Description

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Farbkosmetik-Einheit mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Anspruchs 1. Solch eine Einheit ist aus der US-A-5 826 741 bekannt.
Weitere Mascara-Einheiten sind beispielsweise aus DE 197 44 181 A1, DE 42 16 525 A1 sowie DE 198 32 403 bekannt.
Die DE 44 16 448 beschreibt eine technische Lösung zur exakten Positionierung der Schraubkappe relativ zu dem Behälterhals.
Aus DE 195 08 836 ist es bekannt, eine Schraubkappe so auszugestalten, daß beim Zuschrauben nach Erreichen der Endposition ein spürbarer und hörbarer Klick-Effekt auftritt.
Bei einer Farbkosmetikeinheit der in Betracht stehenden Art kann es sich beispielsweise um ein Haarfärbemittel, um eine Nagellack-Einheit oder eine Mascara-Einheit handeln. Nachfolgend wird beispielhaft im wesentlichen von einer Mascara-Einheit gesprochen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Gebrauchs- und Handhabungseigenschaften einer solchen Farbkosmetikeinheit zu verbessern, insbesondere ein optimales Öffnen und Schließen zu erzielen, wobei gleichwohl eine kostengünstige spritz- und blastechnische Herstellbarkeit gewährleistet sein soll.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Kennzeichens des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Durch diese Ausgestaltung wird erreicht, daß die Benutzerin zum Öffnen und Schließen der Einheit nicht umgreifen muß, sondern die einmal erfaßte Schraubkappe durch eine einzige Drehung öffnen oder schließen kann, weil eine Öffnung bereits mit einer halben oder dreiviertel Umdrehung möglich ist. Weiterhin ermöglicht es ein derart steiles Gewinde, den Abstand zwischen dem unteren Rand der Schraubkappe und der Schulter des Behälters praktisch gegen Null zu bringen.
Um einen derartigen Behälter mit einem solchen steilen Gewinde formtechnisch herstellen zu können, ist vorgesehen, daß das Gewinde im Bereich der Mittellängsebene des Behälters entsprechend der Formtrennebene beiderseits Unterbrechungen aufweist. Das Gewinde wird also durch einen Gewindegang mit zwei sich um 180° gegenüberliegenden Unterbrechungen realisiert.
Günstigerweise ist dabei vorgesehen, daß auch - als solche an sich bekannte - Drehbegrenzungsanschläge im Bereich dieser Unterbrechungen angeordnet sind, was es ermöglicht, für diese Drehbegrenzungsanschläge eine optimale Formgebung vorzusehen, wobei die Herstellung trotzdem einfach ist.
Das Gewinde bzw. die Gewindeabschnitte sind vorzugsweise als asymmetrisches Trapezgewinde ausgebildet, wobei die zur Behälter-Öffnung hin orientierte Flanke des Gewindes flacher ist als die gegenüberliegende Flanke. Hierdurch wird ein hoher Schließdruck erzielt.
An der Innenseite des Behälterhalses kann eine Ringnut vorgesehen sein zur Aufnahme eines Ringwulstes, der an der Außenseite einer in den Behälterhals einsetzbaren Abstreifeinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
Erfindungsgemäß kann ein grob koextusionsgeblasener Behälter vorgesehen sein mit einer Innenschicht aus einem Materialgemisch von LDPE und HDPE, einer Mittelschicht aus EVOH und einer Außenschicht aus einem Materialgemisch von LDPE und HDPE. Durch diese Materialauswahl werden optimale Barriereeigenschaften erzielt.
Grundsätzlich kann für den Behälter auch PVC (Polyvinylchlorid), PET (Polyethylenterephthalat), Polypropylen, Polyamid und Polyethylen verwendet werden. Die Schraubkappe kann aus Poypropylen, POM (Polyoximethylen), ABS (Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol-Copolymere) oder Polyethylen bestehen. Für eine Übersteckkappe für die Schraubkappe kann das Material Polypropylen, Polyamid, ABS und SAN (Styrol-Acrylnitril-Copolymere) angesetzt werden.
Die Wanddicke des Behälters kann zwischen 0,3 und 5,0 mm liegen. Letztlich kann noch vorgesehen sein, daß der Innendurchmesser des Behälterhalses sich zum unteren Ende des Behälterhalses hin konusartig verjüngt, wobei die Abstreifeinrichtung in diesen Konus eingesetzt ist.
Bei einer anderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, daß der Behälter aus glasklarem Polyamid besteht. In diesem Zusammenhang können Wandstärken von 6 bis 25 mm verwendet werden, wobei durch derart hohe Wandstärken bei einem glasklaren Material eine ganz besondere optische Anmutung erzielt wird.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispieles in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

