Description

Claims (17)
- Drehpunktlager zur Befestigung an einem Längs- oder Querholm oder auf einer Stützfläche eines Bettrostes mit auf ortsfesten, horizontal ausgerichteten Lagerbolzen (2) angeordneten Aufnahmen (8) eines gummielastischen Federkörpers (7;17) und mit einem starren Tragelement (4) mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung für Lagerteile, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Lagerbolzen (2) an einem Fußteil (5) des Drehpunktlagers (1;11) und dort so um eine Mittelsenkrechte des Drehpunktlagers (1;11) angeordnet sind, dass mindestens zwei Lagerbolzen (2) winklig zueinander ausgerichtet sind und dass der Federkörper (7;17) ein- oder mehrteilig aus sich in einem Scheitelpunkt einander annähernden oder kreuzenden bogenförmigen Elementen (6;16) aus einem gummielastischem Material gefertigt ist, die in ihrem unteren Bereich mit Aufnahmen (3;13) für die Lagerbolzen (2) versehen sind.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerbolzen (2) tangential zu einem Kreis in einer horizontalen Ebene äquidistant um die Mittelsenkrechte des Drehpunktlagers (1;11) angeordnet sind und dass bei einer geraden Anzahl Lagerbolzen (2) jeweils zwei sich beabstandet gegenüberliegen und parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Paar Lagerbolzen (2) 90° zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmen (3;13) der Federkörper (7;17) auf den Lagerbolzen (2) verdrehbar ausgebildet sind.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmen (3;13) auf den Lagerbolzen (2) gegen Verdrehen gesichert sind.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmen (3;13) axiale Stege oder Nuten aufweisen und die Lagerbolzen (2) damit korrespondierende Nuten oder Stege, wobei die Nuten die gleiche Breite der Stege aufweisen oder breiter als die Stege ausgeführt sind.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fußteil (5) eine umgekehrt u-förmige Aufnahme (12) zur Befestigung auf einem Seiten- oder Querholm aufweist.
- Drehpunktlager nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zweier paralleler Lagerbolzen (2) größer ist als das Maß der Breite eines Seiten- oder Querholmes.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fußteil (5) einen Befestigungsflansch für eine ebene Stützfläche eines Bettrostes aufweist.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung im Tragelement (4) aus Öffnungen besteht, in denen Lager oder Endpunktlager von Federleisten oder Auflageteller (9) für Matratzen festlegbar sind.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei oder mehrere benachbarte Tragelemente (4) durch in benachbarten Befestigungsvorrichtungen festgelegten Verbindungsmitteln miteinander gekoppelt sind.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement (4) mindestens ein Breitenmaß aufweist, welches etwa dem Abstand eines Paares paralleler Lagerbolzen (2) entspricht.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement (4) und der Federkörper (7;17) bajonettverschlussartige oder miteinander verrastende Verbindungsmittel aufweisen.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterschiedliche Federkörper (7;17) unterschiedliche Shorehärten, Geometrien, Federraten und farbliche Gestaltungen aufweisen.
- Drehpunktlager nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Raum zwischen den von den Federkörpern (7;17) gebildeten Bögen und dem Fußteil (5) ein geschäumter gummielastischer Federkörper als zusätzliches Federelement eingesetzt ist.
- Drehpunktlager nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche Federelement rotationssymmetrisch ist.
- Drehpunktlager nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zusätzliche Federelement als geschäumte Voll- oder Hohlkugel ausgebildet ist.
