Claims (5)
- Originalitätsverschluss (1) für einen Transportbehälter (11), insbesondere einen Transportcontainer für Fruchtzubereitungen, Grundstoffe für die Getränkezubereitung oder dergl., mit einem Deckel (2) zum Verschluss einer Öffnung (22) des Transportbehälters (11),
wobei der Deckel (2) ein Schaubgewinde (5) zum Anschrauben auf einen Öffnungsstutzen (13) des Transportbehälters (11) umfasst,
und wobei der Deckel (2) mit mehreren über seinen Umfang verteilten Laschen (9) versehen ist, die jeweils ein Durchgangsloch (10) haben zum Anbringen eines Plombensicherungselementes (21),
und wobei bei durch den Deckel (2) verschlossener Öffnung (22) des Transportbehälters (11), ein Plombensicherungselement (21) nicht ohne Beschädigung lösbar an einer der Laschen (9) und an einer Halterungsstelle (19) am Transportbehälter (11) angebracht ist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Halterungsstelle (19) an einem Stellarm (18) am Öffnungsstutzen (13), insbesondere einem Hebel (18) zur Einstellung des freien Innenquerschnitts des Öffnungsstutzens (13), angeordnet ist, und die Laschen (9) so an dem Deckel (2) angebracht sind, dass sich eine der Laschen bei durch den Deckel (2) verschlossener Öffnung (22) des Transportbehälters (11) in möglichst geringem Abstand zu der Halterungsstelle (19) befindet, indem zwischen vier um jeweils 90° versetzten Laschen (9) jeweils eine weitere Lasche vorgesehen ist. - Originalitätsverschluss nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Plombensicherungselement (21) einen schleifenförmigen Bereich aufweist und der schleifenförmige Bereich durch das Durchgangsloch (10) der Lasche (9) geführt und um den Stellarm (18) gelegt ist. - Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Deckel (2) und/oder das Plombensicherungselement (21) mit Kennzeichen zur Identifikation versehen sind. - Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Laschen (9) an dem zu dem Transportbehälter (11) hinweisenden Ende der Seitenwand (4) des Deckels (2) angebracht sind. - Originalitätsverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Laschen (9) an der Seitenwand (4) des Deckels (29) angebracht sind.
