Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufsammeln von tierischen Kotausscheidungen mit einem ersten Element, welches eine Schaufel (1) bildet oder trägt oder mitgestaltet, wobei das besagte Element zumindest einen Stiel (71) oder ein Mittel zum Greifen für die Handhabung der Schaufel (1) und einen dafür bestimmten Rahmen (8) aufweist, einen Beutel (9) zu tragen, der besagte Rahmen vorzugsweise mit einem Stiel oder einem Mittel zum Greifen (4)ausgestattet oder verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (8) aus zwei Teilen (C1,C2) gebildet wird, die jeweils weitgehend die Form eines U-Stücks mit einem Kern (CA) aufweisen, die einen unteren Flügel (CI) und einen oberen Flügel (CS) trägt, die besagten Teile (C1,C2) derart drehbar miteinander verbunden sind, um sich um eine Drehachse (X) zwischen einer geöffneten Position, in der die Kerne (CA) der U-Stücke (C1,C2) voneinander getrennt sind, um eine Öffnung zwischen den Kernen (CA) und den Flügeln (CI,CS) der Teile (C1,C2) herzustellen, und einer geschlossenen Position, in der die Kerne (CA), die unteren Flügel (CI) und die oberen Flügel (CS) respektive aneinander angrenzen, drehen zu können.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-Stücke (C1,C2), die den Rahmen (8) bilden, dafür vorgesehen sind, dass in geschlossener Position ein U-Stück (C1) sich in dem zwischen den Flügeln (CI,CS) des anderen U-Stücks (C2) hergestellten Raum befindet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (8) mit einem Stiel oder einem Mittel zum Greifen (4), verbunden ist, wobei der besagte Stiel oder das Mittel zum Greifen (4) beweglich zum Rahmen (8) angeordnet ist, um sich in Bezug auf den Rahmen zwischen einer Anwendungsposition und einer eingezogenen Position bewegen zu können, in der sich der Stiel oder das Mittel zum Greifen nahe zum Rahmen (8) hin erstreckt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der zwei Teile (C1,C2) den Rahmen bildet, vorzugsweise jeder der Kerne der zwei Teile, Mittel (100.101) aufweist, die versichern, dass sich die Ränder des Beutels beim Drehen der U-Stücke (C1,C2) entlang dem Rahmen (8) erstrecken.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Rahmen (8) bildenden U-Stücke (C1,C2) vorgesehen sind, damit sich in geschlossener Position ein erstes U-Stück (C1) in dem zwischen den Flügeln (CI,CS) des zweiten U-Stücks (C2) hergestellten Raum befindet, und dass der Kern (CA) des zweiten Teils (C2) auf seiner Fläche, die zu derjenigen zum Kern (CA) des ersten Teils (C1) in geschlossener Position des Rahmens (8) gedrehten entgegengesetzt ist, Bestigungsmittel (100) für einen Beutel (9) aufweist, während der Kern (CA) des ersten Teils (C1) Bestigungsmittel (101) für den Beutel (9) trägt, die in Bezug auf den besagten Kern in Drehrichtung des zweiten Teils (C2) zum ersten Teil (C1) gedreht und gelegen sind, um den Rahmen (8) in geöffnete Position zu bringen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bestigungsmittel (100) des vom Kern (CA) des zweiten Teils (C2) getragenen Beutels zumindest aus zwei Befestigungsprofilen in Längsrichtung bestehen, die zueinander parallel und rechtwinklig zur Drehachse (X) der Teile (C1,C2) untereinander sind, während die Bestigungsmittel (101) des vom Kern (CA) des ersten Teils (C1) getragenen Beutels zumindest aus zwei Knöpfen oder Profilen bestehen, die in Bezug auf den besagten Kern in Drehrichtung des zweiten Teils (C2) zum ersten Teil (C1) gedreht und angeordnet, um den Rahmen in geöffnete Position zu bringen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaufel mit einem Mittel zum Anbringen eines Schutzfilms (75) auf zumindest einen Teil (72) der Schaufel (70) ausgestattet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaufel ein Mittel zum Tragen einer Filmspule (77) enthält, um zumindest einen Teil (72) der Schaufel abzudecken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (73) zum Tragen der Filmspule einen Sperrmechanismus oder eine Bremse aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung außerdem einen Beutel (9) als faltbaren Beutel zwischen einer gefalteten Position und einer geöffnete Position enthält, die eine Öffnung (O) herstellt, die weitgehend der Öffnung des Rahmens (8) in geöffneter Position entspricht, dass der Beutel eine erste Vorderseite (S1) aufweist, die weitgehend rechteckig ist, eine zweite weitgehend rechteckige {Vorderseite (S2), eine erste Längsseite (S3) und eine zweite Längsseite (S4), wobei die besagten Vorderseiten und Längsseiten (S1,S2,S3,S4) miteinander verbunden sind, um einen Beutel zu bilden, der einen geschlossenen Boden aufweist (F), die in sich eingezogenen Längsseiten (S3,S4) sich zwischen den Vorderseiten (S1,S2) in gefalteter Position des Beutels erstrecken und eine Öffnung (O), die in geöffneter Position des Beutels weitgehend der Öffnung des Rahmens in geöffneter Position entspricht, dass die erste Vorderseite (S1) zwei parallele Fenster (36B) oder geeignete Mittel zum Bilden zweier paralleler Fenster aufweist, wobei die besagten Fenster (36B) in den Profilen in Längsrichtung (100) des zweiten Teils (C2) entfernt voneinander angeordnet sind, in einer Entfernung, die weitgehend der Entfernung entspricht, die die Profile in Längsrichtung (100) voneinander trennt, und dass die zweite Vorderseite (S2) zwei Löcher oder Fenster (36A) oder Mittel zum Bilden von Löchern oder Fenstern aufweist, um in die Knöpfe oder Profile (101) des ersten Teils eingebracht zu werden, und die besagten Löcher oder Fenster (36A) oder geeigneten Mittel zum Bilden von Löchern oder Fenstern in einer Entfernung voneinander getrennt sind, die weitgehend der Entfernung entspricht, welche die Knöpfe oder Profile (101) voneinander trennt.
