Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for transferring a running material web, in particular a paper web, in a target area, in particular on a target roller, in which by means of at least two in one for Material web about parallel plane movable relative to the material web Cutting elements in the running material web approximately parallel to the running direction the transfer strip running along the material web is cut.
- the invention also relates to a device for transferring a running material web, in particular a paper web, with at least two in a plane approximately parallel to the material web relative to the material web movable cutting elements for cutting approximately parallel to Direction of the material web extending transfer strip.
- Such methods and devices are used, for example, in papermaking in addition, when starting up a paper machine or after to bring the new web start of a target roller to a tear of the paper web, e.g. formed as a web guide roller deflecting the paper web or on which the paper web is to be wound.
- WO 98/33974 describes a method and an apparatus for Forming an entry strip in a paper machine. From this publication it is known to start with one of two cutters to cut a narrow edge strip in the web and then the Cutting device together with another cutting device in To move towards the center of the web. Here, the web is by means of second cutting device cut from the edge of the web. The one there resulting free edge strips are fed into the pulper during the Entry strips to a conveyor running along the side of the web is blown. WO 98/33974 does not show how the beginning of the lead strip is formed.
- the invention Because of the at least approximately the same width position of the Cutting elements enables the invention to be achieved by means of the cutting elements generated cuts either at one point or over a certain one Length coincide or at least approximate each other in this way leave the beginning of the transfer strip from the Cut out the running material web so that a free strip start is generated, which are easily supplied to the target area can.
- Another significant advantage of the invention is that it is the same Width position can basically be chosen arbitrarily, so that the beginning of the strip at any point along the width of the material web can be cut out. According to the invention thus not on a conveyor running next to the material web such as. set a cable.
- the conveyor for the Transfer strips can also be in the middle of the material web, for example to be ordered.
- the invention allows optimal coordination of both the position also the width of the transfer strip to the specific design of the Conveyor as well as on the level in which the conveyor is arranged, it being particularly advantageous that this coordination is reproducible is. Furthermore, the invention allows cutting of the transfer strip in the material web, i.e. it is no need to cut the web from one of the web edges. The emergence of a free edge strip that compares with big effort in a defined manner and e.g. in the pulper must be blown can be avoided according to the invention.
- the Cutting member or the cutting members are moved such that from cross the cuts produced by the cutting elements.
- the cutting members are moved such that the cutting members generated cuts at the beginning of the strip, especially at the tip of the strip, are passed so close to each other that a predetermined tear point is created.
- This will automatically generate a free start of Transfer strip allows, for example, without crossing or cuts to cut from a single cut of the beginning of the strip must be carried out.
- the object on which the invention is based is also achieved by the features of the independent device claim and in particular in that at least one of the cutting members for Cutting a particularly tip-shaped beginning of the transfer strip from an at least approximately the same, at least one another approximate cuts effecting the width position of the cutting members is movable out towards one of the web edges.
- FIG. 1 a shows a material web 10 guided over a roller 18, which in FIG Web running direction L is a further roller 19 downstream.
- the material web 10 runs between the rollers 18, 19 through e.g. in the machine cellar or in the pulper of the paper machine, of which the rollers 18, 19 are assigned.
- the roller 19 is said to be a new one The beginning of the web of the running material web 10 are fed.
- the roller 19 can thus be referred to as a target roller. The following will in this regard generally from a target area for the new start of the path spoken.
- one Cutting device For cutting a transfer strip in the material web 10 is one Cutting device provided, which comprises two cutting members 20, 21, which are only schematically indicated by circles in FIGS. 1a-1c.
- the cutting members 20, 21 are preferably each one Nozzle for ejecting a water jet, the water jet in a obliquely to a direction normal to the material web can be expelled. Such an inclination of the nozzles can ensure that neither the strip itself nor the new start of the path is affected by the water.
- liquid other cutting devices can also be provided be, for example rotating, preferably toothed circular knives, fixed Knives, needles or lasers.
