Description
- les figures 1A-1B illustrent un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention;
- les figures 2A-2B illustrent un second mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention;
- les figures 3A-3B illustrent un troisième mode de réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention;
- la valve 12 est du type à enfoncement, tandis que la valve 12 du mode de réalisation précédent était à basculement. L'ouverture d'une telle valve nécessite une force d'appui dirigée sensiblement dans l'axe de la tige de valve 18, à l'encontre de la force de rappel élastique exercée par le ressort 28. Avec une telle force ainsi exercée, c'est l'intégralité de l'arête annulaire 27 qui cesse d'être en engagement étanche avec le joint 16 ;
- l'orifice de sortie 23 est constitué d'un orifice ménagé radialement à la base de la tige de valve 18. Dans la position fermée illustrée à la figure 2A, l'orifice 23 est en regard du joint d'étanchéité, améliorant ainsi l'étanchéité réalisée par la couronne d'étanchéité 27. Dans la position ouverte illustrée à la figure 2B, l'orifice 23 est décalé axialement par rapport au joint 16 de sorte que le produit passant sous la couronne d'étanchéité 27, entre dans la tige de valve 18 via l'orifice 23 ;
- la surface d'appui 32 est formée d'une portion de surface située à l'arrière de la surface de l'organe d'actionnement sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe X du récipient 2. Le bord inférieur de la face frontale 29 de l'organe d'actionnement 26 présente une portion 40, venant en butée contre la pièce de montage 5. Ainsi, en exerçant une pression sur la surface 32, de la manière illustrée par la flèche F de la figure 2B, on provoque un basculement du bouton poussoir autour d'un axe B sensiblement confondu avec la portion 40, et ce, jusqu'à ce que l'arrière du bouton poussoir 26 soit en butée contre la partie correspondante de la pièce de précédent, la valve fonctionne par enfoncement. Toutefois, selon ce mode de réalisation, la valve est du type femelle. A cet effet :
- en regard de la grille de diffusion 25, l'organe d'actionnement 26 présente un conduit 50 dont une extrémité libre est destinée à venir en butée contre l'organe de fermeture 21 de la tige de valve 18, à l'intérieur du corps de valve, pour, en réponse à une pression exercée selon l'axe Y, à l'opposé de la force de rappel exercée par le ressort 28, provoquer l'ouverture de la valve de manière similaire à l'ouverture de la valve du mode de réalisation précédent. Les caractéristiques dimensionnelles du conduit 50 sont similaires à celles de la portion 22 de la tige de valve 18 des modes de réalisation précédents. Le fonctionnement de ce mode de réalisation, notamment en termes de force d'appui à exercer pour l'ouverture, ainsi qu'en termes de mouvement du bouton poussoir 26 en réponse à cette force, est identique à celui du mode de réalisation précédent.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif (1) pour le conditionnement et la distribution sous pression d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, comprenant un récipient (2) d'axe longitudinal X, contenant le produit sous pression, et équipé d'une valve (12) du type comprenant un corps de valve (11), ladite valve étant montée fixement sur le récipient, et présentant un orifice d'entrée (20) pour le produit contenu dans le récipient et un orifice de sortie (23), lequel est en communication avec un orifice de distribution (31), un organe de fermeture (21) étant prévu pour, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement, provoquer la mise en communication sélective de l'intérieur du récipient via l'orifice d'entrée (20) et de l'orifice de sortie (23), pour la sortie du produit via au moins l'orifice de distribution (31), des moyens de rappel élastiques (28) étant prévus pour, en l'absence de commande d'actionnement, contraindre l'organe de fermeture (21) en position fermée, ledit corps de valve (11) étant situé à l'extérieur du récipient (2), ladite mise en communication de l'orifice d'entrée (20) et de l'orifice de sortie (23) étant provoquée par l'intermédiaire d'une pression exercée sur ledit organe de fermeture (21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la commande d'actionnement est exercée sur un organe d'actionnement (26) portant ledit (ou lesdits) orifice(s) de distribution (31).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de fermeture (21) présente une arête annulaire (27) qui, en position fermée de la valve (12) est contrainte en appui étanche contre un joint d'étanchéité (16), ladite arête (27) cessant, au moins partiellement, d'être en appui étanche contre le joint (16) en réponse à ladite pression exercée sur l'organe de fermeture (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que la valve (12) est du type à enfoncement, ladite pression s'exerçant sur l'organe de fermeture (21) sensiblement dans un axe longitudinal Y du corps de valve (11), à l'opposé d'une force de rappel exercée par les moyens de rappel élastiques (28).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 2 et 4 caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (26) est articulé par rapport au récipient (2) autour d'un axe B sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe X du récipient, ledit axe B étant situé au voisinage d'une extrémité de l'organe d'actionnement (26), opposée à un fond (34) dudit corps de valve (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que ladite valve (12) est du type à basculement, ladite pression s'exerçant sur l'organe de fermeture (21), transversalement à un axe Y du corps de valve.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 2 et 6 caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (26) est articulé sur une partie fixe du récipient, notamment le corps de valve (11), autour d'un axe A sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe X du récipient, ledit axe étant situé au voisinage d'un fond (34) du corps de valve (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que ladite valve (12) est du type mâle, et comporte une tige (18, 22) émergeant à l'extérieur du corps de valve (11), ladite tige (18, 22) présentant une extrémité libre (24) disposée de manière adjacente audit (ou auxdits) orifice(s) de distribution (31).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisée en ce que ladite valve (12) est du type femelle.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que le corps de valve (11) présente un axe longitudinal Y formant un angle compris entre 20° et 90°, et de préférence entre 20° et 70°, et de préférence encore entre 30° et 60°, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal X du récipient.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que ledit (ou lesdits) orifice(s) de distribution (31) est (sont) formé(s) notamment dans une buse, notamment à effet tourbillonnaire, une grille (25), un fritté, notamment d'un matériau thermoplastique ou céramique, ou une mousse à cellules ouvertes ou semi ouvertes.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un produit, notamment sous forme d'une mousse, d'un gel, ou d'un spray liquide.
