Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat preform for a headdress made of rigid, bendable material, with a web area and at least one end area.
- Headdress is known in many forms, especially for the carnival or for the advertising.
- deformation e.g. Thermoforming, one thin plastic plate a cap area, with which the headdress on the head is put on and molded on actual jewelry (just think of horns created by Germanic helmets or the eagle wings of the famous Asterix helmet).
- Preform Under flatter Preform should be understood that its basic shape lies in one plane. However, this should not prevent, for example, structural embossing or the like from being provided in the preform material.
- the invention now creates a flat preform for a headdress and one headdress made from it, which preform is particularly simple and inexpensive and which headdress from the preform with the simplest of means shape is.
- this is achieved in the web area and in the end area near the dividing line holes arranged between the web area and the end area for receiving a Web area and the end area to be moved towards each other from the common plane Clamping element reached.
- a generic headdress is known. This has two End areas that e.g. E / 3.1.1, E / 3.1.2 and E3.1.3 are shaped as mouse ears, on.
- the web area is divided by a cut in the middle of its longitudinal extent, so that results in a round, ribbon-like structure when bent, through which the Lets preform put on head as headdress.
- From US 5 010 590 is also a flat preform for a headdress rigid, bendable material with an area that is to be referred to as a web area, and End areas known.
- the web area is designed as a cap visor and the end areas are band-shaped extensions that can be merged behind the head where they have a simple push-through device for plugging together.
- the web area is relatively narrower, for example (each after whether the bridge area for shaping the headdress by folding it around a line is doubled parallel to its longitudinal extent (see below) or not) approx. 2 to 8 cm wider Strip understood, the length of the desired distance of the end regions of the line of symmetry of the face / head is determined and expedient about 14 to 20 cm is.
- attachment options for one e.g. Chin strap.
- the web area which can also be bent in the longitudinal direction, can be attached to the Head curvature and held on the head.
- the Chin straps can e.g. the holes provided according to the invention in the web area serve.
- the end areas close as actual jewelry areas.
- two end areas are provided, which for Bridge area can be symmetrical (e.g. two eagle wings), but not necessarily. It can if necessary, only one end area may be provided, e.g. an agraffike headdress to accomplish.
- the clamping element is through the holes on both sides of the connecting line (s) of the web area and end area (s) inserted and tightened. This allows the End areas each from the common level with the web area into one Position up to 90 ° or appropriate (due to the additional angle due to the adjustment of the web area to the head curvature by means of the chin strap) over 90 ° be pivoted and thus in a position perpendicular to the head or another desired angular position can be brought.
- a simple rubber band can be used as the tensioning element, which is tightened accordingly and knotted, serve. But it can also clip-like plastic parts or the like are included.
- the connecting line / dividing line between the web area and the end area can be thought but it can also, e.g. be marked by an imprint or, in a special preferred embodiment, be pre-folded.
- the holes are particularly preferably each formed as a pair of holes, such that when Fold the web area around a fold line parallel to its longitudinal extent of the holes of the respective pair of holes come to lie on top of each other.
- the respective end area at least also bent in the area near the web, so that with a suitable shape of the end or Additional effects can be achieved without the preform for its part needs to be deformed out of the plane beforehand.
- the invention therefore makes it possible to use the simplest means, namely one (e.g. cardboard) strips, which are rounded and pointed at the ends and with 2x4 Holes is or will be, with the help of a simple rubber band to shape funny Easter headdresses.
- the tensioning element is preferably a rubber band.
- Elastic is available in practically every household or can, e.g. when selling the Preform or his gift as part of advertising measures, included become.
- the clamping element are the end pieces of one of the attachment of the Headdress serving on the head, preferably rubber, ribbon.
- the rubber band can double the right and left clamping element and meet the tether by its ends through the respective (if necessary, namely at Double folding, double) pair of holes pulled and tightened and knotted, and that intermediate strap part as a chin strap to hold the web and thus the whole Headdress on the head is used.
- the invention also relates to a headdress by folding or bending and tensioning of a preform according to one of claims 1 to 4 is formed.
