Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur chemischen Vorbehandlung - vor einer organischen Beschichtung - einer Verbundmetallkonstruktion, die mindestens ein Teil aus Aluminium bzw. einer Aluminiumlegierung zusammen mit mindestens einem Teil aus Stahl, galvanisch beschichtetem Stahl bzw. galvanisch legierungsbeschichtetem Stahl enthält, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfasst:(I) in einem ersten Schritt die Behandlung der Verbundmetallkonstruktion mit einer Zinkphosphatierungslösung, die auf Stahl und auf galvanisch beschichtetem und galvanisch legierungsbeschichtetem Stahl die Bildung einer oberflächendeckenden kristallinen Zinkphosphatschicht mit einem Beschichtungsgewicht im Bereich von 0,5 bis 5 g/m2 bewirkt, jedoch keine Zinkphosphatschicht auf den Aluminiumteilen erzeugt;und anschließend - mit oder ohne dazwischenliegenden Wasserspülgang -(II) in einem zweiten Schritt die Inkontaktbringung der Verbundmetallkonstruktion mit einer Behandlungslösung, die auf Stahl, galvanisch beschichtetem und/oder galvanisch legierungsbeschichtetem Stahl nicht mehr als 60% der kristallinen Zinkphosphatschicht löst, jedoch eine Umwandlungsschicht auf den Aluminiumteilen bildet, wobei die Behandlungslösung einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 3,5 bis 5,5 aufweist und 0,3 bis 1,5 g/l Hexafluorotitanationen, Hexafluorozirkonationen oder beide umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei: in Schritt (I) die Zinkphosphatierungslösung einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 2,5 bis 3,6 und eine Temperatur im Bereich von 20 bis 65°C aufweist und eine Menge freien Fluorids, gemessen in g/l, enthält, die nicht größer als der Quotient aus der Zahl 8 geteilt durch die Lösungstemperatur in °C ist; und in Schritt (II) die Behandlungslösung nicht mehr als 25% der in Schritt (I) abgeschiedenen kristallinen Zinkphosphatschicht löst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei: die in Schritt (I) verwendete Zinkphosphatierungslösung:- 0,3 bis 3 g/l Zn(II),- 5 bis 40 g/l Phosphationen, und- mindestens eine der folgenden Mengen nachstehend genannter Beschleuniger umfasst:in Schritt (II) die Behandlungslösung nicht mehr als 10% der in Schritt (I) abgeschiedenen kristallinen Zinkphosphatschicht löst.- 0,3 bis 4 g/l Chlorationen,- 0,01 bis 0,2 g/l Nitritionen,- 0,05 bis 2 g/l m-Nitrobenzolsulfat-Ionen,- 0,05 bis 2 g/l m-Nitrobenzoat-Ionen,- 0,05 bis 2 g/l p-Nitrophenol,- 0,001 bis 0,15 g/l Wasserstoffperoxid in freier oder gebundener Form,- 0,1 bis 10 g/l Hydroxylamin in freier oder gebundener Form, und- 0,1 bis 10 g/l eines reduzierenden Zuckers; und
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei die in Schritt (I) verwendete Zinkphosphatierungslösung zusätzlich eine oder mehrere der folgenden Kationen-Mengen umfasst:- 0,001 bis 4 g/l Mangan(II),- 0,001 bis 4 g/l Nickel(II),- 0,002 bis 0,2 g/l Kupfer(II),- 0,2 bis 2,5 g/l Magnesium(II),- 0,2 bis 2,5 g/l Kalzium(II),- 0,01 bis 0,5 g/l Eisen(II),- 0,2 bis 1,5 g/l Lithium(I), und- 0,02 bis 0,8 g/l Wolfram(VI).
