Claims (5)
- Schaufelradausleger für eine Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit einem angetriebenen Schaufelrad, dem Produkte (18) zur nachfolgenden Ablage auf ein Transportband zugeführt werden, wobei dem Schaufelrad (1) ein eigener Antriebsmotor (10) zugeordnet ist, dessen Drehwinkellage mittels einer Regelungseinrichtung (19) regelbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehwinkellage des Antriebsmotors (10) in Abhängigkeit von der Geschwindigkeit der ankommenden Produkte so stell- oder regelbar ist, dass geschwindigkeitsabhängige Verzögerungen der dem Schaufelrad (1) zugeführten Produkte (18) mit entsprechender Vor- oder Nacheilung des Schaufelrades (1) entgegengewirkt wird.
- Schaufelradausleger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (10) für das Schaufelrad (1) zusätzlich das Transportband (5) antreibt.
- Schaufelradausleger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (10), eine Welle (2) des Schaufelrades (1) und ggf. eine Welle (9) des Transportbandes (5) jeweils ein Zahnrad (11, 12, 13) tragen, über die ein endloses formschlüssiges Zugmittel (14) läuft.
- Schaufelradausleger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugmittel ein Zahnriemen (14) oder eine Kette ist.
- Schaufelradausleger nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehwinkellage des Schaufelrades (1) zu den ankommenden Produkten (18) zusätzlich manuell einstellbar ist.
