Ein aus der Zeichnung ersichtliches Stopfaggregat 1 zum Unterstopfen

Das Stopfaggregat 1 ist aus zwei Außen-Stopfeinheiten 6 und
zwei Innen-Stopfeinheiten 7 aufgebaut, welche in Gleisquerrichtung nebeneinander
angeordnet sind. Jeweils eine Außen-Stopfeinheit 6 und eine
Innen-Stopfeinheit 7 sind einer Schiene 2 zur Herstellung eines Schwellenauflagers
zugeordnet, d.h. die Schiene 2 befindet sich zwischen den beiden
gerade erwähnten Stopfeinheiten 6 und 7. Jede Stopfeinheit 6,7 ist an einer
am Maschinenrahmen 5 angebrachten Querführung 8 durch einen eigenen
Antrieb 9 in Gleisquerrichtung verstellbar ausgebildet. Jede Stopfeinheit 6,7
besteht aus zwei Stopfwerkzeugen 10, welche durch Antriebe 11 zueinander
beistellbar ausgebildet sind, um die Schwelle 3 auf hinreichend bekannte
Weise zu unterstopfen. Jede Stopfeinheit 6,7 ist weiters mit einer vertikalen
Führungssäule 12 und einem Antrieb 13 verbunden und dadurch höhenverstellbar

Die Stopfwerkzeuge 10, die einer Außen-Stopfeinheit 6 zugeordnet sind,

in eine Arbeitsposition (strichpunktiert dargestellt) verstellbar ausgebildet.
Jedes Stopfwerkzeug 10 einer Innen-Stopfeinheit 7 weist zwei durch
Antriebe 18 unabhängig voneinander um eine annähernd in Gleislängsrichtung
verlaufende Achse 19 verschwenkbare Stopfpickel 20 auf. Dies ermöglicht
eine individuelle Anpassung des Stopfaggregates 1 bei etwaigen Gleishindernissen
zwischen den Schienen 2 des Gleises 4. Im Arbeitseinsatz können
nun durch einfaches Beaufschlagen der Antriebe 16 die Stopfpickel 15
einer oder gegebenenfalls beider Außen-Stopfeinheiten 6 in die Arbeitsposition
verschwenkt werden und somit ein größerer Bereich im Schwellenendbereich
unterstopft werden, oder anders formuliert, es wird ein größeres
Schwellenauflager hergestellt.The
