Claims (7)

  1. Cartouche à percussion annulaire comportant une douille (2) avec un projectile (12) placé sur celle-ci, une poudre de charge propulsive (11) disposée à l'intérieur de la douille (2) et une amorce (1) pour la poudre de charge propulsive (11), la douille (2) présentant au niveau de son fond (3) un renflement (10) annulaire radial à l'intérieur duquel est logée l'amorce (1), caractérisée en ce que le fond (3) de la douille, au moins dans des zones partielles, est déformé vers l'intérieur et qu'ainsi l'ouverture (13) du renflement (10) en direction de l'intérieur de la douille (2) est réduite.
  2. Cartouche à percussion annulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le fond (3) au niveau du diamètre intérieur de la douille (2) est déformé vers l'intérieur dans la direction axiale.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'une cartouche à percussion annulaire comportant une douille (2) dont le fond (3) est repoussé dans la direction axiale pour former un renflement (10) radial dans lequel est logée une amorce (1), puis une poudre de charge propulsive (11) est chargée dans la douille (2) et un projectile (12) est placé sur celle-ci, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'insertion de l'amorce (1), on déforme au moins localement le fond (3) de la douille (2) en direction de l'intérieur et ainsi on réduit l'ouverture (13) du renflement (10) vers l'intérieur de la douille (2).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le fond (3) de la douille (2), au niveau du diamètre intérieur de la, douille est déformé en direction de l'intérieur dans la direction axiale.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on écrase le renflement (10) après mise en place de l'amorce (1) et que l'on comprime ainsi l'amorce (1).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on écrase le renflement (10) à l'aide d'un outil doté de surfaces planes.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on écrase le renflement (10) à l'aide d'un outil pourvu d'arêtes vives, seule la zone du renflement (10) voisine de la douille (2) étant écrasée
