Claims (30)
- Ballast électronique pour faire fonctionner au moins une lampe à décharge, comportant
un circuit formant onduleur (D), qui fonctionne avec une tension d'alimentation redressée,

dans lequel le circuit de commande (IC2) commande la lampe à décharge (G1, G2) conformément à certains états de fonctionnement prédéterminés (I-VIII), contrôle au moins une valeur d'état déterminée du ballast électronique ou de la lampe à décharge (G1, G2) et est commuté automatiquement de l'état de fonctionnement instantané dans un nouvel état de fonctionnement, dans le cas où la grandeur d'état contrôlé satisfait au moins une condition déterminée, associée à l'état de fonctionnement instantané,

que le circuit de commande (IC) passe de l'état de préchauffage (III) à l'état d'amorçage (IV) dans le cas où la durée de préchauffage est terminée, dans le cas où l'achèvement de la durée de préchauffage a été établie et où aucune apparition d'une surtension de la lampe ni aucune apparition d'un fonctionnement capacitif du circuit de charge (E) n'ont été établis. - Ballast électronique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans un état de fonctionnement (V), le circuit de commande (IC2) commande le circuit (D) de l'onduleur après l'amorçage de la lampe à décharge dans un gaz (G1, G2) de telle sorte qu'un courant de fonctionnement est envoyé par le circuit onduleur (D) à la lampe à décharge (G1, G2).
