Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackungseinheit von aus Folie gefertigten mehrlagigen, einseitig auf einem Träger befestigten, einen jeweils nahezu gleichen Umriß aufweisenden, übereinander angeordneten Kunststoffartikeln, insbesondere von übereinander angeordneten Schutzhandschuhen, wobei eine Zuführung einer Bahn (6) des Trägers und mehrerer Bahnen (7, 8, 9, 10) der Folie über Transporteinrichtungen und ein Verschweißen in mindestens zwei in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der Bahn (6) des Trägers hintereinander angeordneten Schweiß-stationen (16, 17) erfolgt, wobei die Position eines in einer ersten Schweißstation (16) gefertigten Kunststoffartikels in der nachfolgenden Schweißstation (17) über den Vorschub der als Vorschubwalzen (18, 19) ausgebildeten Transporteinrichtungen gesteuert wird, die über mit konstanter Schrittweite im Gleichtakt gesteuerte Servomotoren (20, 21) angetrieben sind, wobei über eine der Vorschubwalzen (18), die in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der Bahnen (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) vor der ersten Schweißstation (16) angeordnet ist, die Bahn (6) des Trägers und mindestens zwei der Bahnen (7, 8) der Folie geführt werden und über eine der Vorschubwalzen (19), die in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der Bahnen (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) hinter der zweiten Schweißstation (17) angeordnet ist, die Bahn (6) des Trägers mit der Verpakkungseinheit des aus Folie gefertigten, mehrlagig übereinanderliegenden, auf dem Träger befestigten Kunststoffartikels geführt wird, und wobei der Abstand (A) der Schweißstationen (16, 17) voneinander ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches einer jeweils äquidistanten Schrittweite der Servomotoren (20, 21) beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fertigung des aus Folie bestehenden mehrlagigen Kunststoffartikels und seine Befestigung auf dem Träger nach dem Wärmeimpuls-Schweißverfahren erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Regelung der Bandspannung der Bahn (6) des Trägers und/oder der Bahnen (7, 8, 9, 10) der Folie über mindestens ein System (22, 23) von federnd aufgehängten, teilweise in Bandschleifen eingelegten, jeweils vor der Schweißstation (16, 17) befindlichen Tänzerwalzen erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor Erreichen der in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der Bahn (6) des Trägers ersten Vorschubwalze (18) eine Glättung und Erhöhung der Flexibilität der Bahn (6) des Trägers erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannung der Bahn (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) des Trägers und/ oder der Folie mit Hilfe mindestens eines in einer Abwickelstation (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) befindlichen Bahnspannungsreglers (25) geregelt wird, der auf eine Spannachse (26) der jeweiligen Rolle (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) der Bahn (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) wirkt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Erreichen des Bahnendes einer in einer Abwickelstation (1) befindlichen Rolle (11) des Trägers und/oder an einer in einer Abwickelstation (2, 3, 4, 5) befindlichen Rolle (12, 13, 14, 15) der Folie eine Abschaltung erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens nach Verlassen einer Schweißstation (16, 17) Luft zwischen den Bahnen (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) des Trägers und der Folie durch Rillenrollen (28, 30) entfernt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position der Bahn (6) des Trägers in der ersten Schweißstation (16) über einen vor der ersten Schweißstation (16) angeordneten Sensor (32), insbesondere eine Photozelle, gesteuert wird, wobei der Sensor (32) auf der Bahn (6) des Trägers aufgebrachte Markierungen, insbesondere Farbmarken, erfaßt und entsprechend den Markierungen den Arbeitstakt des ersten Servomotors (20) bestimmt. - Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Verpackungseinheit von aus Folie gefertigten mehrlagigen, einseitig auf einem Träger befestigten, einen jeweils nahezu gleichen Umriß aufweisenden, übereinander angeordneten Kunststoffartikeln, insbesondere von übereinander angeordneten Schutzhandschuhen, mit Transporteinrichtungen für eine Bahn (6) des Trägers und mehrere Bahnen (7, 8, 9, 10) der Folie und mit mindestens zwei in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der Bahn (6) des Trägers hintereinander angeordneten Schweißstationen (16, 17), wobei die Transporteinrichtungen als Vorschubwalzen (18, 19) ausgeführt sind, die über mindestens zwei mit konstanter Schrittweite im Gleichtakt gesteuerte Servomotoren (20, 21) angetrieben sind, und wobei eine der Vorschubwalzen (18) in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der Bahnen (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) vor der ersten Schweißstation (16) und eine der Vorschubwalzen (19) in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der Bahnen (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) hinter der zweiten Schweißstation (17) angeordnet ist und der Abstand (A) der Schweißstationen (16, 17) voneinander ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches der Schrittweite der Servomotoren (20, 21) beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Schweißstationen (16, 17) nach dem Wärmeimpuls-Schweißverfahren arbeitende Schweißpressen mit einer im wesentlichen ebenen Arbeitsfläche eingesetzt werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Regelung der Bandspannung der Bahn (6) des Trägers und/ oder der Bahnen (7, 8, 9, 10) der Folie mindestens ein System (22, 23) von federnd aufgehängten, teilweise in Bandschleifen eingelegten, jeweils vor der Schweißstation befindlichen Tänzerwalzen vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Glättung und Erhöhung der Flexibilität der Bahn (6) des Trägers vor der in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der Bahn (6) des Trägers ersten Vorschubwalze (18) eine Trägerglättungseinrichtung (24), vorzugsweise eine Papierbrecheinrichtung, angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer in einer Abwickelstation (1) befindlichen Rolle (11) des Trägers und/oder an mindestens einer in einer Abwickelstation (2, 3, 4, 5) befindlichen Rolle (12, 13, 14, 15) der Folie mindestens ein Bahnspannungsregler (25) angeordnet ist, der auf eine Spannachse (26) der jeweiligen Rolle (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) der Bahn (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) wirkt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer in einer Abwickelstation (1) befindlichen Rolle (11) des Trägers und/oder an mindestens einer in einer Abwickelstation (2, 3, 4, 5) befindlichen Rolle (12, 13, 14, 15) der Folie mindestens eine mit einer Abschaltvorrichtung verbundene Einrichtung (27) zum Erkennen des Bahnendes angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
gekennzeichnet durch in Bewegungsrichtung (B) der Bahnen (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) jeweils hinter der Schweißstation angeordnete Rillenrollen (28, 29) zur Vermeidung der Ausbildung von Luftpolstern in dem aus Folie gefertigten mehrlagigen Kunststoffartikel. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15,
