Definitions
- the invention relates to a special form of installation switches, namely push buttons. Suitable buttons are followed by suitable mechanisms Execution of the switching process, the reset of the rocker and Auxiliary rockers and thus the switching mechanism in the starting position causes.
- buttons with the most varied Mechanisms for selecting the switching function and for realizing the Reset function of the rocker and auxiliary rockers known.
- the most Most commonly used buttons have a spiral spring, which arranged and fastened between the switch base and auxiliary rockers be and for the realization of the reset function of the Touch mechanism, especially the auxiliary rockers, is used.
- the Coil springs are tensioned during the switching process and have an effect Completion of the switching process by relaxing the spring Spring back into the relaxed position to reset the rocker or auxiliary rocker in the middle position on the switch base.
- the object of the invention is through the features of claim 1 solved.
- Other features of the invention are Subject of the dependent subclaims.
- the mechanism according to the invention has a specially shaped spring on, which is mounted on the side pin of the auxiliary rocker, being preferably spanned the pivot point of the auxiliary rocker and being the legs of the spring from the auxiliary rocker over the entire Extend switch base and in, for example, angled Grips open.
- the user can use these handles or manufacturer the spring legs on from the switch base towering domes or selection elements are fixed, whereby a free choice of the button function is guaranteed.
- the mechanism according to the invention provides, on the auxiliary rocker, on the long sides, parallel to the mounting holes for the Base run, spaced apart bearings for one Arrange the selection and return springs.
- These bearings are for example molded bearing journals or similar means that are suitable to realize the storage of a spring.
- This Bearings or pins extend parallel to the tilt axis or lie on levels that run parallel to the pivot point of the auxiliary rocker, away from the long sides of the auxiliary rocker at right angles.
- both auxiliary rocker parts carry accordingly laterally arranged bearings. On these bearings will Realization of the reset function while selecting the Push button function open “and / or close” a spring arranged.
- This spring can be designed in various ways, for example as Leaf spring or torsion spring.
- This spring is preferably in the form of a double torsion spring formed.
- For attachment to or on the bearing of the auxiliary rocker has this double torsion spring Coils that serve as receiving openings for these bearings, on.
- the springs on the bearings on the outer side surface of the Auxiliary rocker attached, snapped on or locked.
- the feather legs extend in both directions of tilt, from the pin of the Auxiliary rocker away, over the switch base to the Switch holder edge.
- domes On the switch base corners, which are in the tilting direction of the auxiliary rocker, are opposing selection elements in the form of domes formed. These domes extend perpendicularly from the surface of the switch base on the base sides, which is in the tilting direction of the Auxiliary rocker are opposite and which have no mounting holes exhibit.
- domes are positioned on the switch base so that their Long sides parallel and immediately adjacent to the plane, that of those extending from the pegs over the switch base Spring legs is formed.
- Grooves are formed on the surface of these domes Width the diameter of the spring legs or the width of the Match spring legs.
- These grooves can be parallel to the tilt direction of the auxiliary rocker they can run diagonally across the surface of the cathedral pull through, these diagonal grooves from the spring on closest lying corner of the cathedral to the farthest from the spring extend spaced corner of the cathedral.
- the installer selects the desired one before installing the button Button function by moving the spring or springs over their Grip positioned in the groove of the dome or the dome that the desired button function are assigned.
- this leg After positioning in the corresponding dome groove, this leg is the spring tensioned and causes by its spring force Completion of the switching process, the reset of the auxiliary rocker in their Starting position.
- the spring according to the invention is preferably double Leg torsion spring, which is in the form of a has isosceles trapezes.
- the legs of the trapeze have twists that are used for storage.
- the upper parallel Side of the trapezoid spans the pivot or tipping point of the auxiliary rocker.
- the lower parallel side of the trapezoid is an extension of the Trapezoid leg folded outward, extends under training of support elements over the switch base and opens into Grips that come from the direction of extension of the trapezoidal legs run angled.
- the invention is intended to be based on an exemplary embodiment (FIGS. 1 to Fig. 4) are explained in more detail.
- Fig. 1 shows a switch base 1 of rectangular shape.
- the Switch base 1 On the Switch base 1, four domes or selection elements 2 are arranged. These selection elements are in the immediate vicinity of the base edges, which have no mounting holes for mounting the base in one Have switch base, arranged. These domes 2 protrude from the Pedestal surface perpendicularly, being at a height that extends approximately with the upper plane of the pins.
- the Dome 2 have in their surface receiving grooves 2a, which are in extend the cathedral. These grooves take place approximately diagonally across the surface of the cathedral, this Start receiving grooves at the location of the dome, the spring 5 on next lies and away from the spring through the cathedral extend.
- the width of the groove within the dome is such that the spring 5, which locks on the lateral pin 4 of the auxiliary rocker 3 or is fixed, can record.
- the auxiliary rocker 3 consisting of two auxiliary rocker elements, is around Longitudinal axis 6 mounted tiltable.
- the transverse axis 7 characterizes the respective tilt direction of the auxiliary rocker about the longitudinal axis 6.