- the cutting members 20, 21 are movable and independent of each other operable, the movement of the cutting members relative to the material web 10 in a transverse direction perpendicular to the running direction L. he follows.
- the cutting members 20, 21 can be on a common carrier be arranged, which extends over the material web 10. It However, a separate carrier can also be provided for each cutting element 20, 21 become.
- the cutting members 20, 21 are in The web running direction L is offset to the transverse direction to be able to move past each other.
- the cutting elements 20, 21 double-cut material web 10 between the rollers 18, 19 passed through, i.e. the leading strip 36 and the two edge strips 38, 39 are automatically shared e.g. in the machine cellar or driven into the pulper without special measures must be taken.
- the cutting members 20, 21 can be used to cut the leading strip 36 are attached to the material web 10 in such a way that they each start are moved towards one another from one of the web edges 12, 13, until they are at the desired transverse distance at the desired one Width position are reached, so that the material web 10 of both Web edges 12, 13 is cut here.
- the material web 10 can even only with one of the cutting members 20, 21 or starting from the same Cut edge 12 or 13 with both cutting elements 20, 21 become.
- only one of the cutting members 20, 21 could be in the area the material web 10 is attached and with the other cutting member 21, 20 the material web 10 starting from one of the web edges 12, 13 be incised.
- the cutting members 20, 21 arranged offset in the web running direction L. after reaching a certain length of the leader 36 moved past each other perpendicular to the web running direction L, so that intersect the cuts produced by the cutting members 20, 21 and the two cutting members 20, 21 thus swap their latitude position.
- the cutting members 20, 21 are thus in a common width position driven and from this same latitude position in each direction the web edges 12, 13 moves. This way, they will cross each other Cuts 43, 41 and 42, 40 generated. In doing so, they form the common starting point A where the cuts intersect, subsequent cuts 40, 41 a tip-shaped beginning 32 of the cutting transfer strip 30, the course to be generated in Fig. 1b and Fig. 1c is indicated by dashed lines. This way, a free beginning 32 of the transfer strip 30 is generated, the common Starting point A of the cuts 40, 41 the position of the web running direction L front tip of the transfer strip 30 determined.
- a major advantage of the invention is that Cross over the sections 43, 41 and 42, 40, respectively Cut the end of leader strip 36 from the web 10 cut out and completely from the transfer strip 30 is separated. The invention thus ensures automatic separation of the remaining ribbons.
- the free beginning of the strip 32 is shown in FIG. 1c by suitable means Supplied conveyor 17, which detects the beginning of the strip 32 and in the direction of the target area.
- the two edge strips 38, 39 of the material web 10 continue to be between the two rollers 18, 19th passed through. Special handling measures in particular of the narrow edge strip 39 are therefore not necessary according to the invention.
- the cutting members 20, 21 from each other moved away and in the direction of the respective web edge 12 or 13, to drive over the transfer strip 30 and spread over the to create full web width extending new web start.
- the transfer process is completed.
- the cutting members 20, 21 reach the web edges 12, 13 when driving wide, the material web 10 completely cut, and the remaining strips 38, 39 arrive automatically easily in the machine cellar or in the pulper.
- FIGS. 2a - 2f show different ways of cutting the Start 32 of the transfer strip 30 in a purely schematic in each case Presentation.
- the reference numerals 20 ', 21', 22 ' are the positions the cutting members 20, 21, 22 referred to after cutting of the beginning of the strip 32 are traversed.
- FIGS. 1a-1c shows the procedure already described with reference to FIGS. 1a-1c, in which the cuts 42, made by means of the cutting members 20, 21 40 and 43, 41 crossed by moving both cutting members 20, 21 become.
- the width of the lead strip 36 corresponds to the width of the Transfer strip 30.
- the crossing point from which the the beginning of the strip 32 forming cuts 40, 41, is denoted by an A in Fig. 2a. By crossing the latitude positions of the Cutting elements 20, 21 interchanged.
- Fig. 2c differs from that 2b in that only the cutting member 21 for cutting the beginning of the strip 32 from the common width position of the two Cutting members 20, 21 is moved out. In this way it is created an asymmetrically tapered strip start 32.
