Claims (16)

  1. Process for the production of a pack unit comprising multilayer plastic articles that are produced from film, fixed to a substrate on one side, have a virtually identical outline and are arranged one above the other, especially protective gloves arranged one above the other, a web (6) of substrate and a plurality of webs (7, 8, 9, 10) of the film being supplied via transport devices and being welded in at least two welding stations (16, 17) arranged one behind the other in the direction of movement (B) of the web (6) of substrate, the position of a plastic article produced in a first welding station (16) being controlled in the subsequent welding station (17) via the feed of the transport devices, constructed as feed rolls (18, 19) which are driven via servomotors (20, 21) controlled synchronously with a constant step size, the web (6) of the substrate and at least two of the webs (7, 8) of the film being guided over one of the feed rolls (18), which is arranged upstream of the first welding station (16) in the direction of movement (B) of the webs (6, 7, 8, 9, 10), and the web (6) of the substrate with the pack unit of the multilayer plastic article produced from film, lying one above the other and fixed to the substrate being guided over one of the feed rolls (19), which is arranged downstream of the second welding station (17) in the direction of movement (B) of the webs (6, 7, 8, 9, 10), and the distance (A) between the welding stations (16, 17) being an integer multiple of a respective equidistant step size of the servomotors (20, 21).
  2. Process according to Claim 1, characterized in that the production of the multilayer plastic article consisting of film and its fastening to the substrate are carried out by the heat-pulse welding method.
  3. Process according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the web tension of the web (6) of substrate and/or of the webs (7, 8, 9, 10) of the film is regulated by means of at least one system (22, 23) of dancer rolls which are spring-suspended, partly inserted into loops and in each case located upstream of the welding station (16, 17).
  4. Process according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that before reaching the first feed roll (18) in the direction of movement (B) of the web (6) of substrate, the web (6) of substrate is smoothed and its flexibility increased.
  5. Process according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the tension of the web (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) of substrate and/or of the film is regulated with the aid of at least one web tension regulator (25) which is located in an unwind station (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) and acts on a tensioning shaft (26) of the respective roll (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) of the web (6, 7, 8, 9, 10).
  6. Process according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that when the end of a web of a roll (11) of the substrate that is located in an unwind station (1) or a roll (12, 13, 14, 15) of the film that is located in an unwind station (2, 3, 4, 5) is reached the plant is shut down.
  7. Process according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that, at least after leaving a welding station (16, 17), air between the webs (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) of substrate and the film is removed by means of grooved rolls (28, 30).
  8. Process according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the position of the web (6) of substrate in the first welding station (16) is controlled via a sensor (32), especially a photocell, arranged upstream of the first welding station (16), the sensor (32) detecting marks, especially coloured marks, applied to the web (6) of substrate, and determining the operating cycle of the first servomotor (20) in accordance with the marks.
  9. Apparatus for the production of a pack unit comprising multilayer plastic articles that are produced from film, fixed to a substrate on one side, have a virtually identical outline and are arranged one above the other, especially protective gloves arranged one above the other, having transport devices for a web (6) of substrate and a plurality of webs (7, 8, 9, 10) of the film and having at least two welding stations (16, 17) arranged one behind the other in the direction of movement (B) of the web (6) of substrate, the transport devices being constructed as feed rolls (18, 19) which are driven via at least two servomotors (20, 21) controlled synchronously with a constant step size, and one of the feed rolls (18) being arranged upstream of the first welding station (16) in the direction of movement (B) of the webs (6, 7, 8, 9, 10), and one of the feed rolls (19) being arranged downstream of the second welding station (17) in the direction of movement (B) of the webs (6, 7, 8, 9, 10), and the distance (A) between the welding stations (16, 17) being an integer multiple of the step size of the servomotors (20, 21).
  10. Apparatus according to Claim 9, characterized in that the welding stations (16, 17) used are welding presses that operate on the heat-pulse welding method and have a substantially flat working surface.
  11. Apparatus according to Claim 9 or 10, characterized in that in order to regulate the web tension of the web (6) of substrate and/or of the webs (7, 8, 9, 10) of the film at least one system (22, 23) of spring-suspended dancer rolls is provided which are partly inserted into loops and in each case located upstream of the welding station.
  12. Apparatus according to one of Claims 9 to 11, characterized in that in order to smooth the web (6) of substrate and increase its flexibility a substrate smoothing device (24), preferably a paper breaker, is arranged upstream of the first feed roll (18) in the direction of movement (B) of the web (6) of substrate.
  13. Apparatus according to one of Claims 9 to 12, characterized in that at least one web tension regulator (25) is arranged on a roll (11) of the substrate in an unwind station (1) and/or on at least one roll (12, 13, 14, 15) of the film in an unwind station (2, 3, 4, 5) and acts on a tensioning shaft (26) of the respective roll (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) of the web (6, 7, 8, 9, 10).
  14. Apparatus according to one of Claims 9 to 13, characterized in that at least one device (27), connected to a shutdown device and for detecting the end of a web, is arranged on a roll (11) of substrate in an unwind station (1) and/or on at least one roll (12, 13, 14, 15) of the film in an unwind station (2, 3, 4, 5).
  15. Apparatus according to one of Claims 9 to 14, characterized by grooved rolls (28, 29) in each case arranged downstream of the welding station in the direction of movement (B) of the webs (6, 7, 8, 9, 10), in order to avoid the formation of air cushions in the multilayer plastic article produced from film.
  16. Apparatus according to one of Claims 9 to 15, characterized by a sensor (32), especially a photocell, which is arranged upstream of the first welding station (16) in the direction of movement (B) of the web (6) of substrate, and is connected to the first servomotor (20) in order to adjust the operating cycle, marks, especially coloured marks, that can be detected by the sensor (32) being applied to the web (6) of substrate at uniform intervals, which are an integer multiple of the respectively equidistant step size of the servomotors, and the distance (C) of the sensor (32) from the first welding station (16) being an integer multiple of the respectively equidistant step size of the servomotors (20, 21).
