Claims (10)
- Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfer mit einem Reflektor (10), an dem ein Lampenhalter (50) zum Anbringen einer Entladungslampe (20) befestigt ist, und einem Hochspannungsverbinder (60), der auf der in dem Lampenhalter angebrachten Lampe (20) aufgesetzt zu werden vermag, um die Stromversorgung der Lampe sicherzustellen, wobei- der Reflektor eine elektrisch leitende Schicht (10; 12) besitzt,- der Lampenhalter (50; 50') ein Metallteil besitzt, das auf dem Reflektor so befestigt ist, dass es mit der Schicht elektrisch in Kontakt ist,- der Verbinder eine Metallabschirmhülle besitzt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- das Lampenhalterteil und/oder der Verbinder eine Vielzahl elastisch verformbarer, leitfähiger Zungen (51) besitzt, die bei der Montage des Verbinders die elektrische Verbindung zwischen dem Teil des Lampenhalters (50) und dem Verbinder (60) sicherzustellen vermögen, wobei die elastischen Zungen (51) eine Ruhestellung haben, derart, dass beim Anbringen des Verbinders (60) dessen Hülle die Zungen solchermaßen nach außen drückt, dass die elastische Rückstellkraft die Enden der Zungen (51) vorspannt.
- Scheinwerfer nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die leitfähigen Zungen (51) vom Lampenhalter (50, 50') aus nach hinten erstrecken und sich längs der Hülle des Verbinders (60) und in Kontakt mit dieser zu erstrecken vermögen. - Scheinwerfer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Zungen (51) dem Lampenhalter (50, 50') zugehörig sind. - Scheinwerfer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Zungen (51) in einem Stück mit dem Teil des Lampenhalters (50; 50') ausgeführt sind. - Scheinwerfer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Zungen (51) im Bereich ihres freien Endes (511) ein Profil besitzen, das in Richtung des Verbinders bzw. des Lampenhalters einen vorspringenden Bereich bildet. - Scheinwerfer nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profil ein V-förmiges Profil ist. - Scheinwerfer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die elastischen Zungen (51) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Montagerichtung des Verbinders (60) erstrecken. - Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die elastischen Zungen (51) im Wesentlichen radial nach innen erstrecken, ausgehend von einem Ring (50'), der dem Lampenhalter zugehörig ist und in den der Hochspannungsverbinder (60) einführbar ist. - Scheinwerfer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die leitende Schicht (12) des Reflektors auf einer Rückseite des Reflektors und, in elektrischer Verbindung, auf einer für die Montage des Rings (50') bestimmten Oberfläche des Reflektors aufgebracht ist. - Scheinwerfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die leitende Schicht des Reflektors von dem aus Metallblech ausgeführten Reflektor (10) selbst gebildet ist.