- the spring 5 is formed as a double leg spring, which two Take-up windings that are used to lock the spring onto the pin 4 serve the auxiliary rocker, trained.
- the double leg spring is included formed in one piece, the spring legs the entire Cover the base area in the direction of the transverse axis 7 and in Grips that are in the direction of the longitudinal axis 6, parallel to the Outer edge of the base 1 and parallel to the side surfaces of the domes 2 extend.
- the double leg spring has three Spring legs 9 and 9a, of which the spring legs 9a of extend the support pin carrying it over the base and the spring leg 9a extends over the pivot point of the auxiliary rocker, parallel to the side surfaces of the auxiliary rocker, which carry the pins, extends.
- the mounting of the spring 5 on the pin 4 shown in FIG. 1 describes the middle or rest position of the spring, being at rest or Middle position of the spring is considered the position in which none Button function is selected.
- the spring 5 can in this middle position freely with the auxiliary rocker 3 around its fulcrum, through the longitudinal axis is characterized, tilt or swivel. All three legs 9 and 9a the spring 5 run parallel to this so-called middle position the side surface of the auxiliary rocker that carries the pins. In this In the middle position, the return spring 5 is not supported by any of its legs 9 on the surface of the base 1 of the switch.
- the spring position is in side view and in plan view the base with respect to the dome, with respect to the base and the Auxiliary rocker after selecting one of the button functions - here it is regardless of whether opening or closing is meant - shown.
- the spring 5 as Double leg spring formed, lies with its middle Spring legs 9a, fixed by the coils 8 of the spring, in the Pin 4.
- Each of the double spring legs 9 is within one Groove 2a preloaded in a selection element or dome.
- the Double spring leg 9 on the handle 10 captured by the user and from the middle position into the functional position within the groove 2a of the pre-selected dome. Due to the preload fixes itself the spring leg firmly inside the groove.
- FIG. 2 are the same in each case Spring legs 9 on the same sides in the dome grooves 2a biased. This means that here, even when the auxiliary seesaw is shared, only a rocker is used to operate the switch, which by the two preloaded spring legs 9 in their starting position is returned.
- the switch shown here is used depending on the selected Circuit variant in the base only as a break contact or make contact a rocker must be operated.
- the seesaw becomes her Center position deflected, i.e. around the pivot point of the longitudinal axis 6 inclined.
- Fig. 3 shows schematically in section the position of the Double leg spring with regard to the auxiliary rocker, the base and the Domnut at the time the button was pressed.
- the auxiliary rocker 3a tilts about its fulcrum, i.e. about its longitudinal axis in the direction of actuation.
- the pressure force exerted on the surface of the auxiliary rocker 3a must be greater than that to implement the switching process
- Counterforce of the spring leg 9 the pressure force in prestressed shape, i.e. within the groove of the selection element biased, counteracts.
- the spring leg 9 is from his rectilinear position around the pin 4 supporting it resiliently deformed.
- the part 3b of the auxiliary rocker protruding through the base surface after selecting one of the push button functions from its vertical Position is deflected and towards the spring leg, which in the groove of the selection element is fixed, tends to become Operation of the button deflected against this direction of inclination. In doing so, the one that rests on the base surface rises Spring legs in a vertical direction from the base surface.
- the pressure on the auxiliary rocker is withdrawn Spring leg 9 back into its straight position, so that the opposite spring legs 9 in turn on the Supported switch surface and by the base surface protruding part 3b of the auxiliary rocker back towards the fixed leg tends to.
- the straight position of the fixed spring leg 9 is the provision of the auxiliary rocker in Starting position ended.
- Fig. 4 shows a top view and a side view of a double leg spring.
- the double leg spring 5 has three spring legs, one of which the spring leg 9a trapezoidally between the coils 8 extends. Following the coils 8, the Spring legs 9, the spring legs 9 and 9a with the exception of upper parallel area of the isosceles trapezium itself extend straight and open into an angled handle 10.
- the coils 8 are dimensioned so that their inner diameter corresponds to the outer diameter of the pin 4, so that the Double leg spring with these coils on the pin of the auxiliary rocker can be fixed.
- the double leg spring shown here in Fig. 4 has as Fixing elements each have simple spirals.
- the number of Spiral turns can also be larger depending on the length of the pin.
- FIG. 5 Another embodiment for a double leg spring for Selection and setting of a button function of the switch is in the Fig. 5 shown.
- the two eyes 11 of the spring coils 8 are double leg springs not complementary to the shape of the spring pin 4 of the auxiliary rocker 3, but instead configured as elongated holes.
- the openings of these elongated holes 11 dimensioned so that their clear height is equal to that Outside diameter of the rocker pins 4, but in their Longitudinal extension by around half to a whole Diameters are larger than the rocker pin diameter. This enables a safe setting of the Push button function by moving the one shown in FIG.
- Snap engagement devices 10 required.
- a snap in also shown in Fig. 5 engaging pin 10 in corresponding Recesses on abutment brackets of the type shown in FIG. 1 Dome 2 can, however, by moving the corresponding Spring on the auxiliary rocker pin selected switch setting help stabilize.
