Description
Claims (18)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe mit einem Nockenantrieb für wenigstens Pumpenkolben und einem der Spritzbeginnverstellung dienenden auf den Nockenantrieb wirkenden Spritzverstellkolben (10), der mit seiner einen Stirnseite (12) in einem Zylinder (11) einen 1.Druckraum (14) und mit seiner anderen Stirnseite (13) in dem Zylinder (11) einen 2. Druckraum (15) begrenzt, der von einem Druckmittel beaufschlagt ist, das den Spritzverstellkolben (10) entgegen einem im 1. Druckraum (14) angeordneten Rückstellmittel verstellt und mit einem in einer Zylinderbohrung (22) verschiebbar angeordneten Steuerschieber (24), der entgegen der Kraft einer Steuerfeder (31) betätigbar ist, und der Steuerschieber (24) in der Zylinderbohrung (22) mit Steuerkanten (45, 49) einen Druckmittelzulauf (50) zu einem der Druckräume (14, 15) oder einen Druckmittelablauf (51) von einem der Druckräume (14, 15) steuert oder beide verschließt, wobei der 2. Druckraum (15) ständig von dem Druckmittel aus einer Druckquelle verbunden ist und der 1. Druckraum (14) nur mit dem vom Steuerschieber (24) gesteuerten, den 1. Druckraum (14) mit der Druckquelle verbindenden Druckmittelzulauf (50) oder mit dem den 1. Druckraum (14) mit einem Entlastungsraum verbindenden Druckmittelablauf (51) verbindbar oder ganz verschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Steuerkolben (29) mit dem Steuerschieber (24) in Stellrichtung wenigstens formschlüssig verbunden ist und eine dem Druck im 1. Druckraum (14) in Stellrichtung ausgesetzte Fläche aufweist, die gleich groß ist wie die den Druck im 1. Druckraum (14) in Stellrichtung ausgesetzte Fläche des Steuerschiebers (24).
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Rückstellmittel zusätzlich zu dem vom Steuerschieber (24) gesteuerten Druck eine Rückstellfeder (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerdruck in Abhängigkeit von der Drehzahl oder zusätzlich von anderen Betriebsparametern der Brennkraftmaschine eingestellt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der 2. Druckraum (15) ständig mit der Druckseite einer der Niederdruck-Kraftstoffversorgung der Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe dienenden Förderpumpe verbunden ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Förderdruck der Förderpumpe sich in Abhängigkeit der Antriebsdrehzahl der Kraftstoffpumpe verändert.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Verbindung zwischen 2. Druckraum (15) und Kraftstoffpumpe eine Drossel (55) angeordnet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spritzverstellkolben (10) an seiner Mantelfäche eine der Aufnahme eines Stellarms (7) dienende Ausnehmung (9) aufweist, die mit dem Innenraum (4) Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe verbunden ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Spritzverstellkolbens (10) in Achsrichtung eine von seiner einen, an den 1. Druckraum (14) angrenzenden Stirnseite (12) ausgehende Zylinderbohrung (22) angeordnet ist, in der der Steuerschieber (24) verschiebbar ist und dort mit den Steuerkanten (45, 49) je nach Stellung des Steuerschiebers (24) zum Spritzverstellkolben (10) den Druckmittelzulauf (50) zu einem der Druckräume (14, 15) oder den Druckmittelablauf (51) von einem der Druckräume (14, 15) steuert oder beide verschließt, wobei Steuerschieber (24) von dem Steuerkolben (29) betätigbar ist, der eine Fläche aufweist, die von einem Steuerdruck entgegen der Kraft einer Steuerfeder (31) beaufschlagt ist und in einen in einem gehäusefesten Teil (17) angeordneten, vom Zylinder (11) getrennten Raum (35) angeordnet ist und der Steuerschieber (24) mit seiner einen Stirnseite (25) in der Zylinderbohrung (22) einen 3. Druckraum (23) einschließt, der ständig mit dem Entlastungsraum, vorzugsweise einem den Nockenantrieb (3) der Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe aufnehmenden Pumpeninnenraum (4) der Krafstoffeinspritzpumpe, verbunden ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerschieber (24, 124, 224) einen Kolbenteil aufweist mit einer den Druckmittelzulauf (50) zum 1. Druckraum (14) steuernden 1. Steuerkante (45) und einer den Druckmittelablauf (51) von dem 1. Druckraum (14) steuernden 2. Steuerkante (49), an welche Steuerkanten sich zur Druckmittelführung dienende Durchflußquerschnitte (52, 23) am Steuerschiebers anschließen, wobei der Eintritt des Druckmittelzulaufes (50) in die Zylinderbohrung (22) und der Austritt des Druckmittelablaufes (51) aus der Zylinderbohrung (22) in Achsrichtung des Steuerschieber versetzt zueinander liegen.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückstellmittel der vom Steuerschieber im 1. Druckraum (14) eingesteuerte Druck und eine im 1. Druckraum (14) sich zwischen Spritzverstellkolben (10) und Gehäuse abstützenden Druckfeder (16) dient.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerfeder (31) des Steuerkolbens (29, 129, 229) im 1. Druckraum (14) angeordnet ist und dort zwischen einem sich am Stößel (28) des Steuerkolbens (29,129, 229) abstützenden Federteller (30) und dem gehäusefesten Teil (17) eingespannt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerfeder (31) des Steuerkolbens (29, 129, 229) im 1. Druckraum (14) angeordnet ist und dort zwischen dem Steuerkolben (29, 129, 229) und der einen Stirnseite (12) des Spritzverstellkolbens (10) eingespannt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 11 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerkolbens (29) in den im festen Gehäuseteil (17) angeordneten, als Steuerzylinder ausgebildeten Raum eintaucht und dort mit einem Kolbenteil ein Steuerarbeitsraum von einem Entlastungsraum trennt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerkolbens (229) in den im gehäusefesten Teil (17) angeordneten ausgebildeten Raum (233) eintaucht und dort von der Steuerfeder (231), die sich an ihren einen Ende an einer Schulter (66) am Steuerkolben (229) und an ihrem anderen Ende am gehäusefesten Teil (17) abstützt, beaufschlagt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Steuerschieber (24) und Steuerkolben (29) aus einer Klauenverbindung besteht, wobei der Steuerschieber (24) in einer zur Achse des Spritzverstellkolben (10) versetzt angeordnet Zylinderbohrung (22) geführt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüch 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Steuerschieber (24, 124, 224) und Steuerkolben (29, 129, 229) aus einer Stiftverbindung (57) besteht.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stiftverbindung aus einem topfförmigen Ende (60) am einen der einander benachbarten Enden des Steuerkolbens (129) oder des Steuerschiebers (124) besteht, in das das jeweils andere Ende des Steuerschiebers (124) oder des Steuerkolbens (129) eintaucht und dort über eine durch die Wand des topfförmigen Endes (60) und das dort eingetauchte Ende des Steuerschiebers (124) geführten Querstift (57) gehalten wird, der wiederum durch eine außen auf den topfförmigen Ende (60) aufschiebbaren oder aufpreßbaren Ring (62) fixiert ist, der zugleich als Auflage der ansonsten am verbleibenden topfförmigen Teil geführten Steuerfeder (131) dient.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (62) unter Einwirkung der Steuerfeder (131) in Anlage an einer Außenbund (61) des topfförmigen Ende (60) gehalten wird.
