Claims (7)
- Randfeuerpatrone mit einer Patronenhülse (2) mit einem aufgesetzten Geschoß (12), einem im Inneren der Patronenhülse (2) angeordneten Treibladungspulver (11) und einem Anzündsatz (1) für das Treibladungspulver (11), wobei die Patronenhülse (2) an ihrem Boden (3) eine umlaufende radiale Ausbuchtung (10) aufweist, in der der Anzündsatz (1) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (3) der Patronenhülse zumindest in Teilbereichen nach innen eingedrückt ist und dadurch die Öffnung (13) der Ausbuchtung (10) zum Inneren der Patronenhülse (2) verkleinert ist.
- Randfeuerpatrone nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (3) im Umfang des inneren Durchmessers der Patronenhülse (2) in Axialrichtung nach innen gedrückt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Randfeuerpatrone mit einer Patronenhülse (2), deren Boden (3) in Axialrichtung gestaucht wird, so daß eine radiale Ausbuchtung (10) entsteht, in die ein Anzündsatz (1) eingebracht wird und anschließend in die Patronenhülse (2) ein Treibladungspulver (11) eingefüllt und ein Geschoß (12) aufgesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Einbringen des Anzündsatzes (1) der Boden (3) der Patronenhülse (2) zumindest in Teilbereichen nach innen eingedrückt wird, und dadurch die Öffnung (13) der Ausbuchtung (10) zum Inneren der Patronenhülse (2) verkleinert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (3) der Patronenhülse (2) im Umfang des inneren Durchmessers der Patronenhülse in Axialrichtung nach innen eingedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausbuchtung (10) nach dem Einbringen des Anzündsatzes (1) nachgepreßt und dadurch der Anzündsatz (1) verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausbuchtung (10) mit einem Werkzeug mit planen Druckflächen nachgepreßt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausbuchtung (10) mit einem scharfkantigen Werkzeug nachgepreßt wird, wobei nur der an die Patronenhülse (2) angrenzende Bereich der Ausbuchtung (10) eingedrückt wird.