- Fig. 2d shows a variant in which a leader strip 36 is cut, however in contrast to the procedure of Fig. 2a only that Cutting member 20 is moved transversely to the web running direction L.
- the other Cutting member 21 thus produces a parallel to the web running direction L. running cut 43, 41.
- This variant also creates an asymmetrical tapered strip start 32.
- the lead strip 36 and the transfer strip 30, which is separated at the starting point A of the cuts 40, 41 are thus offset from each other in the transverse direction.
- the procedure according to FIG. 2e differs from the above explained variants in that the by means of the cutting members 20, 21st generated cuts 43, 41 and 42, 40 in the area of the beginning of the strip 32 do not have a common point. Instead, the cuts passed so close to each other that a short narrow web of material remains, which forms a predetermined tear point 14.
- the size of the web and in particular the minimum distance of the cuts will be dependent particularly adjusted by the nature of the material web.
- the cutting members 20, 21 not exactly the same latitude position, but become the Formation of the predetermined tear point 14 initially in approximately the same Latitude position and then moved out of this latitude position again.
- the predetermined tear point 14 is designed such that the material web there 10 automatically tears by itself, so that even in this variant
- a free start 32 of the transfer strip 30 is generated and at the same time a separation of the leading strip 36 is achieved.
- three cutting members 20, 21, 22 are provided, the cutting members 20 spaced apart in the web running direction L, 21 before cutting the transfer strip 30 according to the embodiments 2b and 2c already show the same latitude position have, so that only a single cut 44 is produced.
- the third cutting element 22 is provided for cutting a leader strip 36, with which a cut 45 running parallel to the cut 44 is generated, e.g. may be near one of the edges of the web.
- the two cutting members 20, 21 are part of a so-called turret nozzle arrangement and each with a constant distance of one perpendicular to the plane defined by the material web 10 Axis of rotation 24 arranged around which the cutting members 20, 21 together can be rotated, as indicated by the arrows in Fig. 2f is.
- the cutting members 20, 21 are moved out of the same latitude position to the Path start 32 to generate by the from the common starting point A outgoing cuts 40, 41 is set.
- the illustrated embodiment of this variant corresponds to the distance between the axis of rotation 24 and the cutting member 21 of the width of the Lead strip 36 so that after turning the turret nozzle arrangement the cuts 41 and 45 produced by the cutting members 20, 21 by 90 ° collapse.
- Fig. 3 shows a way to detach the free cut beginning 32 of the transfer strip 30 indicated by dashed lines from the of the running material web 10 defined area.
- This is one with a Blade 56 provided scraper 55 which is used to adjust the contact pressure to the roller 52, which is the last drying roller, for example Drying section of the paper machine can be by means of an actuator 55a can be rotated about an axis 55b.
- the contact pressure is thereby set so low that the run of the material web 10 does not affect and the web of material 10 between the roller 52 and the blade 56 is let through undisturbed.
- the one Roll 51 brought material web 10 by means of the cutting members 20, 21 comprising cutting device 29 in one by Drying roller 52 supported area in which the web of material 10 no longer in contact with one guided by rollers 53 Sieve 54 is located.
- the transfer strip 30 and thus the new start of the web can be moved along a web path W 1 which runs close to the ideal web W 0 . Since, according to the invention, the transfer strip 30 is free from the start, the new path start need not be guided by means of a scraper 55 'and a deflection element 60 along the substantially longer path W 2 , which is indicated in FIG. 4 by a dash-dotted line. This was previously necessary in order to cut the beginning of the strip free, for example by means of a separating device 57 having a knife 58.
- the tightening or so-called catch-up of the transfer strip 30 for taking the ideal path W 0 can therefore be achieved in a significantly shorter time according to the invention, since the lower path W 2 is considerably longer than the approximately ideal path W 1 .
- the cutting device 29 can also be on another Place in the paper machine, where the web of material 10 also in an area supported by a sieve or in an unsupported area Area, e.g. in one free move, can be cut.
