Claims (12)
- Klemmvorrichtung für den Anschluß elektrischer Leiter mita) einem Klemmkörper, der aus einem Blechstreifen in eine U-Form gebogen ist,b) einem im Klemmkörper mittels einer Pendellagerung gelagerten Klemmbügel, der mittels einer Klemmschraube in Richtung eines Leitereinführungskanales verlagerbar ist und zum Festklemmen des eingeschobenen Leiters an der Klemmkörperinnenkante und/oder einer Stromschiene ausgelegt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßc) der Klemmbügel (30) eine Haltenase (28) aufweist, die beim Kraftschluß zwischen Klemmbügel (30) und eingeschobenem Leiter (4) im wesentlichen die zwischen Klemmbügel (30) und Leiter (28) auftretenden Kräfte aufnimmt, derart, daß die Pendellagerung (32, 132) zwischen Klemmbügel und Klemmkörper von Kräften parallel zur Klemmschraubenrichtung entlastet ist. - Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pendellagerung als Zapfen (32) oder als Abrollkontur (132) des Klemmbügels (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (32) als Ausprägung in dem aus einem Blechstreifen gefertigten Klemmbügel (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmkörper (10) als einstückiges Stanz-/Biegeteil ausgebildet ist.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmkörper (10) an seiner Außenkante zur Einschubseite für den Leiter (4) hin abschnittsweise durch aufeinander gebogene, vorkragende Lappen (16a, 16b) verschlossen ist.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der an den Schenkel (10b) angeformte Lappen (16b) mit Zungen (18a, b) auf der Außenkante des dem Schenkel (10b) gegenüberliegenden Schenkels (10a) aufliegt und daß der zweite Lappen (16a) des Schenkels (10a) außen auf dem Lappen (16b) aufliegt.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Lappen (16b) den Auflagebereich für eine Nase (28) des Klemmbügels (30) bildet.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmbügel (30) mit einer als Zapfen (32) ausgebildeten Ausprägung versehen ist, welche den Klemmbügel (30) im Klemmkörper (10) sichert.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (32) in eine seitliche Ausnehmung (33) des Schenkels (10b) eingreift, die seitlich von dem umgebogenen Lappen (16b) und von einem Vorsprung (34b) am Lappen (10b) begrenzt wird.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nase (28) des Klemmbügels (30) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß sie sich beim Kraftschluß mit dem Leiter (4) an den unteren Lappen (16b) legt, wobei der Zapfen (32) in der Ausnehmung (33) von vertikalen Kräften entlastet wird.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (32) einen runden, quadratischen oder halbrunden Querschnitt aufweist.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abwälzkontur (132) an die von der Schrauben-Angriffsfläche abgewandt liegende Außenkontur eines senkrecht zur Schraubenachse liegenden Schenkels (30a) des Klemmbügels (30) angeformt ist und auf einem Querschenkel (10d) des Klemmkörpers (10) aufliegt.
