- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 7, dans lequel une unité de soudage destinée à relier de manière automatique et/ou partiellement automatique une extrémité de matériau plat ou en film (14) à un début de matériau d'un rouleau (12) nouvellement inséré peut être mue ou déplacée en commun ou en décalé avec le mandrin (16) vers l'extérieur en direction de l'extrémité libre (20) de celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le dispositif de capteur (36) comprend un capteur optique qui est couplé en technique de signal et/ou en régulation au moins au mécanisme d'entraînement par moteur pour le(s) chariot(s) (28) déplaçable(s) dans la direction d'extension longitudinale du mandrin (16).
- Installation d'emballage de récipients, comprenant un dispositif de maintien et de déroulement (10) pour du matériau plat et/ou en film (14) enroulé sur des rouleaux (12), un module d'enveloppement de film qui est disposé en aval dans la direction de transport du matériau plat et/ou en film (14) et destiné à envelopper des récipients du matériau plat et/ou en film (14), ainsi qu'un dispositif de rétraction qui est disposé dans la direction de transport de récipients en aval dudit module d'enveloppement de film et destiné à poser par rétraction le film ou bien le matériau plat sur les récipients, lequel dispositif de maintien et de déroulement (10) est conçu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
- Procédé de changement d'un rouleau (12) comprenant du matériau plat et/ou en film (14) enroulé sur celui-ci, à l'intérieur d'un dispositif de maintien et de déroulement (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, lequel rouleau (12) peut être enfilé par son noyau creux ou cylindrique creux sur un mandrin (16) rotatif supporté au moins sur un côté, audit mandrin (16) étant associé un dispositif de guidage axial (22) qui est réglable dans la direction d'extension longitudinale du mandrin (16) et qui guide axialement le rouleau (12) pendant une opération de déroulement, et dans lequel au moins un élément extérieur de butée ou bien d'appui (26) du dispositif de guidage axial (22), qui est associé à l'extrémité libre (20) du mandrin (16), est disposé à pivotement sur un chariot (28) réglable par moteur parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du mandrin (16), pour enfiler un nouveau rouleau (12) sur le mandrin (16) ou bien pour retirer un rouleau (12) usé, et est pivoté pour libérer le rouleau (12), caractérisé par le fait que- ledit dispositif de guidage axial (22) est formé par au moins deux éléments de butée ou bien d'appui (24, 26) qui sont disposés de part et d'autre du rouleau (12) comprenant du matériau plat et/ou en film (14) et entre lesquels tourne le rouleau (12), et que- lesdits au moins deux éléments de butée ou bien d'appui (24, 26) sont disposés chacun sur des chariots (28) ou sur un chariot (28) commun qui est/sont réglé(s) par moteur au-dessous du mandrin (16) parallèlement à son extension longitudinale, et qu'- un élément extérieur de butée ou bien d'appui (26) qui est associé à l'extrémité libre (20) du mandrin (16) est pivoté sur ledit chariot (28) pour enfiler un nouveau rouleau (12) sur le mandrin (16) ou bien pour retirer un rouleau (12) usé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le mandrin (16) est déplacé et/ou rallongé en direction de son extrémité libre (20) pour enfiler un nouveau rouleau (12) sur le mandrin (16) ou bien pour retirer un rouleau (12) usé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel une unité de soudage destinée à relier de manière automatique et/ou partiellement automatique une extrémité de matériau plat ou en film (14) à un début de matériau d'un rouleau (12) nouvellement inséré est mue ou déplacée en commun ou en décalé avec le mandrin (16) vers l'extérieur en direction de l'extrémité libre (20) de celui-ci.
