Claims (18)
- Hebeeinrichtung zum Anheben schwerer Lasten, z.B. entgleister Schienenfahrzeuge zum permanenten oder zeitweisen Einbau mit mindestens einem Zylinder, insbesondere Hydraulikzylinder zur Betätigung eines mechanischen Stempels,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Zylinder (2) und Stempel (3) voneinander getrennt sind und der Stempel (3) in einem Führungsrohr (4) untergebracht ist, wobei das Führungsrohr (4) mit dem Zylinder (2) lösbar verbunden ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Stempel (3) als Hohlstempel ausgebildet ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Stempel (3) an seiner Vorderseite einen Werkzeugeinsatz (6) aufweist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
an dem Führungsrohr (4) eine Aufnahme, insbesondere bei Bajonettaufnahme (5), zur Verbindung mit dem Fahrzeug vorgesehen ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Zylinder (2) und Stempel (3) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. - Hebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zur Erzielung einer gelenkigen Lagerung eine Kugelpfanne (7) und Kugelkalotte (8) im Bereich der Kontaktfläche von Stempel (3) zu Kolbenstange (9) des Zylinders (2) vorgesehen sind. - Hebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen Zylinder (2) und Stempel (3) mindestens ein Federelement (10) wirksam ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als Federelement (10) ein axiales Federelement vorgesehen ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 - 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Stempel (3) und Kolbenstange (9) mittels eines axial über die Innenseite des Stempels (3) einzubringenden Schraubbolzens (11) verbindbar sind. - Hebeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 - 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im Bereich der Verbindung von Kolbenstange (9) und Stempel (3) ein Haltering vorgesehen ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Haltering eine Überfallmutter (12) ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen Haltering und Zylinder (2) eine Dichtung (13) vorgesehen ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 - 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Haltering eine Schwenkbewegung des Stempels (3) einschließlich Führungsrohrs (4) gegenüber dem Zylinder (2) zuläßt. - Hebeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 10 - 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die jeweilige Außenseite des Zylinders (2) sowie Halterings im Bereich des Übergangs miteinander fluchten. - Hebeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Sicherungseinrichtung zur Lagefixierung von Zylinder (2) und/oder Stempel (3) vorgesehen ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als Sicherungseinrichtung mindestens ein Sicherungsstift (15, 22, 23) am Zylinder (2) und/oder Stempel (3) und/oder Haltering vorgesehen ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Hebeeinrichtung für einen Einbau im Außenwandbereich des Fahrzeugs vorgesehen ist. - Hebeeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Position der Verriegelung von Hebeeinrichtung und Fahrzeug im Bodenbereich des Fahrzeugs vorgesehen ist.