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die in Schritt (II) verwendete Behandlungslösung zusätzlich 0,01 bis 0,1 g/l Kupferionen umfasst.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die in Schritt (II) verwendete Behandlungslösung einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 3,5 bis 5,5 aufweist und 10 bis 500 mg/l organischer Polymere enthält, die aus Poly-4-vinylphenol-Molekülen ausgewählt werden, die der unmittelbar folgenden allgemeinen Formel (I) entsprechen:
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die in Schritt (II) verwendete Behandlungslösung einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 3,5 bis 5,5 aufweist und 10 bis 5000 mg/l organischer Polymere enthält, die aus den Substanzen (α) und (β) ausgewählt werden, wobei:(α) aus Polymermolekülen besteht, von denen jedes mindestens eine Einheit aufweist, die der unmittelbar folgenden allgemeinen Formel (II) entspricht:- R2 bis R4 jeweils unabhängig voneinander und auch unabhängig unter den Molekülen der Komponente sowie unter den Einheiten eines dieser Formel entsprechenden Polymermoleküls (sofern ein einzelnes Polymermolekül mehr als eine derartige Einheit enthält) aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die aus einem Wasserstoffanteil, einem Alkylanteil mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen und einem Arylanteil mit 6 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen besteht;- Y1 bis Y4 jeweils unabhängig voneinander und auch unabhängig unter den Molekülen der Komponente sowie unter den Einheiten eines dieser Formel entsprechenden Polymermoleküls (sofern ein einzelnes Polymermolekül mehr als eine derartige Einheit enthält) - ausgenommen in den nachfolgend genannten Fällen - aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die aus einem Wasserstoffanteil; einem -CH2Cl-Anteil; einem Alkylanteil mit 1 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen; einem Arylanteil mit 6 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen; einem Anteil, der der allgemeinen Formel -CR12R13OR14 entspricht (wobei R12 bis R14 jeweils aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die aus einem Wasserstoffanteil, einem Alkylanteil, einem Arylanteil, einem Hydroxyalkyl-Anteil, einem Aminoalkyl-Anteil, einem Mercaptoalkyl-Anteil und einem Phosphoalkyl-Anteil besteht); und einem Anteil Z besteht, der einer der zwei unmittelbar folgenden allgemeinen Formeln entspricht:
wobei mindestens eine der Komponenten Y1 bis Y4 in mindestens einer Einheit jedes ausgewählten Polymermoleküls ein Anteil Z gemäß vorstehender Definition ist; und- W1 unabhängig unter den Molekülen der Komponente sowie unter den Einheiten eines dieser Formel entsprechenden Polymermoleküls (sofern ein einzelnes Polymermolekül mehr als eine derartige Einheit enthält) aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die aus einem Wasserstoffanteil; einem Acylanteil; einem Acetyl-Anteil; einem Benzoyl-Anteil; einem 3-Allyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-Anteil; einem 3-Benzyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-Anteil; einem 3-Butoxy-2-hydroxypropyl-Anteil; einem 3-Alkyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-Anteil; einem 2-Hydroxyoctyl-Anteil; einem 2-Hydroxyalkyl-Anteil; einem 2-Hydroxy-2-phenylethyl-Anteil; einem 2-Hydroxy-2-alkylphenylethyl-Anteil; einem Anteil Benzyl, Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl, unsubstitutierten Alkyls, unsubstituierten Allyls, unsubstituierten Alkylbenzyls, Halo- oder Polyhaloalkyl oder Halo- oder Polyhaloalkenyl; einem von einem Kondensationspolymerisationsprodukt von Ethylenoxid, Propylenoxid oder einer Mischung davon durch Eliminierung eines ihrer Wasserstoffatome gewonnenen Anteil; und einem Anteil Natrium, Kalium, Lithium, Ammoniak oder substituierten Ammoniaks oder Phosphonium oder substituierten Phosphoniums in Kationenform besteht; und(β) aus Polymermolekülen besteht, von denen jedes keine Einheit entsprechend der vorstehenden allgemeinen Formel (II), jedoch mindestens eine Einheit enthält, die der unmittelbar folgenden allgemeinen Formel (III) entspricht:wobei der Begriff "Polymermolekül" in den vorstehenden Definitionen der Substanzen (α) und (β) jedes elektrisch neutrale Molekül mit einem Molekulargewicht von mindestens 300 Dalton umfasst.