Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'attribuer des signes distinctifs à des pièces se déplaçant dans le sens de la marche d'une ligne de rouleaux (1), qui comporte au moins un support de signes portant un signe et est disposé sur la périphérie d'une roue d'estampage (2). Ce dispositif comprend une roue d'estampage (2) excentrique montée rotative dans une unité d'estampage (8) dont la vitesse de rotation peut être accélérée à l'aide d'un mécanisme d'entraînement, en synchronisme avec la vitesse des pièces à marquer d'un signe distinctif. La force exercée par la roue d'estampage sur les pièces à marquer d'un signe distinctif peut être ajustée en continu et de manière constante. L'orientation horizontale, verticale et éventuellement inclinée de la position d'estampage de la roue d'estampage (2) peut être ajustée. Ce dispositif se caractérise en outre en ce qu'il comporte un appareil de mesure de distance (3) pour les pièces mobiles, pour assurer la commande d'un mécanisme d'entraînement horizontal (4) pour suivre l'unité d'estampage (9) qui porte la roue d'estampage (2).
