstück anliegt, setzt sich das System fest, indem sich der Haltekolben 5 mit den Kanten 25,26 der Abflachung 16 an der Wandung des Zylinders abstützt und der Spannbolzen 2 mit seinen Keil flächen 14 auf die Flanken der Keilnut 9 drückt. Durch die Abstützung des Haltekolbens 5 mit den Kanten 25,26 der Abflachung 16 an der Zylinderwandung entsteht zwischen Spannbolzen und Haltekolben ein in sich starres Gebilde frei von jeder Setzerscheinung. Rückwirkende Kräfte, die bei der Bearbeitung des Werkstückes entstehen, haben keinen Einfluß auf den Spannbolzen, auch dann nicht, wenn die Hydraulik - gleich aus welchen Gründen - ausfällt, da durch Flächenpressung an den Keil flächen 14 und den Kanten 25,26 der Abflachung 16 Selbsthemmung entsteht, die ein Zurückweichen des Haltekolbens 5 verhindert.
Claims (6)
- Spannvorrichtung zum Spannen von Werkstücken auf Tischen, Vorrichtungen oder Paletten mit einem hydraulisch betätigten Spannkrafthalteelement, bei dem ein Spannbolzen (2) und dessen Haltekolben (5) annähernd senkrecht zu einander stehen und bei dem die Haltekraft über Elemente erzeugt wird, die mit Keilflächen versehen sind, die auf einander gleiten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekolben (5) mit einer Keilnut (9) versehen ist, in deren Keilnutgrund eine längs verlaufende Bohrung (10) eingebracht ist und daß zwischen Keilnut und Bohrung ein Spalt (11) gebildet ist, so daß eine Führungsbahn entsteht und daß der Spannbolzen (2) an einem Ende mit zwei Keilflächen (14) versehen ist, die spitzwinklig auf einander zulaufen und in einem Nocken (15) enden, dessen Aussendurchmesser dem Innendurchmesser der Bohrung (10) entspricht und der in seinem unteren Teil abgeflacht ist und so ein Führungsstück bildet und daß der Spannbolzen (2) mit seinem Führungsstück in die Führungsbahn des Haltekolbens (5) gleitet.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekolben (5) über die Länge seiner Keilschräge (8) in seinem unteren Bereich mit einer Abflachung (16) versehen ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekolben (5) auf der Seite, die dem Druckraum (12) für den Spannvorgang zugeordnet ist mit einer in einer Nut umlaufenden Dichtung (17) bestückt ist und daß sich links und rechts der Dichtung zwei Kolbenringe (18, 19) bilden, deren Aussendurchmesser um einen geringen Betrag kleiner gehalten ist als der Durchmesser des Kolbens (5) im Bereich der Abflachung (16).
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekolben (5) im Bereich der Abflachung (16) mit seinen Kanten (25,26) bei Druckbeaufschlagung an die Zylinderwandung angepreßt ist und durch das Spiel der im Durchmesser kleiner gehaltenen Kolbenringe (18, 19) sich an der Zylinderwand abstützt.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Entspannvorgang mit der Druckbeaufschlagung im Druckraum (13) die Hydraulik in den unterhalb des Nocken (15) sich in der Bohrung (10) bildenden Hohlraum (22) und in die Keilnut (9) fließt, so daß der Spannbolzen (2) durch den sich aufbauenden Druck aus der Keilnut gelöst wird und in der Führungsbahn leicht gleitet.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekolben (5) aus zwei Teilen gebildet ist, die mittels einer Schwalbenschwanzverbindung in einander fügbar sind und deren einer Teil aus den Kolbenringen (18, 19) mit der dazwischen liegenden Dichtung (17) besteht und deren anderer Teil die Kolbenstange mit der Keilschräge bildet.
