Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mobile tamping machine, with several in the Ballast of the substructure submersible and can be provided via drives and vibrating tamping tools with at least one tamping pick each for tamping the thresholds in the zones near the rails.
Such a tamping machine is known for example from EP 0 455 179, in which the tamping pimples near the rails are located outside the space between the rails work, is arranged transversely to the rails to the outside, and For example, to be able to stuff turnout areas where tracks from Branch the regular track profile outwards. Since only in the near-rail Zones of the smoldering tampon are positioned, only these zones stuffed, the middle zone of the sleepers disadvantageously remains unprocessed, which creates voids and loosening of the thresholds in the middle area can.
The object of the invention, in contrast, is a mobile tamping machine type mentioned in such a way that the ballast in the area of Center zone of the sleepers is solidified when tamping.
This task is in the mobile tamping machine of the aforementioned Art solved according to the invention in that additional medium tamping ax parallel to the middle zone of the sleepers to plug the sleeper middle zones are provided.
The advantages of the invention are in particular that also in the middle range the threshold - following the tamping ax near the rail - additional middle ones Darning pimples are arranged that a predetermined to the rail-near darning pimples Have distance, and that together with the tamping picks close to the rails are aligned along one or two spaced parallel lines that perpendicular to the rails, i.e. parallel to the sleepers. According to the invention it is therefore possible to use gravel even in the middle area of the sleepers to stuff under the thresholds, which improves the overall hold of the Thresholds in the gravel result.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the middle tamping pick, which is the middle zone of the sleepers and the plugs compared to the tamping pimples near the rails with a reduced tamping pressure, the preferably between 30 to 70%, particularly preferably between 40 to 60% of the Tamping pressure of the tamping ax near the rail. This embodiment of the Invention has the particular advantage that on the one hand it supports the central zone, and solidified by the fact that, on the other hand, however, the middle zone of the threshold does not bend upwards due to excessive stuffing pressure and the thresholds thereby loosening again. The cavities between the gravel stones below the The center zone is compressed, the undesirable bulging of the threshold after According to the invention, however, is omitted above. According to another preferred Embodiment of the invention are the tamping tools each with two tamping pick provided, darning tools are mirror images of the respective one Threshold positioned on either side of the respective threshold so that the thresholds be supported symmetrically from two sides.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention are head-sided Darning pimples provided, the working tips of which are arranged parallel to the rails and which plug the sleeper heads in the direction of the sleeper longitudinal axis. According to the invention these head-end tamping axes work, their position is a small predetermined distance from the sleeper heads, with a Darning pressure that between 70 and 95%, preferably between 80 and 90% of the Tamping pressure of the tamping ax near the rail. This reduction in Darning pressure on the head sides of the sleepers and in the middle zone of the sleepers has the consequence that the sleepers are stuffed over their entire length and essentially lying flat in the ballast bed without local pressure increases bulge upwards. Advantageous developments of the invention are characterized by the features of the subclaims.