Eine in der Zeichnung dargestellte Mascara-Einheit 1 umfaßt einen Behälter aus Kunststoff 2, der einen über eine Ringschulter 3 abgesetzten Behälterhals 4 aufweist, sowie eine Schraubkappe 5 und eine auf die Schraubkappe aufgesteckte Übersteckkappe 6.
An die Schraubkappe 5 ist einstückig ein Applikatorstiel 7 mit einem Applikator in Form eines Bürstchens 8 angeformt.
Die Schraubkappe 5 umfaßt ein Innengewinde 9, welches mit einem Außengewinde 10 an der Außenseite des Behälterhalses 4 zusammenwirkt.
An der Unterseite der Schraubkappe 5 sind in an sich bekannter Weise Anschläge 11 vorgesehen, die mit Anschlägen 12 am unteren Ende des Halses 4 bzw. an der Ringschulter 3 zusammenwirken.
Der Innendurchmesser D1 des Halses 4 verjüngt sich, wie insbesondere in Fig. 6 erkennbar, zur Innenseite des Behälters 2 hin und bildet dementsprechend einen Konus 13 aus, in den eine Abstreifeinrichtung 14 aus einem gummiartig elastischen Material formschlüssig eingesetzt ist. Die Abstreifeinrichtung 14 umgreift mit ihrem oberen Rand 15 den oberen Rand des Halses 4 und wirkt in diesem Bereich dementsprechend nach Art eines Dichtringes. An der Innenseite des Behälterhalses ist eine Ringnut 16 vorgesehen, in die ein korrespondierender Ringwulst 17 an der Außenseite der Abstreifeinrichtung 14 zur Erzielung eines axial festen Sitzes eingreift. Abstreiffinger 18 der Abstreifeinrichtung 14 erstrecken sich von der Ringschulter 3 aus in Richtung auf das Innere des Behälters 2 zu.
Die Ausgestaltung des Außengewindes 10 am Hals 4 wird insbesondere aus Fig. 4 und 5 deutlich. Das Gewinde 10 umfaßt einen Gewindegang in Form eines asymmetrischen Trapezgewindes mit einer zur Öffnung 19 an dem Hals 4 hin flacher abfallenden Flanke 20 und einer gegenüberliegenden steileren Flanke 21.
Der eine Gewindegang des Gewindes 10 weist zwei einander gegenüberliegende Unterbrechungen 22 auf, von welchen die eine in Fig. 5 sichtbar ist. Die Unterbrechungen erstrecken sich jeweils beiderseits der Mittellängsebene 23 entsprechend der Formteilungs-Ebene. Die bereits erwähnten Anschläge 12 liegen, wie aus Fig. 5 erkennbar, unterhalb der Unterbrechungen 22 im Bereich dieser Unterbrechungen seitlich versetzt zur Mittellängsebene 23.

Claims (9)

  1. Farbkosmetik-Einheit, insbesondere Mascara-Einheit (1), umfassend einen Behälter (2) für die Farbkosmetik und eine auf ein Außengewinde (10) des Behälterhalses (4) aufschraubbare Schraubkappe (5), an welcher ein Stiel mit einem Applikator (7) befestigt ist, wobei das Gewinde (10) am Behälterhals (4) eine Steigung von größer als 2 mm, insbesondere ca. 3 mm, aufweist und das Gewinde (10) einen Gewindegang umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde (10) im Bereich der Mittellängsebene (23) des Behälters entsprechend der Formtrennebene beiderseits Unterbrechungen (22) aufweist.
  2. Farbkosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewinde (10) durch einen Gewindegang mit zwei sich um 180° gegenüberliegenden Unterbrechungen (22) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Farbkosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehbegrenzungsanschläge (11) für die Schraubkappe (5) im Bereich der Unterbrechungen (22) angeordnet sind.
  4. Farbkosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewinde (10) als asymmetrisches Trapezgewinde ausgebildet ist.
  5. Farbkosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Innenseite des Behälterhalses (4) eine Ringnut (16) vorgesehen ist zur Aufnahme eines Ringwulstes (17), der an der Außenseite einer in den Behälterhals (4) einsetzbaren Abstreifeinrichtung (14) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Farbkosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (2) als koextusionsgeblasener Behälter ausgebildet ist mit einer Innnenschicht aus einem Materialgemisch von LDPE und HDPE, einer Mittelschicht aus EVOH und einer Außenschicht aus einem Materialgemisch aus LDPE und HDPE.
  7. Farbkosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus PET oder glasklarem Polyamid besteht.
  8. Farbkosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandstärke zwischen 0,3 und 5 mm liegt.
  9. Farbkosmetik-Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälterwand aus einem glasklaren Material besteht und eine Wandstärke von 6 - 25 mm aufweist.