- the material should be flexible, but stiff, and foldable and foldable.
- a solid (approx. 120 g / m 2 ) cardboard has proven itself, which can be laminated and printed in accordance with the respective decorative motif and can also serve as an advertising medium.
- 1 shows sections of the preform, which is denoted overall by 1. This consists of a carton of a weight of 120 g or 200 g and is at least on one side gloss laminated.
- the preform 1 consists of three main areas, the web area 2, the one End area or jewelry area 4 and a second end area 14, not shown here.
- the entire preform is in the direction of the width B (in the exemplary embodiment 6 cm) extending centerline symmetrical and also parallel to the length L (im Embodiment a total of 65 cm) extending center line. This makes it easier Manufacturing continues.
- the web area and the end area also merge smoothly into one another about.
- Web area 2 and end areas 4, 14 are through, at least imaginary, lines 6, 16 separated in the direction of latitude.
- the line is crimped so that the end region can be easily expanded angle the drawing plane to the web area.
- the line can also just be printed to indicate where the end area should be bent.
- a further crease line 8 is provided, which can also be thought, folded or printed. In the preferred embodiment, it is also crimped. The crimp extends also up to the middle of the longitudinal extent of the end region, as indicated at 48. If the web area is folded around its longitudinal center line 8, the End area a shoehorn-like curvature that always towards the rounded end 40 becomes weaker and overall gives the impression of a rabbit spoon.
- the holes 21 and 22 in the web area and 41 and 42 in the jewelry area serve to by means of a clamping device, e.g. of a rubber band folded the web area and the Keep the end area folded / curved and set up from the image plane.
- a clamping device e.g. of a rubber band folded the web area and the Keep the end area folded / curved and set up from the image plane.
- the holes 21 and 22 and 41 and 42 are each symmetrical to the center line of this spaced so that they lie towards each other when folded around the center line come so that the clamping device can be pushed through. Should others If fold lines are provided, the holes must be arranged symmetrically.
- the holes 21 and 41 or 22 and 42 are expediently in relation to each other Kink line 6 opposite and are so far from the kink line 6 that there is a certain Leverage results, on the other hand, not so far that the tensioning element interferes optically.
- the Holes 21/41 and 22/42 do not have to be strictly symmetrical to the center line 6, they are but expedient.
- Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the headdress according to the invention in folded and tensioned condition.
- the preform shown in Fig. 1 was around the Center line 8 folded, so that the visible in Fig. 1 sides of the web part towards each other come to lie.
- the holes 21 and 22 also lie one above the other and holes 41 and 42 at least opposite.
- the preform folded to that extent then bent at the fold line 6 so that both the end region 4 and the end region 14 protrude upward from the image plane of FIG. 1.
- a rubber band was then through the superimposed holes 21 and 22 and again through the opposite holes 42 and 41 and then knotted so that the end portions 4th and 14 are in the desired angled position in relation to the web area 2.
- the center area of the rubber 30 has a length that is slightly less than that Average head circumference minus the web length between the fold lines 6 and 16. If the web is then turned upside down, it bends out of the web plane of FIG. 1 bent around the head below and is then on the head by the somewhat tense Elastic band 30 held. The end regions 4 and 14 then project upwards from the head and yield forward, i.e. spoons open in the direction of view. If the web is in the width direction If placed upside down, a closed, curved surface can be seen from the front. This can be useful for other forms of jewelry.
- FIG. 3 shows an embodiment in which the end regions are designed as eagle wings.
- the outline shape can be very simple and the feather shape can only be printed on. This is expediently the case on the front and back.
- the preform is not folded around the longitudinal centerline, they are End areas simply set up parallel to the line of sight. Holes 21 and 22 or 41 and 42 can then coincide, which is an even simpler preform results.
- Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in which the end regions are designed as mouse ears.
- the outline shape can be designed very simply, possibly with imprints. This is expediently the case on the front and back.
- the preform is not that Folded longitudinally along the center line, so that the end areas are parallel to the undone Line of sight.