- R10 und R11 jeweils unabhängig voneinander und auch unabhängig unter den Molekülen der Komponente sowie unter den Einheiten eines dieser Formel entsprechenden Polymermoleküls (sofern ein einzelnes Polymermolekül mehr als eine derartige Einheit enthält) aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die aus einem Wasserstoffanteil, einem Alkylanteil mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen und einem Arylanteil mit 6 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen besteht;- Y4 bis Y6 jeweils unabhängig voneinander und auch unabhängig unter den Molekülen der Komponente sowie unter den Einheiten eines dieser Formel entsprechenden Polymermoleküls (sofern ein einzelnes Polymermolekül mehr als eine derartige Einheit enthält) - ausgenommen in den nachfolgend genannten Fällen - aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die aus einem Wasserstoffanteil; einem -CH2Cl-Anteil; einem Alkylanteil mit 1 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen; einem Arylanteil mit 6 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen; einem Anteil, der der allgemeinen Formel -CR12R13OR14 entspricht (wobei R12 bis R14 jeweils aus der Gruppe ausgewählt werden, die aus einem Wasserstoffanteil, einem Alkylanteil, einem Arylanteil, einem Hydroxyalkyl-Anteil, einem Aminoalkyl-Anteil, einem Mercaptoalkyl-Anteil und einem Phosphoalkyl-Anteil besteht); und einem Anteil Z gemäß der vorstehend für Substanz (α) getroffenen Definition besteht, wobei mindestens eine der Komponenten Y1 bis Y4 in mindestens einer Einheit jedes ausgewählten Polymermoleküls ein Anteil Z gemäß vorstehender Definition ist; und- W2 unabhängig unter den Molekülen der Komponente sowie unter den Einheiten eines dieser Formel entsprechenden Polymermoleküls (sofern ein einzelnes Polymermolekül mehr als eine derartige Einheit enthält) aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die aus einem Wasserstoffanteil; einem Acylanteil; einem Acetyl-Anteil; einem Benzoyl-Anteil; einem 3-Allyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-Anteil; einem 3-Benzyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-Anteil; einem 3-Butoxy-2-hydroxypropyl-Anteil; einem 3-Alkyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl-Anteil; einem 2-Hydroxyoctyl-Anteil; einem 2-Hydroxyalkyl-Anteil; einem 2-Hydroxy-2-phenylethyl-Anteil; einem 2-Hydroxy-2-alkylphenylethyl-Anteil; einem Anteil Benzyl, Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl, unsubstitutierten Alkyls, unsubstituierten Allyls, unsubstituierten Alkylbenzyls, Halo- oder Polyhaloalkyl oder Halo- oder Polyhaloalkenyl; einem von einem Kondensationspolymerisationsprodukt von Ethylenoxid, Propylenoxid oder einer Mischung davon durch Eliminierung eines ihrer Wasserstoffatome gewonnenen Anteil; und einem Anteil Natrium, Kalium, Lithium, Ammoniak oder substituierten Ammoniaks oder Phosphonium oder substituierten Phosphoniums in Kationenform besteht; - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei zahlenmäßig mindestens 20% der Z-Anteile in Substanz (α) und Substanz (β) der in Schritt (II) des Verfahrens verwendeten Behandlungslösung Polyhydroxyl-Z-Anteile sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die in Schritt (II) des Verfahrens verwendete Behandlungslösung als Substanz (α) ein Kondensationsreaktionsprodukt von (i) Polyvinylphenol mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht im Bereich von 1000 bis 10.000, (ii) Formaldehyd oder Paraformaldehyd und (iii) mindestens ein sekundäres organisches Amin umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei das sekundäre organische Amin aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Methylethanolamin, N-Methylglucamin und Gemischen davon ausgewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Behandlungslösung einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 3,5 bis 4,8 aufweist, 100 bis 5000 mg/l des Kondensationsreaktionsprodukts enthält und zusätzlich:- 10 bis 2000 mg/l Phosphationen; und- 10 bis 1000 mg/l Manganionenumfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die in Schritt (II) verwendete Behandlungslösung einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 3,5 bis 5,5 aufweist und 250 bis 1500 mg/l organischer Polymere umfasst, die aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Homo- und Kopolymeren von Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure und Acryl- und Methacrylsäureestern ausgewählt werden.
